This was the second time I’ve stayed here and it was just as lovely as the first. We had a room that overlooked the dragon bridge and the city. The rooms were clean and we had chocolate delivered every afternoon. A big thank you to the spa ladies who looked after us when the weather was bad 🌸

A Home Away from Home at Vanda Hotel
Our stay at Vanda Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family.
• Housekeeping: The room cleaning service was excellent. Everything was spotless—thank you!
• Dining Experience: Breakfast was great every morning. A special shout-out to the manager, Mr. Vinh, and the ladies, Lysa and Linh, who were always attentive to our needs.
• Concierge & Bellman: My friend Mr. Diew Van was excellent; he was always very helpful and looked out for us during our stay.
• Management: The manager, Mrs. Duong, is a truly special person. She is deeply committed to ensuring every guest is fully satisfied with their experience.
• Guest Relations & Reception: The team always greeted us with a smile and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything.
Conclusion:
Even though Vanda Hotel is a large property, the staff manages to create a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

Don’t expect to see the Dragon Bridge fire breathing show from any room or roof of the hotel. The angle is wrong. But you do have a view of the Dragon Bridge just not the head.

I had a wonderful stay at Vanda Hotel. The location is excellent, right by the Dragon Bridge and close to everything you need in Da Nang. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views of the city and river.

What truly made the difference was the outstanding service. I would like to especially recognize Truc, Binh, and Trinh for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The bellboy also did an excellent job, assisting us promptly with our luggage and transportation arrangements.

The staff’s hospitality reflects the highest standards of service. I highly recommend Vanda Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang and would gladly stay here again.

Everything! Wish I was staying longer than a day. Truly a 4 star hotel with an amazing view of the river. Amazing breakfast and walking distance to the dragon bridge which is why I chose his hotel. I got to see the dragon breath on a Friday evening at 9pm. Also, the cathedral and museum are a stones throw from the hotel.
Very spacious with a small chocolate box in the evening. Staff was amazing too. A big shout out to the door man who told me where the best viewpoint of the dragon breath was on a map, housekeeping, the breakfast staff and reception Truc Binh and Trinh Tuan. If I am back in the area, will definately stay again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Vanda Hotel from February 17 to February 26, 2026, in a Grand Suite, and overall I had a very pleasant experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the Han River and the Dragon Bridge, truly one of the highlights of my stay. Waking up to that view each morning was special.

The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I would also like to give special recognition to Vanda staff including Truc, Thien, Huyen, who assisted me every step of the way. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable, though I felt the variety and overall quality could be improved. The gym facilities were usable but somewhat limited, some equipment appeared older and not as clean as expected, and the room felt a bit stuffy, possibly due to the air conditioning not working at full capacity.

That said, despite these minor areas for improvement, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to the management team and all the staff for making my visit comfortable and memorable. I would gladly consider staying here again.

We had an issue with the shower upright holder and I had to MacGyver it to stay up by wrapping a plastic bag and tying it under the holder. One night I spotted a large big crawling in the bathroom. One quick step and it was dead.

Location was perfect! Close to the airport, short walk to the Dragon Bridge, and endless food options outside the hotel. The included breakfast was excellent as well!

Room was spacious and clean. Water bottles were topped up every day and small box of chocolates delivered was the perfect evening treat!

One thing to note - check in timings in Vietnam are usually around 4pm so plan accordingly!

The location is good enough to go around or by Grab. Very short distance and convenient. The hotel is consider as clean and friendly. One thing I dislike is the hotel stated it is a non-smoking hotel, but when I smelled the 2nd hand smoke and check with the reception, they told me can smoke around the emergency exit. I happened to stay next to the exit staircase . As an asthmatic, I find it no good for the arrangement even I highlighted and called in advance immediately after booking.

I won’t stay here again if we ever came back- House cleaner didn’t clean at all they do it just replace towels and they charge me towel cause they said i make it stain and close each towel for 170000 dong and front desk said 2 towels but I thought 2 towels are 340000 dong but she told me it 380000 dong (hahaha I never hear that before in my life this is first time I ever hear too funny too me) And also the front desk people not too friendly they look like they didn’t want to go to work and the valet people who open the doors more happy and friendly than front desk people and breakfast needs more options look like they have same food. And pillow is has blood stain in there we didn’t rely until at the end of our stay and they didn’t put toilet people in room.
And the housekeeper people are so loud they talk to each other on the hallway like they argue with each other.

Booked this location largely for the rooftop viewing area of the dragon bridge show on weekends. It is booked out privately these and other days. Noisy events on top floor and tilework above shake several floors down. Good buffet and well maintained hallways and rooms. Indoor pool not heated and more of a show piece rather than for use.

Lobby staff was courteous, rooms were clean, housemates efficient. Pool: never saw any towels at the pool, even though there seem to be an employee sitting in the gym, but he never offered to bring us towels. Food was tasty although some of the food that were meant to be hot did not have any heat source to keep them warm. Such as Quang noodles were cold. I was about to bring my plate to the pho station and ask the gentleman to put it in a bowl of broth for me. Rooftop cafe food was tasty, staff seemed to be in training.

We stayed here in 2024 and chose to stay at Vanda Hotel again when we visited Da Nang again Aug /Sept 2025. What we like about the hotel is its central location. Everything is in walking distance, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. The facility is clean. But what i like most here is the hotel's staff. Everyone is friendly, their manner is always pleasant and they are always helpful. One such gentleman is Mr. Văn Điệu, he will help you whatever your need is. I strongly recommend Vanda Hotel and I won't hesitate to choose Vanda Hotel for my next vacation in Da Nang.

Loved the location. It is at the tail end of the Dragon Bridge and on the other side of the river from Danang’s best night market. Shop away and select the lobster you want for dinner.

Stayed on the 14th floor. Great AC and views. Bed was very comfortable. Chocolate delivered daily.

The breakfast buffet had a great mix of Vietnamese and American foods. Try the Vietnamese milk coffee. ❤️

The location is just a short walk to the bridge, and access to the Riverwalk/Promenade was at most a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Reception was a far cry from what we received in our hotel in Hoi An. We had 3pax and the hotel did not allow us to have 3 key cards (they gave only 2). It was so inconvenient. We asked for checking out at 1pm and they said we had to pay 30% of a day’s charge! This amount allowed us to stay till 2pm. Just a min before 2pm, we opened our room door, and there the cleaners were already waiting outside RIGHT IN FRONT of our door with their CARTS! Not just 1 cart , but 2.

My sister and I had a room with the Dragon Bridge/river view. It was beautiful to wake up in the morning to see that amazing view from our window and even more so when it was lite up at night. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

For our short stay in DaNang, Vanda hotel was in an ideal location. From our room on the 7th floor there was an unobstructed view of the Dragon Bridge and the riverfront was a delight to walk along in the evening. Property has a rooftop bar which offers a city view.
Room was bright and pleasantly decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. All amenities were in good working order and enjoyed the ‘chocolate treats’ offered in the room and the voucher for foot massages. Good, plentiful breakfast with both Asian and Western choices. I did attempt to take an (indoor) pool dip as it was inviting but found it on the cold side. In hot weather (which it wasn’t at the time) I’m sure it would have been refreshing.

Good to have a clock in the room and to provide room shoe. The mineral water bottle in the fridge can be confusing as this is charged, the one on the table is complimentary.
