The hotel was centrally located in a quiet part of the city. The hotel's and room's amenities were excellent for a family of four and more importantly all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. A special mention goes to Vivian from the breakfast restaurant who genuine looked after my wife when she became unwell during our trip. A highly recommended hotel for when you visit.

I spent a month at the Sai Gon Dong Ha Hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The banquet services ladies went above and beyond - they allowed me to store items in the refrigerator and use them to make a daily smoothie. Everyone was friendly and, being a solo traveler, I could tell they were keeping an eye on me in a friendly way. Easy access to the grocery store and a short Grab ride - or medium walk, if you're like me - to local gyms and restaurant area, but the restaurants near the hotel are great options as well. Short Grab ride to Project RENEW. My room was kept clean and organized, the laundry service is prompt & good quality. The bed wasn't the most comfortable to me, but it was large. Had a desk, mini fridge, and storage space. The bathroom was well equipped and spacious. My favorite part of the hotel itself was my river view. The hotel hosts many events and does a great job at hospitality.

We booked the Crowne Plaza in Da Nang at the last minute. The hotel we had originally booked wasn't up to the standard we had expected, so we chose the Crowne Plaza from their profile on Expedia. Within an hour they had prepared a standard room on the 28th floor!

The room was excellent; a comfortable bed, a wonderful shower and bath area, a stunning view of the city and the river and bay beyond, and a smart TV that we could connect to our Netflix and You Tube accounts.

Room service was very good, with a nice set of meal, dessert and drinks options.

The best aspect of the hotel was the staff. Everyone from the reception desk and the breakfast staff, to the gym and spa staff (shout out to therapist Mina and spa receptionist Tania!), all were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and always smiling.

We love Vietnam and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Crowne Plaza, thank you Vietnam!

This hotel was a lovely haven in our stay at Da Nang. The rooms are large and comfortable with great bathrooms. Breakfast was an experience with such a wide range of international and Vietnamese food to select. Staff were exceptional throughout.
We would like to especially thank - Mia at breakfast for knowing what we wanted. In reception - Nora, Nancy and Ruby for making us feel so welcome. Ken for making sure we were Ok. Finally Tracy in helping us with our bags and leaving the hotel. Other staff were amazing too. Thanks everyone!

This is a lovely hotel! The rooms and facilities are so clean and comfortable. Very nice room. Wonderful breakfast buffet, great room service, excellent food. The gym is also very nice. The pool is a bit small but I never used it anyways being so close to the beach. I was apprehensive about not being on the beach but I actually loved this area. The riverwalk is beautiful, and right outside the hotel. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. The beds were so comfortable too! Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend.

We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was fantastic! The suite included two bedrooms—a spacious master room and a separate single bedroom—perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the suite also featured a handy mini kitchen. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was great, the room was spacious and had great views. The restaurant was very good with very sumptuous breakfast full of different options. The staff is like the icing on a delicious cake. They are extremely warm welcoming and professional. Viviana in the restaurant made a coffee for me and I was hooked. Anytime she saw me at breakfast she would ensure I had it and the cook at the omelet station remembering how me and my daughter prefer our eggs was just phenomenal!!! They truly went above and beyond!

Newly rebranded Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang (formerly Bay Capital). Impressive hotel with scenic views of the Song Han River and mountains in the far distance. (Rooms 18-3 & 19-3). Upon arrival at hotel lobby and check in, a warm welcome and immaculate service.Guest rooms were well appointed with modern furnishings and very comfortable. Modern designed bathroom with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower cubicle, good water pressure.
Housekeeping service efficient and timely. Breakfast a little pricey but service was good and with a good buffet selection of local and western spreads. Excellent coffee!
Only less positive feedback is the size of the swimming pool which is not big enough and faces the breakfast/all day dining room. Location slightly tucked away on a quiet street, with just a few eateries but near enough to walk down to the riverfront towards the Song Han River Bridge. Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang is a Great Hotel that Guests will Love!

Such a beautiful property. To start the rooms were very large and spacious. Convenient seating and storage. Water pressure and drainage was great. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. From the pastries to the soups, the fruit, everything was fresh and delicious. Pool was large and beautiful but because it was cold out we could not enjoy it. Gym was clean and modern. Spa was alright. Didn’t seem like they really knew what they were doing or how to work anything. We didn’t fill out any paperwork before our massage and vs the other places we’ve been to in Vietnam, it felt like it was lacking especially at that price point.

Bay Capital hotel itself was very nice and clean. The surrounding streets were quite dirty and we witnessed huge rats on several occasions on the streets. Dining option around the hotel is limited. Central is about 15mins walk away. The service was ok, they weren’t as nice and attentive as other hotels we’ve stayed at.

I recently stayed at Bay Capital Danang for a quick one-night trip while visiting relatives, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Not recommend if you travel for business/guy trip

Bad experience during my business trip to Da Nang. This is my second time staying with them. I stayed for 5 days and the hotel only change the bedsheet 1 times. Until the last night, I have to ask them to change the bed sheet and clean the bathrooms properly. The dust everywhere! The front desk manager and staffs are totally not professional and bad mouthing other guest in front of my staff. They set stupid rule for visiting guest.

Only sour taste was when you book as an Expedia VIP and don’t get an upgrade and no lounge access although that’s what was clearly stated at point of booking. Modern, beautiful hotel with gorgeous views! Great walkable location or just a short grab ride away from other parts of the city and beaches. I think a lot of tour groups may stay here so check in was a bit hectic and our two rooms weren’t ready until over an hour past the check in time of 14:00. The hotel is quite large compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at in Vietnam so didn’t have as much of a warm and personalized experience with the staff here but overall would still recommend!

If it’s a 5 star hotel, it would be nice for the staff to speak a bit of English. They are not organized. They charged me extra fees by mistake and then they apologized and wanted to charge me for something else that had already been paid. Every little issue they had, they come and interrupt us where ever we were in the hotel instead of letting us relax and bring up any issue at the end of our stay

New hotel in Da Nang

This is a brand new hotel on the city side of Da Nang, it’s close to the River as well.
The hotel service was excellent, from the efficient check in , the free upgrade to the room , to the late checkout at no extra charge.
Being new the rooms are very comfortable and clean , views are excellent over the city and river.
The breakfast was great with a very large selection. My room also included the free mini bar which I actually only had some soft drinks anyway but it was nice to have.

Wow! What a hotel. Brand new. Couldn’t be better. Staff so helpful. Free mini bar and great breakfast included. I have just spent 6 weeks staying in hotels all over Europe and this is by far the best in terms of amenities and value for money. Keep it up.

There are two green lights on the ceiling that flashes every 7 seconds all day and night
