The front desk staff were SUPER responsive and helpful especially Trang and Vi.
Vi also organised tickets for a boat tour for us and gave clear directions on how and when to get there.
We were overwhelmed when the boat stopped at the prime spot nearest to the Dragon's head. The spectacular viewing made-up for a little dampness when the Dragon sprayed water.
Haian's superior views also made up for some noise which a couple of earplugs easily fixed.

A fabulous hotel in all regards. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast had a large selection of delicious food, including Vietnamese, classic dishes and western breakfast. I also went to the spa and had an amazing massage highly recommend a special shout out Vi, who was a great help to book airport transfer and make her stay, relaxing and stress-free. The hotel is also close to great restaurants and the river a great view of the Dragon Bridge from the Riverside rooms.

Room was in a good condition.
1. The view of the dragon bridge is good. We watched the fire show from the hotel which I think was the right choice.
2. Big bathtub
3. Close to all amenities, including a convinience store, pharmacy, restaurants.
4. Staff is really helpful. They helped me to book a reservation at a restaurant as well.
5. Breakfast was alright. Little vegan/vegetarian options though. Desserts were good.

There were a couple of issues with the room
1. The size of the room is too small. There is barely any room to walk. The balcony is just one feet wide and cannot hold more than one person.
2. Hot water pressure was very weak especially in the bathtub. It took more than an 60 minutes to fill half the bathtub with hot water
3. If you get room on the lower floor, it can be a bit disturbing to hear noise of the road all day and night. Though the staff does know this and provide ear plugs which was a good touch.
4. They give water in two 250ml bottles and charge for extra water. They should give two 500ml bottles like all the hotels everywhere else in the world.

1. The pool windows were very dirty and the view of the bridge kinda gets lost behind the dirt. The pool also had no changing rooms. There are shower rooms and toilet but nowhere to hang your clothes. There was no staff at the pool when we went and they were out of towels.

Staff are friendly.

Breakfast was decent and has a someone making different types of pho each day. I enjoyed breakfast very much. Location was good, very close to Han market! Definitely should go to han market! It was packed with south korean tourists buying good quality fake stuff 😅

Overall da nang city is small hence walkable everywhere. Also it is close to airport as well.
If I come back, i would stay here again.

Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics of this hotel, though at first glance the building and the room may seem pleasant on your booking website.

But the lack of details really take away from the experience of your stay.

Starting with the entrance of the hotel. It is on the second floor where you either have to walk up a flight of steep stairs with your luggage or you have to enter through a narrow cafe corridor to get to the elevator in the back.

Then enter the room. We booked a premium room with balcony. The balcony can barely fit one person, one might argue a Juliet balcony might be bigger. The views is great if you don’t care for a good night sleep as the road noises travel through the thin glass doors as though they were made from paper.

Shower has no curtains and the water is not warm with very low pressure.

The bedside tables do not open due to the tacky circular bed blocking their movement.

The tv has a maximum volume that is nearly inaudible that made me question if I had early onset hearing loss.

It is shocking how poorly this hotel is designed for being in such a beautiful location, whoever designed this hotel should have their designer licence revoked.

In addition we booked an aroma therapy massage but there were no essential oils involved. Though the massage was great, it was still misleading sales information

Good location to see the dragon bridge from the rooftop bar and close enough to walk to it for the close up experience.
The breakfast was included and a little chaotic so would recommend going outside of their busy times. They have these notes in the entrance to the breakfast area
let down was the service and staff at the rooftop bar - everywhere else in da nang and Vietnam has been amazing! We reserved a table before we ate dinner in the hotel only to find when we returned they had given it to someone else. Service was hard to obtain too even though it was quiet and other tables also commented on experiencing the same.
We appreciated the reception staff letting us know of the festivities happening
*we booked soundproof balcony room facing river - please note these are not sound proof and balcony is only small ledge.

Bathroom was really messy the entire time, drainage system is terrible inside the restroom, and the entire time there was a bad smell from the restroom. Worst smell in our Asia stay by far, was moving throughout Japan and Vietnam for about 20 days and this was our least favorite place to stay, and one of the most expensive.

Beware when booking with this unit that the room you get isn't exactly what's shown in pictures. My first stay at this property I got the Riverfront room with 2 large windows with nice views. I booked the exact same unit again but this time I was in a more corner room with a small window that shows a bad riverfront view. Staff wasn't helpful and they said that just depends on availability of the nicer room, which is a bit misleading when booking.

The staff was friendly but you got the feeling the hotel was a low budget establishment. The buffet was not quality. The walls were paper thin. I was on the 16th floor and could still hear people talking outside on the street. You could here all talking from orher people down the hall too. The daily cleaning was not great either. I kept getting bathroom towels with holes on them. The shower hot water stopped working and the bathtub would not drain. I would never go back to that hotel. The location was great though.

I loved everything about tjis hotel.
The lovation is the best! Its only 10
Mns drive to my khe beach, its 3mns walk to the han market which is close by to the money exhange, and another 15mns walk to cho-han market and its by the river front so close to the boat to watch the dragon bridge! So many close by cafes and good restaurants and also authentic food stalls! But thats not it, the breakfast was great! I stayed to a couple of different hotels and their breakfast was mu favourites, they have lot of options and also very tasty. Plus the staffs are good and very accommodating! Just want to mention the GSA sup Giang as she was very helpful and had organised birthday amenity for my dad and also gave us some advice where to go. I would suggest though to pay a couple more to get that nice river view it would be worth it!

The staff were helpful and I having an excellent coffee shop downstairs was very convenient.
The bathroom was tight and not well laid out. For instance the toilet paper roll was mounted in an odd spot. I had a room which was a Deluxe Riverfront however the 'balcony' is only enough the stand up and take a photo with room for a chair. Lastly, I stayed at the Haian Beach and Spa location and their buffet was much better than the Riverside location.

All staff were very kind and friendly. We felt we were very welcomed. We stayed at family suite with two adults and two children( 13 and 11 years old). The view was amazing and we could see the dragon bridge from our room. The room has plenty of space for four people.
We could walk to the dragon bridge, Han market, Da Nang Cathedral, restaurant, cafe, popular souvenir shop and etc… It was very convenient.
Also, Aroma spa was awesome. My boys loved the foot massage and my husband and me had
60 mins massage before going to bed. We could sleep very well.

It’s location is great, we have the great view of the dragon bridge and seeing all the colorful cruise boats at night. Walking is great. We’re right next to HAN MARKET. But transport in Danang is great, get a Grab and you’ll get anywhere for cheap. Hotel staff is great: courteous, helpful and efficient.

Great location. Walking distance around city and close to Han market. Lots of local food shops around the hotel area too.

Hotel has great view facing the dragon bridge ( if selected view room). A little noisy in the evening but ok after 11pm.

hotel room has wooden floor rather than carpet which is much better for me.

The only downside of this hotel is the bathtub is too high and not safe for older folks. Plus the hotel should vacuum the floor thoroughly and changing the toilet floor mat daily.

Great location - restaurants, cathedral, Han Market, dragon Bridge, han river and river side walk, many massage places and laundry places all few minutes walk. Being in city center can't avoid traffic noise. Great room with plenty of light, gorgeous view of the han river and dragon Bridge from room. Clean comfortable room and bed. All amenities worked well. No major problems in bathroom. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had lots of interactions with Giana and Louis. Both were very nice and helpful. Beautifully located right next to the waterfront, overlooking the Dragon Bridge of Danang. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable. A short walk to the Han Market and many eateries. The pink church is very nearby as well. Services are excellent, both at the front counters and in the restaurant. Thanks to Giang and Rose for arranging our 2 delicious lunches in the restaurant. Their Bun Cha was delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who are visiting Danang in the future.

It was right on the river and our view was of the bridges, including the dragon bridge. Which every Friday and Saturday gave us a smoke and fire show.

Restaurants were great walking was very easy compared to most places in Vietnam.

Staff was very good. Rose in the breakfast area was fantastic and we really enjoyed being there.

For about $50 a night which included on a very good Vietnamese breakfast. It is a fantastic steel compared to high priced fancy real estate.

If we ever go back to da nang, we will stay in the same place.

I had a wonderful stay at Haian Riverfront Hotel in Da Nang. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and massage spots, and within walking distance to local attractions. Whether you're into food or relaxation, it's an ideal base for exploring the city.

What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. Ms. Vi was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail made my experience even more enjoyable.

With its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations, I would definitely choose Haian Riverfront Hotel again on my next visit to Da Nang. Highly recommended!

We booked for balcony room, however the hotel given us incorrect room, room without the balcony. Also it was very noisy at night, I could not sleeping at all. Overall the hotel staffes is very nice and lovely.
