The rooms were clean and the location was amazing. Exactly where we wanted be during TET. Was able to watch the fireworks from our window. The staff were wonderful especially standing out was front staff SUONG, her smile and was most helpful with all our questions with her English. Also, our doorman, Phuong who helped is with our luggage as well as his smile met us every time we returned to the hotel. They were always helpful with a smile.

The room was great, nice and clean, and the perfect size for me. The young lady managing the front desk, both when I checked in and checked out, was wonderful. She was very efficient, professional, and also very charming. What a pleasure to do the least fun thing about going to a hotel. Suong was great! The hotel is in a great spot!!!

Grand Double Room, 1 King Bed - comfortable stay for 4 nights.

Location - It was a short distance 12 mins Grab ride from Danang International Airport. Hotel is right in front of the Hàn River and great area for walk by the river and Dragon Bridge. Walking distance to many eateries and spa. Safe for solo travelers.

Room - was large and had excellent view of the Hàn River and Golden Bridge. I could hear the traffic outside at night which was expected, hence I had ear plugs handy. The bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was average. Having a bathtub was excellent.

Food - Breakfast was reasonable with the selection of choice. The dried noodle with pork belly that was available on one morning was very delicious. There is a convenience store (Brio) that is walking distance behind the block.

Staff - Check-in and checkout were straightforward. The front desk staffs and concierge were overall attentive, greets as I passed by and attended to my questions.

Improvement - The room closet area by the door was very dark as there were no ceiling light in that corner. This can be easily improved with motion LED light inside the closet. This was feedback to your front desk upon checkout too.

Overall I was satisfied. We got the basic room so there was no river view. The best part was the location. It was very close walk to Hans market, many shops and restaurants, the pink church, the Hans river, can even walk to the night market on the other side of the dragon bridge. The room was comfortable and acceptably clean. It was newly renovated. But the size was rather small. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was cheap. I would recommend this if you don’t mind the small size room and lack of luxurious lobby.

Clean and the staff is friendly. Is located near the dragon bridge. The first night was sleepless night because there Was a nightclub beside the hotel. I’m staying at the 4th floor the music is so loud and the sound proof is very poor. Subsequent night the nightclub was close down. Make sure you stay At the high floor. Overall ok

Newish hotel between the 2 main bridges over the Han River in Da Nang. Great location with a good range of coffee shops and family restaurants nearby and an interesting walk over the Dragon Bridge to the beach, especially at night.

Its quite central Danang riverside for foreigners and tourists. I was solo and only stayed one night at this location before the tet new year so lots of businesses and shops were closed during this time of the year. This is my third visit to this city so this was a different experience but i like staying in this area for convenience and the access to everything around is great. The night views of the riverside and the bridge is terrific

We booked the only suite room with a huge balcony on level 8. The view & location was great, you can see the dragon bridge from yr room. Have a drink or meal at yr balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby and service was great. Many compliments to the bell boy & everyone was helpful at the front desk, even the security. My only complaint for the room was the hot water in the bathroom- it went off after 20mins, probably need a more consistent central heating system. My friend also got a surprise cake for her birthday. Great small boutoque hotel & u need to book early for the suite room!

The phone, safe and one of the lights didn’t work. I closed the curtains and screws fell out from some random place. There is no shower curtain/door so you basically turn the bathroom into a wet room every time you use the shower. There seemed to be a lot of ants in the room, convinced I got bit a few times by them. Finally there is a nightclub below the hotel that is open every night until at least 2.30am. We were on the fifth floor and it was like we were in the nightclub the music is that loud. We would not stay again.

Get the grand suite

Grand suite is big and provides a view of the river. Breakfast left much to be desired and it ends really early at 9:30am. By the time we went to the restaurant at 8:30am, most of the food were already gone and no re-fill except for the bread.

It’s in a central location and is convenient to get to anywhere else. We booked transport to Hoi An at 400k dong which is reasonable.

Really like this place

We thought the twin beds were the most comfortable mattresses we’ve slept on in three weeks in Vietnam and Thailand! The breakfast was good and the cooks had pho and eggs made on order in addition to the usual other things. We also really liked the location with easy access to walking along the river. Super nice staff!

Recommended! Excellent service. Suite was spacious and clean, equipped with basic amenities and comfortable beds. The only downside was the noise from the main road (honks especially by buses woke me up at 6am as I am a light sleeper). The location of the hotel is very good. Within walking distance to the market, tailor and massage shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes along the main road.

The stay was fine. The room was small and had a view of a wall, but the location was convenient. Hot water was not a problem, and the room was clean. The bellboy was very eager to be helpful, but the ladies at the front desk were a bit grumpy and did not speak much English, ruling out any concierge-like advice. No gym. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but more than adequate.

Nice hotel on the waterfront. We got a room towards the back, which I thought would be quiet. The contrary was true. Our neighbors arrived in the middle of the night with lots of noise. The walls are very thin! Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Our room was on the third floor over the kitchen/breakfast area and pots started banging and chairs scraping at 5 AM. We asked for a fan for our room and that helped to screen the noise for the next two nights. They should consider putting little felt pads on the chair legs in the breakfast room so that they do not make noise. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were nice, and there were plug-ins by the bed. The only mirror was in the bathroom and the lighting in there was terrible for shaving or doing make up. The staff was not fluent in English and was unable to answer many of our questions or assist us with some things. They have a fabulous breakfast buffet with many items but you do need to go down before 9 AM because it is not replenished. Our first morning all we could get was toast and a fried egg. The location is convenient for the dragon bridge and the Han market.

Good hotel but with an awkward bathroom situation.

Nice, clean, comfortable room, located in an area full of shops, restaurants and tourist sites. I highly recommend going to Pheva chocolate shop. They provide nice chocolates complimented by a choice of colourful packaging.

The only thing I would say about the room is that a glass wall separates the bedroom to the bathroom so one can almost hear and see everything that goes on in there, so if you’re not an intimate couple this might Ben slightly awkward.

Also, with Danang, we really wanted to go to Ba Na Hills to see the Golden Bridge and the Hands of God, but because of the heavy rain our trip hadn’t to be cancelled, so if you are going to Danang don’t go in November or December (which is their high rain season).

But I highly reccomend the hotel. Really, really nice.

Updated and nice staff. Clean and comfortable, at a very reasonable rate. On odd thing at the hotel was that the safety deposit box in the room was not bolted down. Wasn’t sure if putting my passport and valuables in a loose box was any safer than just having it my suitcase. Hopefully the staff will bolt it down soon

Hotel location is 5 mins walks from Cho Han (Market). Along the same walking path of the hotel, there are good cafes, spa and drinking area.
Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
On the down side, they should improve on the make up room services. Second day, I need to call them for replacement of toilet paper roll, tea bags. Third day, I need to call them for towels, floor rag, drinking water due to miss of replacement. There are rooms for improvement over this area.
Overall rate : I am happy during my stay with Avora hotel and my next trip, i will consider the same hotel due to excellent hotel location and helpful counter staffs.

The view over Dragon Bridge was spectacular. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The tour desk was easy to use and everything went to plan. They were renovating the roof top bar which was a disappointment as I chose the hotel for that feature. Great value stay.

The room is not exactly size they have post online. The Grand Suite is 431-sq-foot (40-sq-meter). It is around 325-sq-foot (32-sq-meter). The have only Queen size bed in the room.
I could not sleep 1st night because I found hair around in the room on the bed and bath tub. It looked like they did not clean well.
Breakfast is very simple, they do not have many choice. Some Item is gone if you come after 8:30 am.

I have check in about noon, but they prepared my room early. river view is so nice, but in veranda some trashed cans were left. Hotel's location is so good, because many hot place are located nearby hotel. I just stayed before departure time, so I dont know breadfast, but they prepared for us sandwich and water for us. That is good to us.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable we had the best nights sleep we have had in Vietnam. The views of Dragon bridge were breathtaking - well worth getting a river view room. Only downside was the breakfast as it was limited and if you didn't arrive early enough it had all gone. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Da Nang

1. The house keeper didn't clean our room, didn't even replace our dirty towels for 2 out of 3 days we stayed there. But she came and took the tips we left for her.

Hotel located along the beautiful Han River near to Dragon Bridge. Its Sky Bar at rooftop provide a panoramic view of Han River. The hotel is clean and the bedding are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
