Outstanding service! The room was nice and comfortable - it’s a Novotel and you know what you will get. What really set it apart for us was the service. Everyone was so nice to us and super helpful.
Krystal helped check us in and provided massage recommendations since their spa would be closed at the time that worked for us. The massage place turned out to be amazing. Then the breakfast buffet next morning was another wonderful experience - the spread was huge, but Vy really made it special for us. She saw that we were from India and got the chef to make Chana masala for us. Three days later and my family still fondly remembers how we were treated at Novotel.
One thing to note - We had the view of the river/bridge and the balcony was nice to sit in. Though sound traveled from traffic and nearby party spots - and we were on the 30th floor. Once you closed the balcony noise wasn’t a problem for us.

The firework was just beside the hotel..To me i totally like it..my family enjoy alot..During my stay,i lose my wow pass to ba na hill..Staff anie help me all the way to ensure we will have a great time over there..The reason why i no put full star is due to the breakfast is ok..i do give feelback that the peanut is soft but the restaurant manager give me lame excuse..another not that up to standard is whenever we take car to hotel..sometime will have staff to open the car door or the hotel door..i know its a small issue for some..however,i had come over to Vietnam yearly and staying at different hotel..cuu long at my tho is 3 star but they make sure each time we back..the staff will asssit to open car door and help my elderly mother come down the car and climb up the stair to hotel class door..i talk about this is i did not expect a 4 or 5 star give this kind of service only..

If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning.

we were not advised about the pool closure during booking. at time time of check in on 16.09.2024, we were advised that the pool will be closed for one day. later the pool has been closed off until 03.10.3024. the hotel provided a shuttle service to danang resort which is 30 mins away and it was not at all convenient. we were unable to access the pool or take the shuttle bus to use the pool during our stay there. there was no notification from management about the closure. we found out when we took our little one to swimming in the evening.

Good location with many eateries around. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony of our hotel room overlooking the Han River. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel prepared a nice cake for us in our room. We were grateful for their arrangements. Breakfast was nice too with a good mix of international and Vietnamese food. However, we felt sad to see a lot of food wastage by guest and hope that the staff could do more to curb the wastage.

Novotel was beautiful, location was serene with a beautiful view of the Han River both from our hotel balcony and the gym! We stayed here a few nights and though it isn't very walkable to the shopping streets, Grab is easily available and there are the basic eateries, cafe (Indigo!), spa and convenience stores nearby. We had a facial at the hotel spa too which was relaxing.

Novotel hotel was so amazing as the hotel check-in receptionist allocated a room on the 27th floor with mesmerizing views of the Da Nang Dragon bridge and the Han River. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel's view and took many photos. Breakfast had such an array of food, both Vietnamese and international. The mango smoothie was highly recommended. A wonderful stay for 2 nights.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel hotel in Da Nang. It was nice enough that I ended up staying extra days. I had a corner suite facing the river but I moved to one of their apartments with a kitchenette so that I could do laundry. I really liked this room. I would like to give a special acknowledgment to Mia at the check-in counter. She was charming and personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in planning my time in the city. We appreciate most the front desk officer , Vicky who has been most professional and helpful, most approachable and always wear a lovely smile. We travelled with our adult daughter n stayed for 2 nights. For the first night, we managed only to secure a one bedroom apartment due to high occupancy n a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 2nd night. We were most impressed and thankful for Vicky’s thoughtful arrangement . She made a seamless transfer to the other room and also upgraded us to a marvellous Han River view.
Another pleasant encounter is we met again manager Nga again who in split second recognised us (we came before in Sept last year) and extended the warmest welcome to us. Overall, what we received is far above hospitality but most friendly and truly feel at home experience.

The property was situated in good area along the Han river. You can walk or grab a taxi to any where in Danang very easy at a small cost.
