Central location in Xian

Great place to stay, very central for my needs and meetings. Have stayed there 4 years ago and the hotel is now starting to get a little tired and may need update soon. Services is fantastic and everything else is great .

The hotel was nice overall, but the Wifi was too slow at the end of the corridor room and the air conditioning was too dry so I got a sore throat unfortunately. I would stay next time but would request to book a room with a fast internet connection.

quiet and clean. good breakfast. dinner buffet was also good for the price. but whiff of tabacco in the room even it was non-smiking floor.
i will stay again if I visit Xian next time.

Great deal

My wife and I were very satisfied with the hotel. Great buffet breakfast! Our only criticism was the location. It was on the other side of the city from our train station and quite some distance from the main attractions and restaurants.

Not a good location

Really hard to get a taxi at that location and hard to find a restaurant in the neighborhood. Noisy by the new building construction across the street. The towels at the swimming pool and gym are old and feel like not clean. At the last night of my stay on 1/21, i got back to hotel at 4:00pm and i could not open the door then i went to the reception and was told the electric power was gone, it was recovery at 9:00pm. I did not feel the hotel stuffs are sorry about that error.

Convenient if you have business in the New Industrial Park of the Hi-Tech Development Zone

Pros:
Duty managers and Desk managers are well trained with excellent English. I was very unpleasant from the moment I arrived because I was running a fever and hadn't had a shower since my neighbourhood lost water early the day before. The queen of grumpy, I must admit. None of the staff ever lost their cool and actually, by the time she was through with me, the night duty manager Eva had won me over. Until she worked her magic, I was sure I was justified in my irritation for the lack of free wi-fi. But, she had her staff trawl the hotel for an extra long LAN cord so I could surf in bed. She even had them take the time to carefully clean it before connecting it. By the time she was through, I was feeling like a real heel for being so unpleasant and finally realised that the hotel was actually quite nice.

The room, the bed, the furnishings are clean and comfortable. The executive floor lounge is peaceful with helpful staff and a generous happy hour buffet of snacks.

If you are seeking a location for a business conference, I have found in the past, on several occasions, the manager and staff to be very accommodating with my organisation's needs for special events and meetings.

The view, on a clear day, from both sides of the hotel is the best view I have experienced in Xi'an. The mountains looked magnificent from my hotel room and as the hotel is situated perpendicular to the mountains, I would imagine that every guest enjoyed the same vista.

スタッフ対応は怖かった

1週間の滞在をしましたが、3日目に急に朝食は含まれていないと言われました。予約証明書に明確に「朝食無料」って書いてるし、チェックインの時も問題なかったのに！しかも受付スタッフの対応は怖かったです。もう二度と行かないホテルです。サービスはINGグループと相応しくないと思ってます。

리셉션 인원과 수준좀 늘려.. 제발..
일단 지리적으로는 한국인이라면 좋음 한식당이 가까이 있고 비교적 번화가에 있어 치안도 만족스러움 하지만 그뿐.. 호텔 규모에 비해 카운터 보는 사람들의 인원과 수준이 미달됨. 체크인 체크아웃 한번에 30분 이상 줄서야 하는건 기본이고 대장급 직원 한두명 정도를 제외하고는 예정된 예약을 찾는것에도 어려워함.. 진짜 답답 폭발!
숙소 크기는 크진않고 적절하며 주변 호텔에 비해 가성비는 떨어지는 정도. 지리적 잇점을 제외하고는 그다지 장점이 없는 호텔

가성비 좋은 친절한 호텔

11/23일 ~ 3박4일 시안 출장기간중 미세먼지 등 여러가지로 불편했던 점이 많았던 시안에서도 가장 안락했던 곳이었습니다. 첫 중국 출장이라 서투른 중국어가 부담됐지만 호텔 어디서나 영어가 문제없었고, 몇가지 요청사항에도 친절하고 적극적인 모습으로 응대해 주셨습니다.
조식도 다양하고 휼륭하였으며, 김치는 한국김치 그대로 인듯 ^^ 좋았습니다.
도보 5분거리에 한국식당 밀집지역이 가까웠고, 종루/고루 등 시내 중심가도 택시로 이동하기 불편함이 없었습니다. 가성비 좋은 느낌으로 다음 출장이나 여행시 또 들릴 예정입니다 ~

とにかく、このホテルの朝食が大好きです。品数が多いのと、西安の風土料理や、一般中国料理、西洋まで、毎日食べても飽きません。また、日本人宿泊者が多い事も安心材料の一つです。西安での滞在は、これからもここを常宿に決めました。

ルームサービスは、早くてきちんと対応していました。朝食のビュッフェは、終了時間前にワンタンなどやその他結構な種類のものが、欠品しており、ガッカリしました。

룸 컨디션이나 조식, 서비스는 최상이였습니다. 수영장까지 있어서 부대시설도 괜찮구요., 한가지 아쉬운점은 주변에 지하철 역이 없어서 시내 나가기가 조금 불편합니다. 택시타고 가는데 택시 잡기 힘들어서 호텔 직원분도 많이 도와주셨습니다.

가격대비 Holiday Inn베이징과 비교가 되고,객실에서 삼겹살 비린내가 나네요...
또한 예약후 환불이 안되는 부분이 이해가 안가네요 가격도 비싼편이고
직원들은 친절하지만..이해가 안되요

근처에 식당가가 있어 먹거리는 해결이 되나 중 ㅣ에 아무것도 없어 즐길꺼리는 전혀 없음

시내 중심지에 있어 어다든 자동차를 이용해야하며 출퇴근 시간에 교통 체증 장난 아님 그리고 걸어서 5분 거리에 식당가가 있어 무척 편리하나 그외 즐길 꺼리는 전혀없어 혼자는 그냥 호텔콕이 젤로 좋음

직원 친절도 최고

전체적으로 직원 및 청결 서비스가 아주 마음에 들었지만, Wifi 신호가 너무 약했음. 또한, 머무는 동안 결혼식(?)을 했는지 전날 밤(저녁 11~12시쯤) 같은 층에 투숙했던 중국인들이 너무 소란스러웠음(소리지르고, 쿵쾅거리고, 전쟁난 줄 알았음). 따로 클레임을 걸까 했지만, 언어가 통하지 않아 참고 겨우 잠. 층별 관리가 절실히 필요함.

立地の良いホテルでした。スタッフの対応も良く、中国初一人旅でしたが、快適に過ごせました。また、行く機会があると思いますので、再度利用したいと思います。
