this was a nice location, close to the river and the walk along it, with good views. There was a lot of construction nearby, so it might be changing. The staff was very kind and accommodating with some changes in our travel plans.

Excellent staff -very friendly and welcoming and keen to help whenever possible. Comfortable rooms, usually quiet. Very good breakfasts. Excellent value for money. The only negatives were that several of the English language TV channels didn't work and the location was on a quiet street that rarely got taxis. Although the hotel rents nice scooters, which meant the location was no issue. I'd certainly stay there again.

This was the second time I stayed at Night Sky and I received a warm welcome from the staff. The Manager, Nga and other staff all said they remember me. It felt like I was coming 'home'.

There are better options.
Dirty mirrors, tv screen and stains on linen. Tv wasn't working. There was a kettle but no complimentary coffee, or even cups...go figure. Asked for cups to be left at reception for later, but it wasn't done. Located far from everything, right in front of a junk yard. Left the next day.

If you speak Vietnamese, THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU TO STAY. Super friendly staff, super accommodating.. we bought seafood from the market and the staff cooked it for us. Everyone greets us pleasantly. The facility might not be at the best, but All the staff are the best. Each morning, we have made-to-order Vietnamese style breakfast. We could even enjoyed the durian fruit at the cafe downstairs. No other hotel will allow this! I also fall in love the cute and practical swimming pool. Just love this place. Not able to give 5 stars mainly because of not-so-new facility, let's not be love blind :-) US $21.00 a night, who could ask for more?

Unbelievable value.
We stayed for 28 nights. All the staff made us feel like family. Although the location is a 20min stroll to the centre, we loved wandering around meeting the locals.
If you're the kind of person that demands 7 Star facilities at these price's then I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I stayed at Night Sky Hotel 5 nights. 16-21st March 2018.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended to a number of friends.

Good option for Danang although a little way out
We only stayed here for one night in order to break up our journey to Hoi An from Hanoi. We therefore weren't too bothered that the hotel is a little way out of the city centre. Although, that being said, you could argue that Danang doesn't really have a centre, more a collection of places that people tend to cluster around - the beach area, the Dragon bridge and the area just around the river bank on the \"tail\" side of the Dragon bridge.
The reason for staying was to see the Dragoin bridge do its thing, and we were not disappointed. However, it was a good 2 mile walk (at least) from the hotel. The hotel has free bikes to borrow, so that would make it easier for some.
The hotel itself was very pleasant. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were lovely, arranging our transfer to Hoi An with a 2 hour stop over at the Marble Mountains via a private car. Breakfast was delicious.
We did not use the pool, but had a look and it was an okay size for somewhere to cool off.
All in all, if you don't mind walking/cycling/using cabs, this is a great (and cheap) little place to stay.

What a wonderful hotel in a quieter part of Danang yet very close to all that you need. They couldn’t have been more obliging/ helpful and they were always trying to make your stay as good as possible. They helped organise trips/taxis, and any advice that was needed . The breakfasts were always freshly done and very tasty. Good selection items even for me as a vegetarian. The rooms were clean , large and comfortable and couldn’t be faulted. Very good value for money . If I was to not pick, the only way they could have improved was to have a safe in each of the bedrooms. Otherwise perfect and would definitely go back there and recommend to friends

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff always do anything to make you comfortable. Bring you cold water when you come back from walking around in the heat - highly recommend both for rooms and for staff.

Really friendly and helpful staff, perhaps the best we've met so far. They were helping you without being too pushy which is great. The hotel and the room was really nice and the pool was a bonus. The breakfast was simply excellent. It is located a bit far from most places, but with a scooter that you can rent from them this is not a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Sometimes you're fortunate enough to stumble upon a great deal, which it was. But most important, we met the warmest and most thoughtful hotel staff we'd ever encountered throughout extensive world travel.
This hotel is clean, charming and located in perfect proximity to the Son Tra peninsula if you're interested in seeing the Douc Langur monkey.
The owners and staff were so kind and friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating.
Their breakfast are delicious, as is anything from their kitchen. We will not hesitate staying here again and look forward to seeing our new Vietnamese friends again.

Perfect Hotel in Da Nang!
Amazing staff and accommodation. Very clean and delicious breakfast included in the price. The free bikes was nice to explore around downtown and the beach.

It was excellent. The family that runs this hotel definitely goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I ordered 4 rooms for my family. All rooms we great except one that had bugs but after my sister closed the bathroom window they went away. There is a neighboring rooster that will wake you up at 3am, but that depends on which room you get; my other sister didn't hear him. Beds are hard but most are in Vietnam. Free bicycles to borrow and scooters for rent on site. Great price for what you get but the service was excellent. Pictures shown online are accurate to what you get unlike some other hotels we found in Da Nang for my parents the following week. Would definitely stay again and recommend if you are not expecting a fancy hotel but more like a decent place to crash with breakfast and great service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked their private car option to go to Marble Mountain and Hoi An. Location was far from the main downtown but its an easy and cheap taxi ride to the main areas. Rented a motorbike from hotel to see the Lady Buddha. Their breakfast was very good!

Very welcoming hosts. Location rather out of the way but this makes it more quiet and tranquil. Free bicycle use also makes the city center pretty accessible. Great breakfast too. Mattress just a little bit too hard.

upon arrival on this hotel I was greeted by a nice lady who showed me to my room. the hotel is on quiet street and is very clean. this was by far the best hotel I stayed at while in Vietnam. I slept very good as it was the perfect hotel....especially prior to leaving the country.

Amazing staff
I was only able to stay in Da nang one night but I'm so glad I chose this hotel. They greeted me with kindness and the whole family went out of their way to take care of me. They brought me ice water on my arrival and helped me to find a bar to go to upon my request and several addresses in case that one was not to my liking. They lent me a bike, cooked me breakfast fresh in the morning ordered me a car and went out of their way to make everything perfect. My only regret is that I couldn't stay there longer because they were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable Da Nang Hotel
The hotel is not right in the middle of things, a little ways down the river, near the mouth. Inexpensive taxi rides to any where you want are available. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. I wish that I could go back any stay longer. The rooms are simply decorated and above all, comfortable. We had 2 twin rooms that connected. That was very convenient.

We had a very pleasant stay at Night Sky. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that it is slightly out of the main bustling area so it was peaceful and quiet. Bicycles are available for free if you wish to cycle down to that area and to the riverfront. We also rented the motorbikes from the hotel to head to Haivan and Monkey mountain for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Madame Lan restaurant which is about a 15mins walk from the hotel.

Spacious, clean, light, room with full river views. Spacious, practical bathroom. Receptionists Yen & Toan provided exceptional service, especially delicious seafood restaurant we went to each night. Night sky's free bicycle's were meeded for early morning river/bridge rides. Hotel rather far from centre, so taxi necessary most days. Breakfast options limited,especially for vegetarians. What a great hotel! For a great rate. 15$ for a big double room with river view. Lots of free bottled drinking water. Very friendly staff who give you a warm welcome. They do get confused with your breakfast order all the time but its still a big plus incl. of room rate! Another big plus are the free bicycles, otherwise it would be too far to walk into the city centre. Thank you for everything!

The best staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. Seemed really genuine, unlike in other hotels where it all felt extremely fake. Helped us with everything, including renting a bike and even gave it to us for free for an hour at a really late hour.

We enjoyed our stay at the Night Sky Hotel,the staff are very friendly when we arrived they had a welcome drink for us and a plate of fruit,every time we came back from exploring they had a glass of cold water ready for us,the breakfast is adequate and they are happy to make you more if you are still hungry,the rooms are a good size and very clean and modern,the location is a little bit of a walk to some things however we didn't have an issue with that as we hired a motorbike from the hotel so getting around wasn't a problem and there are taxi's around if you would rather get a taxi anyway,we would definitely come back to the Night Sky Hotel and would recommend it to family and friends

We reserved the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel. But no one pick up us finally. When we arrived the hotel, all hotel staff are nice and keep saying sorry to us. They are helpful and the room is clean and tidy. For this price, i think it's excellent to stay.

We will return to the Night Sky Hotel... if we ever return to Da Nang. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us with a refreshing glass of cold water on-arrival and each time we returned. As hot as it is in Da Nang, this is a BIG deal!
The room was average in size, but whomever spends much time in a hotel room not sleeping or playing needs to get out more.
The shower was GREAT with two heads and all the hot water we needed.
The best part was that the omnipresent crowing roosters and barking dogs of VN were nowhere to be heard...

A very nice, very new hotel with clean rooms and a very friendly/helpful staff. Staff booked a private car for us to Hoi An, round-trip for a great price (520,000 Dong). A nice selection for breakfast is offered and was included at no extra charge. We stayed 2 nights and had no complaints. An excellent value for the money.

The matrasses in the rooms were comfortable. Good thing was we booked a family room and received two rooms next to each other, more spacious and convenient for us.
Not good was the hairdryer that was quite loose from the wall, cables openly out. It was so not clean at all, towels dirty, blanket was stained. We had two reservations seperately booked through Expedia and they couldnt find the booking by themselves, wanted to charge us on Check Out again.

Family run budget hotel that stands out in service
First of all this is a two star family run budget hotel; but having said that this is a great two star budget hotel. Actually it is probably the best 2 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Service is outstanding; where do you find staff running up to you with a cold glass of water every time you enter the hotel because it is hot outside. There is a small pool to cool off. Breakfast is made to order and has to be requested the day before. The downside that the location is fairly poor, taxis have to be called because there is never any passing the hotel; the hotel is 20 minutes walk to bach dang street and about 15 minutes by taxi to either the beach, the old city or the airport. Views are ok although a major construction site is opposite the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable for a 2 star hotel but the building is unfortunately fairly noisy. A stayed for a week; my room was cleaned daily but my bed sheets where not changed during the entire week. Small minors in an otherwise excellent property. I will consider to stay again at the Night Sky Hotel in Danang simply for its incredible service despite it's less than satisfactory location. Keep up the superb service. All other good reviews already prove that this is a truly great hotel in it's 2 star class category. Highly recommended despite so so location!

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans cet hôtel familial. L'hôtel est excentré de la ville très active de Da Nang et donc au calme. Le personnel est à l'écoute et propose le prêt de vélos et organise les transferts. Juste parfait.

le personnel est tout simplement génial ! rien à dire... Au petit déjeuner, on vient demander si on veut quelque chose en plus, les renseignements sur la ville et les transports sont donnés avec précision, le prêt de vélo est un petit plus bien agréable. Juste le quartier est un peu excentré et en plein travaux... mais ça ne m'a pas gênée étant donné que je restais qu'une nuit.

I looked at reviews of this hotel and because they were good I booked for 3 nights. I was not disappointed because already welcome was so nice and staff so friendly. The room was on the 6th floor and it was clean and okay. Bed is splendid, not hard but not soft. After 3 nights I changed room a little bit bigger although the room was big enough for one or two people. I got direct view to the river also. This room was on the 3 floor and good also and more near pool because pool is on the 2 floor. After 1 night I decided to be at this hotel still 4 nights and changed again the room to 4th floor because of the better view to the river and higher from the street which is not very noisy. Room was the same good quality but internet didn't work there at all. I shared Vietnamese internet from my Sim-card and got it but it was also quite weak. I don't know what is the problem with internet at this hotel but not fast anywhere and somewhere not at all. I really recommend the owner that do with this thing something because internet is very important nowadays.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Familiengeführtes Hotel, an ruhiger Lage (Es wurde nebenan gerade nicht gebaut) aber dennoch nicht zu weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, 1-2 km ( Lokal Bus Station ist 50 Meter entfernt, Lokal Bus Hub 200 Meter). Wer oft an den Strand gehen möchte sollte sich ein Hotel am Strand buchen.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé en bord de rivière. Chambre confortable mais qui ne semble pas faire 30 m2 comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Sanitaires satisfaisants tout comme le petit déjeuner. Personnel aimable et prévenant. L'hôtel est toutefois un peu loin du centre ville.
