Basketball tournament and our kids had so much fun. Nice pool and water slide. Bed mattress could use an upgrade and hvac control system in our room was not working. I had to use the control directly on the hvac unit and the room was at 26 Celsius when we went to sleep, it took a few hours to be comfortable sleeping.

We were there for a school sports weekend. The rooms were clean, spacious and has the amenities we needed. Boston pizza is right next door so convenient, as well lots of other restaurants nearby. First hotel I have stayed at that offered 2 king beds in the room which was great for siblings to share.

Open door policy, not acceptable.

Door to room would not lock. Staff came to fix lock, changed the batteries but nothing improved. No room change offered. We put a chair against the door, just in case. Lucky for us the Ramada Inn was not busy.

I have stayed with you many times and no complaints until now. I found a childs shirt under the chair in my room , I didnit have a chikd wuth me. I dont believe the room was properly cleaned before me. With all the covid 19 protocols in place this shouldnt have happened.

We loved this hotel - it was probably the best out of the four hotels we visited on our trip.

Our only issue had nothing to do with the hotel - but did have to do with the smell in the city of Brooks itself. It was unpleasant, but not unbearable. We couldn't smell it in our hotel room, so it wasn't a huge issue.

Awesome spot to stop on our trip across Canada.

This hotel has a pool with an amazing slide, a hot tub and a hot steam sauna as well as a huge gym with great equipment. The breakfast had bacon and eggs, apples, yogourt, cold cereal, juice, waffles, bagels and toast. They even served it in a carry out container to take back to our room. Service was great and when we asked for extra pillows for the pullout cough, they brought it up to our room within minutes. Check in and check out was quick and simple. The only thing was a musty odour in the corridors and stair cases. I would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast is like nothing i've experienced at a hotel b4. A long queue formed at a single serving hatch. At the hatch guests got a chance to use a toaster a styrofoam plate (or takeout box if there were no seats left) of scrambled eggs and a couple of pieces of bacon. A few other basic continental breakfast items, jams etc were available.

Sauna was broken as was hot tub aerator. I had phoned to check these were working evening of the day b4.

Oh and there is no resteraunt in the hotel. The is a near by boston pizza.

I didn't understand why we didnt have an ice bucket or toiletries (including soap). Apparently, I was supposed to receive a paper bag with these items at check-in and I didn't. Upon arriving in our room we could not wash our hands. This protocol of not having toiletries in the hotel room seems contrary to Covid-19 safety recommendations.

I could not find a luggage cart anywhere and had quite a bit to bring in. It was a struggle and other guests attempted to assist me with finding a cart. There appeared to be very few staff, in total I saw 3 staff during our stay.

At breakfast, I was advised that it had been busy since 6am and was closing just prior to 9am. There was a lack of friendliness and it was clear that I was expected to go away.

I would not stay at the hotel again, especially at the high cost I paid.

When i called the front desk from the pool area for towels, I was rudely told \"Ya, I know\". There were multiple families in the pool area without towels. I was very polite with my request.

It's a great hotel with large rooms and great pool with a waterslide. The only problem we had is that it was extremely noisy every morning around 6 am. We couldn't sleep for much longer after that :(

Gwen- front desk is a gem! She remembered us from 1.5 year ago. That was very impressive! She made sure that we got time in the pool even with a last minute, late check in.

Room was fairly clean. Some stains on the floor & on the bed skirt. The outside of tub needed a wipe. But it was nice to have a deep soaker tub!

For me beds were hard, but my kids liked them as they were a bit bouncy.

Breakfast was another story. I know with covid going on, they should not be dropping off breakfast in a bag at the door at 6am. Especially with yogurts & breakfast sandwiches. By the time we got up, the yogurts were quite warm. We didn't eat them. I stayed at a hotel in Red deer the past week, we got to go pick up our bags, which we had some selections. So our food was cold. Maybe Ramada can get a few choices for kids. Like a small box of cheerios, milk or juice, etc.

Overall, pretty good stay! Front desk ladies are very polite, warm & helpful! Give them a raise! Always above par for those 2!
