立地条件も良くどこに行くのにも大変、便利でした。朝ご飯も数々が多く、美味しく頂きました。丁度、3泊している間に誕生日が重なったのですが、可愛い花束と誕生日のケーキをサプライズで頂き、大変、感動しました。良い誕生日の思い出となり感謝しています。ありがとうございました。また、ダナンを訪れる機会があったら、迷わす宿泊させて頂きます。

The location of the hotel is great, there’re many local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 15-20 walk to the dragon bridge, so it’s away from night noice. Breakfast is great, eggs can be made to order. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, so the water temperature is not stable. However, hotel staff go above and beyond to try to make things go smoothly. Big shout out to Cindy and Ivy!!!

Excellent hotel with the best staff

This was one of our favourite hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam, the room was so big, comfortable and very clean. It was a nice quiet hotel, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The dragon bridge is in walking distance too.
Breakfast was really good with a huge variety of food and something different every morning.
The staff were so friendly and this is what we loved most about the hotel. Julia, Cindy and Clara were so chatty and helpful. They made breakfast every morning really enjoyable. Ivy was really helpful and friendly on reception and booked us our driver to Hoi An.
We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I always come to this hotel when I visit Da Nang. The staff is incredible. From the lobby to the kitchen, they are welcoming and show exemplary professionalism. This is not the newest hotel but the rooms are very clean with nice amenities. Unlike some hotels in Vietnam, the bedsheets are always changed after each guests and they always smell fresh. The included breakfast is probably one of the best you can find in a hotel in Da Nang. Lots of cold and hot dishes, they even prepare items on demand like pho and eggs. Also, nice variety, including western and vietnamese options. Overall, I strongly recommend Fivitel Boutiqhe Hotel for short or long stays in Da Nang.

I had the pleasure of meeting With Ivy and Jay on our arrival .They are both amazing!!! All the staff from maintenance to servers, reception desk and the doorman were very friendly and helpful .
The breakfast buffet was so good with lots of choices to choose from -soup and egg station where it was cooked to your request. There were also selections of cakes breads local fruits and many more .

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean and had a nice view of the Dragon Bridge. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and the selection of food was plentiful.

It is my third time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back on my next visit in Da Nang. First of all, I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the staff of this hotel is. From the doorman to the lovely receptionists, the cleaning team to the professional and attentive ladies working in the buffet restaurant. Everyone is always ready to help you, answer your questions, and they go beyond and above to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. You can enjoy a beautiful lobby, the restaurant is classy and the food options at the buffet for breakfast are varied, fresh and delicious. There is also a nice pool, a bar and a good gym on the last floor. The rooms are clean, the AC is efficient and the beds are very comfortable. A bit more of storage space would be welcomed but it wasn't a problem during my short stays. Overall, if you don't mind staying a bit far from the beach (it's about a 10 minutes drive and you need to cross the Dragon Bridge), I would strongly recommend to stay at Fivitel Boutique Hotel Da Nang. It's in a very calm area and you can walk to several small restaurants and other commercial streets. Also, the service I got from all the staff is the best I got in Vietnam.

First of all, the staff of this hotel were all nice, professional and helpful. From the welcome service to the check out process, the girls gave a wonderful service. The hotel is in a quiet area, near several restaurants and other stores, all in walking distance. Just take note that it's quite far from the beach by foot, if that's important to you, but a quick Grab ride will bring you there. The room is a bit small but was clean and has a modern look. I stayed there for 2 nights and there was no room service...I wonder if I had to ask. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for it's good price and quality service!

Best Hotel I've ever stayed in

Fivitel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport at 1am. We were greeted with a delicious ginger juice welcome drink and they carried our bags for us to the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. In the morning, one of the staff members, Jenny, was incredibly friendly and chatted away to us during breakfast. She then arranged a grab for us to the beach. I highly reccomend this hotel. My only small negative would be that there wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom for my hair

Nice place- great non-beach side of river location(right close to dragon bridge. Only confusion is that there are 2 fivitel hotels- one on each side of river- and seems to. Evan issue until you familiar with place. Each facility not exactly the same amenities, but each one nice.

Great front desk

The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke good English, which was nice for me personally. The area is nice and the room was nice. I would say the TV was a bit odd to work, so I gave up trying. My bathroom also didnt have a shower curtain, or a place where one would go. The noises from the street were also a little loud, but Im not sure that can be avoided in the city. Overall it was a good place.

Amazing Hotel with Amazing Service & Great Staff!

Our experience was amazing. Immediately after check-in, the receptionist Ivy provided us with detailed information about landmarks to visit and helped arrange a car to Ba Na Hills. She was extremely helpful. Also, the doorman Neymar is always willing to help out as well and constantly has a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would definitely return!

Very good location, it only takes 10 minutes to the airport, and you can easily walk to the pibk church and con market and han market.

The staff are friendly but the facilities are quite old. It's featured as a 4 star hotel but the facilities look like a 3 star one. The hotel can charge more if they upgrade the facilities.

The most touching part was the Hotel Front Office Staff supprise my wife with a Birthday Cakes during our stay this trip. They notice that it was her birthday. They was so thoughtfull and caring by bringing the Birthday Cakes to our room.

Great Hotel Away From Beach Inside City

An older hotel but easily recognized by its high yellow facade. Location inside city plus easy walking distance from the river and Dragon Bridge. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Everyone is wonderful and helpful with great English language ability. I can name Amy, Ivy and Lily as happy and helpful and smiling staff that make great tour arrangements with lots of great recommendations. The hotel is just a short taxi ride to the beach that can be arranged for around 14 USD. You get a private car for this amount that waits the entire day for you at the beach. It's just a great experience. Buffet breakfast is just wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the cleaning staff do an outstanding job. If I ever open any kind of business, I will definitely hire all the staff in this hotel. You will never regret staying in this hotel. This hotel is in the center of the city which makes it great to get around. Amy, Ivy and Lily can arrange everything for you with a smile on their faces. The hotel staff are 5 star.

I stayed this hotel for 2 nights with my friend in early July. We found several pros and cons. In Short, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to all the people.

1.Good location: It wasn't perfectly awesome location but I would say it is pretty much central of Da nang city.

2.Spacious Bathroom: You will find out quite big bathroom.

3.Super kind hospitality staff: They are all very polite and kind. But several staff's English was very poor.Kind of shocked.

Cons

1.Poor hygiene: We found the dirt spot in towel. It was so gross. Seems like they don't check all the towel after laundary

2.Outdated building: No wonder why their hotel fare was cheap. All the building looks at least couple decades.

3.Poor Breakfast and dirty dinning chair: The breakfast was horrible. Couldn't eat any bit of any food. Veggies, Fruits all stale and not delicious. Also found a lot of dirt in each of chairs. Gross!

4.No indoor slipper:This hotel is 4 stars hotel as you google in the website. But no any indoor slippers.Seriously??

5.Very small swimming pool: No wonder why nobody was there.

6.Shower cap was broken and didn't work well. Had a hard time taking a shower. Please fix all the shower's cap.

After about 20 nights staying at this hotel during my 6 weeks business trip in the region, I can say that I have had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and did not regret staying here even for a single night. The staffs were very helpful and extremely friendly. They always have big smiles on their faces and true dedication for their jobs. I have had the experience in staying at various types of room in this hotel, from family suite, to double bed rooms, and I can say that they were all very pleasant. Especially the king size bed suite that overlooked the Dragon Bridge. The Buffet was good with various choices. The laundry service was very good as well and very accommodating to my needs. With the prices that went along with the rooms that were offered to me, it was worth the price. The hotel is also situated in a very convenient location that is pretty much close to everything. If I have another chance to come back to Danang, I would stay here. Big thank you to all the staffs!

Near center of Da Nang, room is big but wash room is small. Staffs are very nice. Free massage (30 mins) is only for 1 person per room which is not a good arrangement since it is a room for 3 persons. Free pick up from hotel to airport which is very nice.

Came back for a second time and the experience was just as good as the first one. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The Front Office Manager, Amy reached out to me before my arrival date and even arranged a room that I preferred. There was a thank you note and some complimentary gifts as well in the room which was really sweet. During my stay the service was consistent throughout from the bellman, to the receptionists and the restaurant staffs. Overall it was a really good experience and I would come back again if I have another opportunity.
