Overall our stay was very pleasant. However the room had only 2 adult robes, even though I have indicated in my reservation that there would be 2 adults and 2 kids. When i approached the staff at front desk to ask for kids robes, they refused. We just wanted to experience wearing kimono altogether.

I love everything about this place except the staffs at the water park and onsen. I wanted to replace my wet towel with a dry one and was told I could only use one for the entire day!!
The location is half an hour from the city, but it’s easy to call the grab.

The food was amazing great breakfast spread. Good restaurants. Our floor had a durian like smell on the last day. The beach club and Nami beach were beautiful. We stayed during a slightly quiet period (second week of Jan during the weekday) so got upgraded to a slightly larger room. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious.
There was an outdoor bath tub facing the view of the ocean and water park. Couldn't fault the rooms, only minor irritation was the king bed that has been put together with two twins and they use that padding to hold it together, so there's this feeling of a split in the middle.
The food at breakfast was huge. The variety was good and there was an egg station and hot noodle station.
The service was good as well and everyone there was very polite and accommodating.

Now the water parks.
We got access to both the indoor and outdoor water parks during our stay. The indoor water park was a bit unique in that it had a sort of roller coaster water ride. That was probably the highlight of the indoor one. The outdoor one ... Looked like it was definitely just for kids ? We didn't end up using it. No biggie. It was an add on perk we got.

The hotel had 3 restaurants. We went to the Blue for the seafood bbq buffet on Friday and the Japanese sushi one for Thursday. Both are fairly decent restaurants.

Only downside to this resort is that it is outside of Da Nang, and it'll take you a good 20 mins and 200k vn to get to the city.

Whilst the room was amazing and spacious, there were several issues.
A- there was construction going on below us and it was terribly loud and relentless- going til midnight and starting again at 4 am. The hotel never notified us. We could not enjoy any ambience even in the room it was so loud. Our children and myself had trouble sleeping.
B- staff never got around to sending the membership and I had asked three times.
c- staff were not friendly, several times at breakfast staff actually pushed past me and almost knocked me over. I am not used to this. The cleaning staff however, were friendly and wonderful.

Whilst the pool and room facilities were wonderful, we were dissappointed by these factors. I know construction is necessary but the hours were ridiculous. The water park was great however and we will come back, but stay for a shorter amount of time. The onsen on the balcony was great but wish the yelling of construction workers and the smashing noises would have ceased at times.

I cannot fault this resort. We a family of 4 also joined by 2 other bigger families (7 & 6) all first time travelling to Vietnam and had the most incredible time at Mikazuki Resort. We specifically chose this resort as we new we were travelling during wet season, and MR has amazing indoor activities including the indoor water park that we all loved. The resort and staff went out of thier way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. Even allowing us pay and travel using the resort bus to places like Bana Hills and Hoi An as we were a larger group. A special mention to the staff, especially Man and Vy who did everything they could to assist us with our daily tours, to restaurant recommendations and reservations. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning. Thanks Mikazuki Resort

Hotel Mikazuki was truly exceptional. The service was first-class, and the interior design of the hotel was outstanding. I was especially impressed by the toilets and sinks. The sliding doors in the room were also a nice touch. The bed was large, spacious, and very comfortable, and the couch had a firm feel that made it pleasant to sit on. The view from the room was like a art painting.I think it’s without a doubt one of the very best hotels in Danang.I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at Da Nang Mikazuki. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and overall everything met our expectations for a resort of this level. The room was spacious, the amenities were solid, and the facilities—especially the water park and onsen areas—were definitely a highlight.

The only thing keeping it from a full 5 stars is the service. While it was good and the staff were polite, it felt only slightly better than what I’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels in Vietnam. A little more attentiveness and warmth from the team would elevate the experience even further.

Still, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy Da Nang, and I may consider coming back.

The waterpark and amenities on site were great for our family. The one down side is it is about 20minutes from the city and most cheap eats. While they do have great restaurants on site they are quite pricey for Vietnam standards. You can not being in outside food either so grab is not an option.
We did have a few cleanliness hiccups on arrival but the team were lovely about it and promptly assisted.

Food options at Mikazuki are worse than almost any hotel we've been to across the world, but nothing is as bad, anywhere, as Nami Beach Club across the street. Our last two stays we attempted to order food and drinks here and both times an hour has gone by and we simply had to get up and leave without ever being served. This, with 5 customers and 20 employees. The service at Nami borders on purposely bad. Lazy as best. To apologize the hotel game me a membership card to their rewards club...which i already had.

The resort itself deserves a day or two to just enjoy it.The outdoor and indoor water parks were a pleasure for my kids..

Breakfast was a huge buffet the only thing that there is not much for is to eat as muslims but we still enjoyed it

Stayed here in May 2025. Would not recommend this place. The resort has 2 water parks which Is the main draw. Hotel is far from the city and there is nothing to do around. The hotel is quite stingy. It is the first time where I experienced that hotel gives 700 ml water per day (2 small bottles) for 2 adults and 2 children. When asked for more water they said we need to return the pepsi in the mini bar and get water. Found it funny. Food options are ok. Buffet usually has a queue. The staff is ok but they follow the hotel policy so cannot really blame
them. Rooms are ok but below 5 star standard in South East Asia. There is a mart below but with very limited options. For beach you need to take a golf cart . Beach club is fine but too crowded. Same for water park as it’s not easy sometimes to
find an empty bench to sit. I believe for the same amount of money you can get better options .

The water park is overpriced with only 2 water slides. Slides have height and weight requirement, however these are only visible after you pay to go in. We paid additional £100 for the use of the water park but we could not use it due to the restrictions. The hotel refused to refund us or provide hotel credit. Only the next day they agreed to flex their restrictions and my son was allowed to use the slide.
There is no need to pay for the water park
The hotel has enough outdoor pools.
Overall, the experience was good but we were left with a bad feeling after the issue with the water park.
The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious with good variety to choose from.
Japanese toilets in the rooms
We stayed at the hotel restaurant for 2 evenings and the food was delicious

We just spent a week at Mikazuki, and it was such a fun and memorable stay! Here’s a quick rundown of our experience:

Location
The hotel is about 30mins (11km) taxi ride from the city, and there aren't many places to eat or explore nearby. We ended up heading into town every evening for dinner, night markets, and massages. They have Grab services which is similar to Uber and one way trip to the night market would cost around $170,000 D

Room
We stayed in a villa about 70 meters from the main hotel building. The area is surrounded by trees, so you might see some geckos and bugs around the building. We did run into a few minor issues, like the air conditioning not being strong enough and there was some water leaking in the showers. We reported these to the hotel, and they were quick to fix them - cleaning the aircon filter and replacing the showers seals. The villa opened before the main hotel building which was in operation in June 2022, so we didn’t mind

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. They were kind enough to allow us 2pm as our flight was scheduled at 4.35pm. The housekeeping team even left us a lovely thank-you note along with some special bed arrangements for the minor issues we faced during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re already planning to return next year. If you're looking for a family-friendly holiday in Da Nang, this is definitely the resort you want to check out!

Aaaamazing! Can’t say enough about this. Indoor and outodoor water park, super friendly service, constantly kept clean, smells and looks clean, amazing amenities, perhaps the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Infinity pool and extra pools next to the beach with restaurants. Golf carts available for transport around the huge resort. Highly recommend and a must when in Da Nang! Great place for kids. There is an outdoor water park and and an indoor one with 2 water slides and a wave pool. There are good restaurants. There is nothing within walking distance for eating or to see and it is about 15 mins to the central town. The premium room we had was very spacious. Only down side was the bed which was very hard. We had a room facing the sea and the view was great to look at. There's a bath in the balcony which is cool.

Our stay was fantastic. From the moment we arrive I was taken excellent care of by my personal hostess Ms Ánh Hoa. She checked me in then took me to the room to show me all the features. She was the best hostess I have experienced in many years. Every day she made sure all our expectations were taken care, the room was cleaned and the turn down services was performed. She checked on me regularly to see if I needed any arrangements, reservations or help with anything.

The resort pools and Onsen were great. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and every meal we had at the resort was great. Roof top pool and bar were always refreshing and the water park was enjoyable. One of the best holidays I have had in a while. I will return again to Mikazuki Resort and will ask for Ms Hoa to be our hostess again. She really made our time there most enjoyable.
