We asked for an orange juice during the breakfast and it was extra ! They asked for the money for an extra water to your room ! Overall it was okay but the mentality of the hotel to make money from everythimg even from these tiny things make you feel very uncomfortable. You feel like you’re someone to be fooled!!! I wouldn’t prefer it again.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. It is like a resort where families with small kids can enjoy their stay. The only problem was that we stayed during a holiday period in Turkey when the hotel was very crowded with long queues for the restaurant.

Excellent family getaway

This place was recommended by a friend. Really nice place for a family getaway. Was charged an extra £110 at check in because the kids were above 6 years which I didn’t understand (as their ages were registered correctly when i made the booking), however hotels.com refunded that later.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

NG Sapanca hotel is one of the best and modern hotels in Sapanca. It fits families, coules and friends. It had many wellness facilities. The room size is good with clean furniture and amenities. The quality and taste of the meals provided (ie dinner and breakfast) are just great. The only comment is that the reception staff needs to be more welcoming. It is truly a 5-star hotel and deserves the visit by those who are looking for relaxing and enjoyable time.

NOT a good spa hotel

Hotel staff was great, actually the only thing that i like about the hotel is staff and food.

Spa was not good at all, i wonder how this hotel is rated as a 'spa hotel'. Pools were cold, spa section was insufficient.

Also; altough i booked a non smoker room they gave us a smoking room and told that hotels.com didn't mention i wanted a non smoker room and that they can't change the room because the hotel is fully booked.

Relaxing holiday

We stayed with friends in deluxe room. The room was very large enough for 3. The view outside felt like you were in a forest. The spa has all the amenities. I recommend to make reservation for the massages. The dinner was delicious and various. You'll enjoy it.

Everything is close to the hotel and its in a neat location within sapanca. The room temperature was hot and the ac was not working so i told the staff about it and they said because its winter season they switch the thermostat to heating and they told me to open the windows so when i did open, all the flies and bugs came to my room. Some of the wooden tables are roughly scratched. The reciptionists hardly smile except for the consiegre she was very friendly. Off topic, dont fly on PEGASUS.

good hotel but inconvenient service

I loved everything overall but they don't cooperate with their guests. When I booked the 2 rooms I clearly specified that I need the two rooms to be near one another, however they gave us 2 rooms in 2 separate floors which was very very inconvenient for us as a family. When I told them, they claimed that they havn't recieved the note so they promised to provide another room on the next day, however, I called the next day 12pm, 3pm and 7pm and they all said that they don't have availability without even checking for cancellation or anything. The AC of the room on the third floor was very bad so I talked to them at 11pm and they moved us to the another room on the 3rd floor and I asked them nicely if they have one on the 2nd floor so the actually found another room on the 2nd floor with the rest of our family, which means they had many rooms available but they didn't want to help at all. after all, the AC of the 2 room, all of a sudden, didn't work and we had to sleep with windows open in the hot weather. Another thing, when we went for the dinner buffet downstairs, the server offered us drinks without telling us of the price, we thought they are free of charge and included with the dinner, it turned out that its 10TL per drink so we had to pay so much since we were a big family. recommendation: don't buy anything form the hotel, there is a supermarket 400m down the hotel just by the gas station. and there is another small market in front of the hotels which have cheaper stuff

Good for kids -for a while- & if & when you don't.

Good for kids -for a while- & when you don't want to deal with the craziness of the big city, i.e. Istanbul. I was there for three nights in April with my twin daughters (11). April was a bit too early in the season, the outdoor pools were closed and it was still a bit chilly... Food was great all the time, even too good! :) Swimming pools are nice but too dimly lit ambience and not very frequently maintained (every time we use them I had to call them to get the underwater lights to be turned on. Needs to be maintained more frequently but all personnel were nice and friendly, tried to be helpful within the confines of the Turkish culture, which is definitely very different (not good or bad just different) than Western culture especially when it comes to communication. We also did the hiking which is short but good enough courses. I did the archery, we played basketball & soccer. The table tennis DEFINITELY needs to be upgraded! We demanded an indoor table tennis area rather than an outdoor one! In my opinion the \"game room\" where they keep some electronic video games -and always kept locked due to that expensive equipment- is a waste of space. But apparently they tried to imitate what is being offered here in the United States in that area. I basically did not use the spa (because I prefer to be with my daughters all the time) which looks nice and clean. I used the gym and the trainer there was helpful too. We will go there in June too and see the place in the high season...

A real 5 stars hotel in all aspects

The hotel location amid the forest and the green mountains is really awesome and gives very nice views, my deluxe room was very spacious nicely furnished. staff is very welcoming & smiling each time they see you, reception is willing to help (not all of them speak English). The breakfast & dinner buffet are outstanding (very tasty, many many options of starters - main dishes & desserts), my child of 2 years enjoyed his time and i wished that i've extended my stay for more than two nights. i do recommend this hotel and if i had the chance i'll sure stay here again.

Hotel views is like Paradise,
Spa and Turkish bath is like a dream,
Breakfast and dinner are more than rich.
Waitress and bar boys are extremely kind and nice and helpful.
What bothered me that i had a room with no view in the first floor..until i argued to change and get better.
I came over seas only for view and not for the Deluxe of the room..
For the coming times ,i suggest that view and floor will be in the inquiry of the reservation..
Thanks to Expedia who made everything easier and better.

Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Daha önce iş toplantısı amacıyla bulunduğum otelinizde, bu sefer eşimle birlikte spa/masaj hizmetinden de yararlanarak 1 gecelik bir konaklama yaptık. Otelin temizliği, konforu konularında memnun kaldık. Canlı müzik gecesinden çok keyif aldık. Spa'da aldığımız masaj hizmeti oldukça başarılıydı. Spa soyunma odalarındaki dolap kilitlerinin çalışmıyor olması, odadaki yastıkları pek konforlu bulmamamız ve akşam yemeğinde sunulan bazı meze, garnitür türü ürünlerin çok taze değilmiş hissi vermesi dışında bir sorunumuz olmadı.
Küçük detaylar da olsa 1 gece için ve masaj vb hizmetler için ödenilen ücretler düşünüldüğünde karşılaşmak istenmeyen detaylardı diyebilirim.

Temiz otel, personel çok çözüm bulucu ve güler yüzlü, gerek resepsiyon; gerek garsonlar ve kat görevlileri işlerini güler yüzle ve isteyerek yapıyor bu çok güzel; yemekler süper, kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Sadece kapalı havuz küçük biraz, o da belki ilerleyen zamanda daha iyi hale getirilebilir. Benim için önemli değildi. Arabanıza rahatça perk yeri bulabiliyorsunuz bence bu havuzdan daha önemliydi. Otel genel anlamda ıyıydi temizlik ve yemekler gayet güzel ancak 29 Ekim Cumhuriyet Bayram'ı ruhu otelde pek yansıtılmamıştı .Çocuklar için 28 Ekim günü akşam bir pasta kesildi o kadar Mili Bayramlarda çocuklarınız ile gidilebilecek bir otel değil .Heryerin bayraklar ile süslenmesi gerekirdi.Cocuklara bayraklı balon degıtılabilirdi .Otelin en dış bahçe kapısına bir büyük bayrak asılmıştı o kadar girişte de yuvarlak bir masaya Atatürk resimleri konmuştu .Otelde 29 Ekim Cumhuriyet Bayram'ı değildir 10 Kasım kutlanır gibi bir hava vardı.

Otel bolgenin en iyi oteli. Konumu guzel. Ancak cocuklu ailelere gore degil. Otelin pekcok imkanindan 14 yas alti cocugunuz varsa yararlanamiyorsunuz. Ayrica haftasonu otel musterisi disindakiler icin duzenlenen etkinlikler kalabalıktan bunalmanıza neden oluyor.

Es war eigentlich ein Traumurlau. Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal.
Das Beste war die Location, mitten im Wald. Ein Urlaub nur zum Relaxen.
Das einzige was gestört hat, war die Baustelle, die den ganzen Tag in Betrieb war, dementsprechen auch laut war.

Many aspects are clearly not new or old. The blankets of the beds were dirty, the baby's bed was dirty and the sportfacilities were often partly broken. The hotel could use a renovation or renewal on these aspects. Also the room (standard room) was quite small and dark. Most restaurants/bar are quite dark too. Positive is the great food, the service, the hotel itself and its green surroundings. I would gladly recommend people to go there to be relaxed in a green surrounding. We did not try any of the spa/wellness offers (due to time constrains) but there is a wide range to do in that respect.

Otelde iki sene önce konaklamistik,tekrar gittik.Konumu cok guzel,havasi mis gibi,gezilebilecek bir bahcesi,oyun alanlari var.Restorant kismi zengin ve temiz.Fakat sarap ictik,esim sarabin tadini begenmedi, baska marka getirdiler.Adisyona benim imzamdan sonra ekstra sarap fiyat farki eklemisler,otel cikisinda bunu ogrendim.Odada yataklar rahat ama oda tozlu.Bütün havlu ve bornozlarin uzerinde de sac cikti;cok tatsiz bir durum.Esim masaj yaptirdi, spa bölümünün de cok ilgisiz oldugunu söyledi.Daha fazla gayret etmeleri gerekiyor.

Eşimin doğum günü için oğlum ve torunumla kutlama yapmak istedim fakat otele girdiğimizden çıkana kadar gerek eksiklikler gerek temizlik ve gerekse personelin tavrı çok kötü idi
İyi bir otel süslü ve abartılı bir görüntü ile olmaz
Personel çok mutsuz görünüyor ve devamlı birbirlerini şikayet ediyor garsonlarda yemek yiyinde kalkıp gidin tavrı var
Fiyatlara gelince gerçekten 60 yaşıma kadar bu kadar gereksiz pahalı bir otelde kalmadım Bu arada herşeyi ekstraya koymuşlar ve ekstra fiyatları anormal pahalı idi minibar ve restorandaki fiyatları daha önce hiç bu kadar pahalı görmedim
Sonuçta eşime yapacağım sürpriz rezil oldu birde üstüne gereksiz bir ücret ödedim

Gerçekten yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi . Sitesinde cok güzel anlatılmıs. Spa ödülleri alınmıs orman terapasi hizmetleri varmıs. Otelin yanında insaat vardı ve inanılmaz kalabalık bir oteldi. Bu şekilde kalabalık gürültülü bir müşteri portföyünüz var ise o zaman sakinlik arayanları yanlıs yönlendirmişsiniz. Paraya üzülmüyorum harcadıgımız zamana yazık. Tatilimizi baska bir yerde planlardık. Bu kadar güzel anlatmayın o zaman. Yapabildiğinizi anlatın. Bu kadar kötü ise neden kaldınız derseniz gercekten sadece konaklamak için. Otelde zaman geciremedim.Acık büfede o kalabalık ve gürültüde yemekte yiyemedim. Her ailenin yanında avazı cıktıgı kadar bagıran bir cocuk vardı. Otelin müşteri portföyü buysa cıkıp saglık dergilerinde sitenizde öyle anlatmayın . Sakinlik arayanı memnun edemezsiniz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
