I was disappointed. I had stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed my visits. This time there were few English-speaking staff. The entire building is visibly aging, with plaster coming off the walls, mildew, etc. The breakfast was less than in previous visits. I doubt that I will return here in future visits.

The room was nice, just a bit small. The location was good, very close to Han market. The hotel was quite central, easy to get to Han and Con market. The service was great, breakfast was quite nice.

Not booking again nor recommending to anyone else

I booked a triple room (a double bed & a single bed) for a group of 3. However, the room was really small and the condition was not acceptable. The bed cover had stains. The room had weird smell. The toilet paper was wet. The corners of the room had dirty stains and signs of water leaks. As such, we asked for another room and was offered to upgrade to an one bed room apartment room which has a living room, 1.5 bathrooms and a kitchen. It costed about $15 each night and we took it since it was a lot better than the triple room. However, the wifi was not working at all. We needed to use the wifi access point of the lower floors if we needed internet access. It was really inconvenient for us as we needed to work a bit on vacation.

Other than that, the worst thing was that the hotel had some heavy construction work on the upper floor starting 7am in the morning. It was really noisy and vibrating and woke us up immediately as we thought there was an earthquake. We called the reception to tell them to stop the work until later in the morning, but they continued the work until 9am. The management offered us to move to a lower floor after we complained, but we were gonna check out at noon so it would not help at all. They did not give us any notice about the work at all and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. We did not feel appreciated. As such, we would not recommend it to anyone else coming to Da nang in the future.

Stop for a few hours

Before fly back to home, wanted to stay at Hotel for taking a shower and changing the clothes.
Reasonable price for staying a few hours. but not working mini-refrig so water was not cold...
Except it, it was generally fine.

Overall great, thin walls and worm in fruit.

Place was centrally located, staff was beyond helpful and caring; while the breakfast was of pretty low quality.

The hotel walls are very thin, so you can hear everyone outside of your room as if the door was completely open. We found a live - yes it was living and move around - worm in our plate of fruit. While it was beyond disgusting to see a worm moving around your plate while you just took a mouthful of fruit, we realize this can happen anywhere because the fruit is fresh from the market.

Good enough

The rooms are big and clean, the hotel staff were friendly and nice. Location is a bit of a trek from the beach but for the price that's to be expected.

I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay on the way to Hoi An. Breakfast wasn't very good.

Good hotel for price

The hotel itself was very clean and affordable. The bellman was very helpful and the receptionist hospitable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was designed beautifully, but the shower had poor drainage. When I showered, the shower flooded and it took about 15 minutes for it to drain completely. We tried to book a day tour through the front desk and were presented with different prices at three different time points (at reservation, at payment time, and when they called us and told us that they charged us the wrong amount). The day tour pamphlets did not include pricing, which I found suspicious. When they tried to charge us extra for a \"tour guide fee\", neither the receptionist nor the manager could answer our question about why there would be an additional fee that was not already included in the cost of the tour. It seemed shady to us so we ended canceling it because we felt like we were being scammed. The rest of the stay was fine. The breakfast is delicious and different every day, so that was a big plus. Overall, for the price, it was a fine place to stay during our time in Da Nang.

Bad breakfest

The hotel was quite clean but the shower didn't work well.
The breakfest wasn't good l went to another place to had a breakfest!
Its cheap but I don't recommen this hotel. Sorry.

Good value, room was clean, comfortable bed which is hard to find sometimes in Vietnam for budget accomadations. Good shower, couldn't get up in time for breakfast. Ended early 930

Good location and close to all shops.

Disappointing room environment, you get foully smell almost the whole day, maybe the deluxe room that i stayed is close to the septic tank, room is without an exhaust fan, usually you will find it at the rest room in many others hotel that i stayed before. lighting is another disappointment you can see protruding wire with tape at the end without lamp in room and in rest room. The room that I stayed is with a window and a view to the next building's wall, just as good as no window and view, a small room with a queen size and a single bed.
Staffs are friendly, they go all out to assist your request.

The hotel location near local market, Staff friendly, and 7' to Han river. Hire a Motor for Bana Hill (30 km) arrive Lower Cable Station, Get a ticket to High Cable and 1 more to the TOP so nice.

Helpful friendly staff, comfortable room.

I'm used to staying in expensive hotels owned by the major western hotel companies from work travel, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect with the low price.

When I arrived, I found a friendly and helpful staff, a spacious, clean and comfortable room, and a great location close to the river and many shops.

Additionally, my room rate included a free breakfast, and the food was excellent. One note, don't go to breakfast expecting traditional western fare... this is a Vietnamese hotel with Vietnamese breakfast, a huge bonus in my mind as I like to learn as much about a culture as I can when I travel.

All of the staff that I talked to knew some English, and though some were more fluent than others all of them were fluent enough that communication wasn't a problem. They definitely spoke more English than I spoke Vietnamese! Additionally, they were all extremely friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to help me on several occasions, recommending sites to see or local restaurants to visit.

I would gladly stay at this hotel again, and hope to sometime in the near future!

We hound Mayana Hotel Disappointing

Room smaller than expected,and had a bad smell of dampness. Drain in shower had been sealed over so water runs on bathroom floor . Also water on bathroom floor caused by air conditioner outlet hose running on to bathroom floor as well. Overall making the bathroom dangerous to walk on and very smelly. Buffet breakfast not up to expectations. We had cold showers during day.

Hotel horrible, sucio y lo peor de todo el desayuno que ofrecen, que aparte de no tener prácticamente nada el segundo día que fuimos a desayunar estaba el encargado durmiendo allí, no había ni un trozo de pan ni para dos tazas de café, además en la azucarera había hormigas. No puedo describir ese sitio porque la verdad que me harían falta más caracteres de los que puedo usar. No lo recomiendo para nada

ไม่ไกลจากสนามบิน มีอาหารเช้าที่อร่อย อยู่ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ตลาดหาน ถนนบักดัง ร้านกาแฟ(ตรงข้ามก็เป็นร้านดังย่านนี้) อาหารเฝอ มีให้เลือกเยอะมาก ใกล้โบสถ์ดานัง สะพานมังกร(ฝั่งหางมังกร) เดินเล่นเลียบแม่น้ำหาน ข้ามสะพานไปก็เจอคราฟดราก้อน เดินไปอีก2กม. ถึง หมีเควบีช ... จะไปเที่ยวไกลๆ เช่น บาน่าฮิลล์. ก็ให้พนักงานช่วยเรียก grab. มารับหน้าโรงแรม เหมาไปกลับไม่แพง (ถ้ามาหลายคนคุ้มเลยครับ). หรือจะใช้บริการทัวร์ในแต่ละวันตามที่โรงแรมมีให้ก็ได้ครับ

シャワールームの中にトイレがあります。シャワーを使うとトイレがびちゃびちゃになります。エアコンが効くまで時間がかかり、到着からしばらくは汗だくでした。スタッフ、清掃は普通だと思います。荷物をチェックアウト後夕方まで預かってくれました。ハン市場も近いし、値段が安い割には満足です。

Good price, location and value.

The hotel is at one of the best locations of the city center: all what you need within walkingdistance. The trainstation is approx. 20 minutes walking or a cheap taxi-trip away. Breakfast and good wifi is included. The staff also gets a good rating.

En helt fint hotel til prisen. Værelset var fint med gode senge og fine toiletforhold. Eneste minus var, at der stod, der var morgenmadsbuffet inkl., men det var blot en enkelt tallerkenservering.

เดินไปตลาดหานแค่เพียงข้ามถนน ใกล้ถนน Bach dang ถนนเลียบแม่น้ำหาน สะพานมังกร มีร้านนั่งชิวๆตอนกลางคืนเยอะมาก ที่พักค่อนข้างเงียบ มีอาหารเช้าฟรี เป็นพวกไข่ดาว ขนมปัง สปาเก็ตตี้เนื้อ เฝอไก่ น้ำผลไม้ ห้องพักมีไดร์เป่าผม ตู้เสื้อผ้า ตู้เย็นขนาดเล็ก กาต้มน้ำไฟฟ้า มีน้ำดื่มฟรีสองขวด ทีวีช่องภาษาอังกฤษเยอะ เดินไปโบสถ์ดานังประมาณ 5 นาที นั่งแท๊กซี่สีเขียวยี่ห้อMALINH ไปสนามบินไม่เกิน 10 นาทีก็ถึง ค่าแท๊กซี่ประมาณ 55,000 ด่อง(80 บาท) มิเตอร์ขึ้น 45,000 ด่อง และจะบวกเพิ่มอีก 10,000 ด่องเป็นค่าธรรมเนียมรถเข้าสนามบิน ถ้ามาจากเมืองฮอยอันโดยรถเมล์สีเหลือง ให้ลงรถที่ตลาดหาน (han market) ตลาดนี้ขายเสื้อที่ระลึกถูก 5 หมื่นด่องเท่านั้น (ต้องถามราคาก่อนซื้อ บางร้านเสื้อลายเดียวกันก็ขาย7-8หมื่นด่อง)ข้างๆที่พัก ถัดไปทางขวาถ้าหันหลังให้ที่พักประมาณ 3-4 ตึก จะมีร้านแหนมเนืองหมู ราคาถูก รสชาติโอเค คิดค่าแหนมเนืองเป็นไม้ ไม้ละ 6,000 ด่อง (9บาท) มีผักน้ำจิ้มและแป้งให้ 1 ชุด ร้านเปิดตอนเย็นๆถึงสี่ทุ่ม

호텔청결도가 좋지 못하였음.
냉장고 안에도 침대에도 벽에도 모두 개미때가 우글우글
세면대도 마찬가지... 따뜻한물도 안나와서
찬물로 씻었음.
수건은 제대로 안빨아져서 더러웠음
그냥 잠깐 쉬는정도가 좋은 호텔

숙박으로는 비추천

밤비행기 출국으로 마지막날 쇼핑하고 샤워하기 위해 예약하였습니다. 만약 숙박을 하신다면 추천하고 싶진않아요. 개미도 너무 많고, 천장에서 물도 떨어지고, 4명이 이용할수 있는 곳으로 예약하였는데 수건도 2개였어요. 좋은부분은 공항에서 가깝고 도심한가운데였다는거 정도에요.

솔직히 저렴한 가격만큼 청결하지는 않음-수건에서 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났고 객실천장에 곰팡이도있고 그닥..
다만 저렴한 가격에 공항가기전에 잠시 머무르기엔 나쁘지않음 시내에 위치해 콩카페 한시장 다낭대성낭 다 도보로 이동 가능함.

場所はとても便利

ハン市場のすぐ目の前と、ロケーションは最高。フロントの女性スタッフは融通が利き、早めについたにもかかわらず、部屋を使わせてもらうことができ助かった。部屋は狭く、ベッドでほぼいっぱい。水回りの清潔感はあまりない。特にシャワーの排水とねずみ色のバスタオルは改善が必要。七時ごろに朝食会場に行ったが準備があまりできておらず、残り物と思われるようなものしかなかったため、あきらめて外で食べた。スタッフの対応は基本的にフレンドリーで、助けになろうとしてくれる。特に女性スタッフのホスピタリティは好印象だった。

무난한 방입니다. 청결한 편이고, 와이파이도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 욕실 문이 미닫이인데 제대로 닫히지 않는 점이 아쉽습니다. 참 박물관, 용다리 등 주변볼거리와 가까워 밤에 가볍게 산책하러 나가기 좋은위치라 하룻밤 묵기에 괜찮고 무엇보다 아침 뷔페가 훌륭합니다.

潔癖の方は行かない方がいいです

ダナンでお手頃宿を探していて、こちらにしましたが正直清潔感が気になりました。ベットフレームに埃がたまっていて、気になりました。夜寝ていると、頭の上を小動物がドタドタと走り抜ける音が、、さすが安宿。。壁裏を何かが走り抜けてもしょうがないかもしれません。。

スイートに泊まったので広さは十分でした。ベットルルームとリビングの二部屋あり、トイレも二つ！テラスもひろく、キッチンもついています。
朝ごはんが付いていて、パンはおいしかったですが、チャーハンが固くて、物によってばらつきがあります。
清潔感を求める方にはおすすめしません。
