This was our second time staying here. I requested a first floor room and they honoured that request. The beds are very comfortable and room was clean. I really appreciated the tiny fridges that have a separate freezer. We were able to keep the ice from our cooler frozen and reuse in the morning. I really like the fact that we had our own private entrance to the room (first floor only). Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. This is one of my favourite stays along the Trans Canada highway. Price is great for what they offer. Highly recommend.

The place was average. Bed had a metal frame that was loud and made a lot of noise when you moved. The room had both inner and outer door access and there was a bright light above the door. This was great for security, but drew all the bugs directly to the door. We ended up with dozens of mosquitos in the room after leaving for some food which was not great.
Breakfast was included which is always a bonus. It was average, nothing really stood out from other places.

Stayed her for one night, passing through. We booked over Expedia and arrived late but check-in was easy. Front desk girl was very helpful and friendly. We were situated on the second floor but requested the first floor. She accommodated us and it was much appreciated. It was very quiet and relaxing and the breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

Owners take pride in their hotel. They took an older hotel and turned it into a great place to stay: super clean, computer upon entering lobby, beautiful linens and towels. They even carried my luggage to the second floor at 1 a.m.! (I’m partially disabled and assumed there would be an elevator.) Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

The outlets next to the bed were both dead. They were necessary for cpap machine. Luckily I had an extension cord with me. The 4 pillows on the bed were very firm.

When we checked in, the one before us was given two complimentary waters, but none were given in our turn. When we asked why, she said it was given to those Best Western members only. It may be hotel policy, but as a guest, it was not good at all. We were told to purchase water from the vending machine. It was just two bottles of water.

only one person on duty - waited 10 minutes for them to show up for check-in. could not get any help figuring out how to operate the tv - was told to scan the card supplied for instructions - no card. while the matress was great it was so high off the floor my wife who has mobility issues had a difficult time getting into the bed,
