The stuff is helpful and friendly. The cleanliness inside the hotel room itself was great but as soon as you step outside it has a lot of improvement potential. Also the location is rather weak with requirements for taxis or shuttlebus constantly

The infinity pool is stunning, offering a beautiful view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Huge hotel, rooms were very large clean comfortable and well appointed. The swimming pool is incredible and a big draw. Decent restaurants and 2 breakfast locations. Danang is a rather long narrow city and this is right at the top so we had to take grab everywhere but luckily they’re so cheap in Vietnam it wasn’t a problem. We had checked out of a different hotel in the centre and preferred this one by miles. Also very convenient for going to Bana Hills.

When i first entered the bathroom, there was a bunch of long hair still stuck on the shower wall. My hair is short so it couldn't have been mine. They cleaned within 30 mins. On Day 2, the room was not cleaned when I came back after a hot day out, at 2:30pm. They said the cleaning is after 2pm. In the end, I just asked for fresh towels. Other than these incidents, everything was up to 5-star standard.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Golden Bay. The staff was very courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. This would more than make up for some of the things that could be considered as shortcomings in the hotel amenities. The breakfast buffet both in the Premium Lounge and 3rd floor restaurant were excellent. The pool was too crowded at the time we went up but picking the right time could be nice. They offer free beach shuttle but need to make reservation 24hr before but they were nice enough to accommodate us at the last minute.

I was very disappointed with my stay.
My sister had stayed here in October 2022 and was very satisfied, which is why she recommended we return. We booked a room for two nights, and I later reserved additional rooms for my uncle and two cousins arriving the next day.
While checking in, my sister and I were sitting in the lobby. Afterward, we walked with a staff member toward the elevator when a female staff member abruptly stopped us and questioned my cousin about how many people were booked for the room and why there were so many of us.
The staff member escorting us explained the booking was for three people and that my sister and I had already been staying since the previous day. The woman’s tone was rude and felt discriminatory toward Vietnamese guests. If she holds a senior role, she should understand basic customer service.
She should have verified our bookings before confronting us so disrespectfully. Her condescending attitude was unacceptable. All guests, Vietnamese or not, deserve equal respect.
At checked out, I asked several staff members for her name, but all claimed not to know her, which was clearly untrue. Eventually, someone near the entrance told me her name is Toàn.
That said, most of the staff (bellboys, lobby) were polite, kind, and attentive, which I appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable overall. However, the hotel looks a bit old, and there aren’t enough pool lounge chairs for the number of guests.

Stayed for 2 nights and wish it were longer. Lovely place maintained to a high standard with a lovely roof top pool which gave great views.

We had a great family stay at Wyndham, the staff were friendly and accommodating but had difficulty understanding English. Breakfast was great with a variety of food, rooftop pool was amazing. We had afternoon tea with our booking which was nice but they were not very accommodating to kids, they only had tea and coffee as options and were refusing to serve hot chocolate to the kids. Our room had amazing view of the city. The hotel is a bit secluded and does not have much dining options in walking distance but had taxi’s in the front of the hotel which was convenient.

As im writing this review im enjoying the buffet in the hotel. Tried the rooftop pool and the F29 lounge plus bar both good places to visit. The F29 had afternoon tea which was quite lovely. Pool was cool and thank goodness it was cloudy today not scorching hot so pool time was perfect. The buffet has lots of options but something about the bahn mi makes me feel fully satisfied.

I want to apologize to the staff at the hotel. There was some miscommunication on my part because of the language barrier. I made a mistake on my check in review. I was asked if I received a upgrade and I answered no when indeed I did receive a upgrade. My family and I were upgraded to a corner bay view family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a kitchen and living room. The hotel and the room was wonderful and the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Gold bath fixtures and very clean. Beautiful view of the bay from both sides of the room. Private balcony. A 5 Star Luxury Hotel. I would give it a 10 Star 🌟 rating. The staff were really welcoming.

The overall staffs were discriminated and poorly trained for a 5 stars hotel (more like 4 stars or less). Staffs (receptionist and waitress) on the 2nd floor casino were unbelievable, their attitude was mean and rude when we walked into the place. We weren’t feel welcome and was told that we weren’t allowed to walk into the casino. I was also told I’m being charged for complimentary bottles of water on my last day, truly disappointing. This place needs work specifically more on customer services. This is my first but also my last time stay here. Would recommend others to stay elsewhere if you want to experience more genuine hospitality.

Overall this is a great hotel in a great location. It was clean, beds are comfy and the pool/roof is EPIC. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport and they only have a couple shuttles a day - so be warned any off travel times you will need to schedule your own ride to the airport.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, the only thing we thought you could improve is having a comfortable drinking area in the day time before 5, prices on the menu in F29 on specials menu as was not expecting such an expensive meal 8 million VND For 3 people , all other meals on menu were not that expensive so had a shock when we were given bill for that meal on our first night.
The infinity pool was good however would be better if it was heated as it was extremely cold and not enough sun beds fir everyone.

bed too soft, the hotel housekeeping staff dare to charge us for jelly candies but later cancel off because we didn't take any from their basket. The air-con positioning is directly facing to one of the beds and onto my face. The flowers in the room did not replace regularly. Hence it develope an odor.

I loved the daily breakfast and the 29th Floor pool. Hannah in their staff welcomed us and made our stay more enjoyable by suggesting places to visit. We booked the room for 3 persons, in the pic online it appeared to have a larger bed as well as a single but when we arrived there were only 2 single beds made up, we had to call housekeeping twice for linen for the small sofa that was also inside the room. I would not have allowed 3 persons to sleep in this room if it was my hotel.

It is listed as a 5 star hotel, but I strongly disagree! First, we were supposed to have a driver waiting for us at the airport to pick us up, but the driver showed up 30 minutes late! Upon arrival to our hotel room, the cleanliness and condition of the room was far away from a 5 star hotel. The room was still in a dirty condition and there was still many areas left to be cleaned. Next, we had received a massage therapy at the spa on our first day. The treatment and service was outstanding. Today, we went to the spa and had received the same massage treatment like before. Only this time, the massage treatment was horrible and service was below a 1 star hotel. Nonetheless, the massage therapist threw my mother in law out of the room 15 minutes earlier than us. FYI, we started at the same time. The massage therapist who was massaging my wife presented bad service, did not speak, and kept turning on the AC. Now, my wife has caught a cold. I am very disappointed about the lack of professionalism and service from the spa at a 5 star hotel. The massage therapists who treated my mother in law and wife were definitely not full time workers who work regularly at the spa. Management definitely needs to educate the spa staff on how to present themselves with luxury service and act professional if they want to be considered 5 stars! The Front Desk, Bell & Door, F&B, and other hotel staff were excellent and provided outstanding service to our family during our stay!
