Great location as the subway and the airport express train are close by. The front desk staff are very kind and friendly. As the residence is built on top of a shopping centre, you will need to take an elevator up to the 6th floor for check in and a different elevator to your room. The swimming pool and resident lounge is on the same floor, hence, the floor is very humid and smell like a swimming pool. The room is very convenient since it is equipped with a laundry machine and a kitchen. It is recommended for long term stay (1 week and longer). Our room is not perfectly clean (ie. dusts on top of the bed frame and water marks/stains in the washroom). The laundry machine is an outdated all in one(washing and drying). We also called the front desk at night to deliver some new towels, but no one came. It is a bit pricy than some other hotels near by.

great stay

Nice and large one bedroom apartment. Has a washing machine/dryer which is nice when travelling. Bathroom is large. Room is very quiet. Mattress was a little firm for my liking and breakfast not at the same standard as a 5 Star hotel, but for the price I would expect it to be a better breakfast.

It is located at a very convenient location and nicely built. However it may not be too convenient for business traveller which may require more business infra-structure . For example, Mobile phone signal is weak, in-room dinning has limited varieties, and each room only offers 2 bottles of water per day.

Nice hotel quite prices wired policy on breakfast where you only get one breakfast per room extra cost for second breakfast. Buffet breakfast is good though.

Spacious, convenient and nice

- Conveniently located, the MTR is located within the adjacent Raffles City Mall
- If you are not picky, you technically do not need to get out of the Serviced Apartment & Raffles City Mall for your daily needs
- Great for family and business travellers
- No in-house restaurant, so there is no in-room dining service. But in Beijing, you can order food from Sherpa as recomomended by the front desk, delivery right up to your doorstep.

A stay falling short of expectation

The sofa is poorly designed in the living room. It was hard and allowed very little space to sit with the big cushion placed on it, If you take away the cushion, it was still very uncomfortable to sit.
The hotel offers no in room dining after work. This is inconvenient for the travellers who need to work until late hours. However, the quality of breakfast offered was quite good, the easiness to access the airport through AirPort Express is great too. All in all, given the cost and the space provided for the room, this is not a good value for money decision to stay there.

Excellent hotel in great location

The hotel is well-located with direct access to shopping centre and subway, without needing to get out of the building. The staff at the hotel is prompt in their service. The breakfast at the residence lounge is great, with good variety. I would like to also specifically commend one of the chef. He was very thoughtful in offering to close the window when he saw my wife was dressed only in thin sweater (it was winter time).

Great serviced apartment yet there is an issue

The serviced apartment is located in the heart of the city with a tube station at the basement of the building. The bed, unlike those with hard mattress in most Chinese hotels, was really comfortable, the pillows and the bed sheets are of good quality. However, there was an issue that bothered me. It was early March when the outside temperature was around - 2C to 5C. The thermostat inside the room, when turned on, went up to 29C even when I adjusted the mode from heating to cooling and set the temperature to 5C, In the end, I had to turn off the air conditioning in the room and opened the window to let in cool air. I hope the hotel would fix this problem.

I needed to stay close to a subway station and within easy commute to the airport, and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect! Great place to meet up with people for meals in the Raffles mall itself. Rooms are in excellent condition, and the service is great as well.

Comfortable Stay

This hotel was incredibly accommodating for English-speaking travelers and for that I am thankful. The hotel offered adapters, bottled water, Internet service, and breakfast - all without additional cost. The onsite facilities were nice, upscale, and modern and I'd definitely stay there again.

Good Location

This is a new service apartment hotel so everything was shiny and new, however I could imagine that unless it is well maintained, it could look a bit grubby down the road - there were some obvious economies in some of the finishes. The apartment hotel adjoins a very modern mall - plenty of shops and restaurants - you don't have to leave the building! The Forbidden City is a short taxi ride. Good variety of choice for breakfast but only 1 breakfast was included in our rate, we had to pay for the second which we found rather strange and unexpected.

Great hotel - Great location

Great location - about 20min taxi ride from airport. Raffles City shopping mall attached to hotel - great variety of stores, food court and grocery store on bottom floor. Dongzeimen subway station just in front of hotel/ very clean and easy to navigate. Airport express subway line also just outside (if you don't have a lot of luggage). Hotel is less than a year old so everything is very modern. Our refrigerator was not working but was fixed the same day. Very nice gym facilities and beautiful pool. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!!

Very good hotel with kind and helpful staff, ready to take care of any issues. Also great gym and pool, which the kids liked a lot. Can absolute recommend… only thing that would make it exceptional would be a dishwasher in the room

Un hotel excelente. Bien ubicado, tranquilo.las habitaciones amplias limpias y con todo lo ofrecido. Lo único malo es que solicitamos habitación para 3, y había una sola cama queen. Tuvimos que pagar por una cama extra para mi hijo, y que estaba muy incómoda.

Very comfortable and nice experience

The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to housekeeping and serving breakfast. However, I have a suggestion regarding the breakfast service. It would be more convenient if breakfast could be provided as take-out. Although it is currently prohibited, some guests have been seen bringing their own take-out boxes to help themselves to food, and the staff has even been assisting guests in obtaining to-go boxes. I don't think that's their fault, but the rules need to be rectified. In addition, it would be helpful to have some coffee filters provided in the room since there is a coffee machine available. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again.

Très bonne prestation.
Nous avons pris une chambre executive (type F2 avec cuisine, séjour (télé avec ampli Bose) et chambre. Très belle salle de bain (douche + baignoire). Bon prix sur le site (1/3 du prix affiché dans l'hôtel).
Personnels parlant anglais.
La piscine est également très bien.

The Hotel is part of the Raffles City shopping mall and has a direct access to the stores and restaurants, that is really helpful if you don't feel to go around the city for a meal ;)
Rooms are good , service is good , breakfast is also good
Easy to reach PEK airport ( 30 minutes without traffic , about 1hrs with some traffic)

Just above airport express/metro station (Dongzhimen) and a shopping mall with a small supermarket and eateries. Very convenient for travellers with family, esp children. Will definitely come back again.

nice hotel location

This hotel is very convinient for everything. Location, it is locating deaprtment store/Lai Fu Shi. And B1 of department store is connecting to subway. Plus, nearby this hotel, sevaral subway stations and express bus terminal are located.
Facilities are very modern and clean. I can't complain anything about this hotel except bit small GYM :-)

有點貴但很舒服東直門最好的選擇

東直門就是一個不適合旅客的位置，出差所以訂的酒店。位置就在客戶公司旁邊。底下就有raffles的超市，簋街可以吃宵夜和小吃，隔壁有良子可以按摩。總體而言機能性很高，但價格也不低。需要抱怨的一點是ctrip及agoda同樣的價格是有含1份早餐的（雖然不好吃／80元一人）總覺得有點虧。

定的100多平米的套房。地理位置好，房间干净，但是没有想象中大。不足之处有：1.本来想要询问房间usb口的情况但是酒店迟迟没人来解决最后还是我们自己搞定的。2.横向隔音很好音乐比较大声但是邻居也没有来投诉，但是！纵向隔音很不好上下层住户会因为音乐震动而受到打扰。总体来说很不错下次还会考虑入住！

1、就在地铁，机场轻轨和商场上面出行、吃饭很方便。2、经济型酒店不够豪华，103平方还是觉得很小，不如王府井的万豪行政公寓（2012年新建的，很新，位置也好，离天安门广场也很近）。3、单早，再加早餐八十每人。早餐性价比尚可。4、婆婆过生日，2位老人正好过重阳节送了份水果。因为是新加坡人建的经济型酒店大概没有蛋糕师，大楼负一楼有面包新语。5、住的是2011房，面对高架，有点吵，没啥观景就是看高楼和马路。一直怀疑酒店是否给错房了，房间很小的，说是103平方米的，感觉只有70几。他们好像有2房和3房的，但hotels.com 上是没法订的，酒店说满房也没法升。住了万豪的大房子觉得这里特别不舒服。6、酒店的毛巾和浴衣也很旧，前台的小姑娘居然问我是不是要买毛巾。敢情你们就是给旧毛巾然后让客人自己花钱买新的，挺可恶的。不过他们的经理和服务生陪了不是，又给了新点的，算了，不计较了。7、酒店有儿童乐园不大，但孩子很喜欢，每天回来玩上一阵挺开心的。每天开到晚上10点。游泳池9点半就关门了，一般5星的酒店都要开到11点的。有两天都没游到。8、网站上明示是欧舒丹6件的，但酒店服务生说长住客才有6件，一般的客人只有4件。都一样是客人居然还差别对待，真是不可理喻。反正以后不会再住了。万豪虽然比它贵几百，但地段、服务和设施都好很多。

Hotel is well maintained and suuplied with kitchenwares. Location is great that is just across from the subway and airport express. Has a shopping center downstairs which you get to all different kind of restaurant and shops.
