Parking can be a bit of a challenge because of city location, and if you drive to entrance to unload , you have to leave the lot and circle back around to get back to parking lot. It's not really a major issue, but it was a pain in rainy weather.

We have stayed there before and were perfectly satisfied; it's much nicer than a couple other local Inns. However, this time around we had a bed that definitely needs replacing!

Room was spacious and clean, but not to Hilton standards I'm used to. Flush scared the hell out of us. Not much soundproofing. Could hear convos out in the hallway, next door TV and also them making babies.. (Rm 624, Memorial weekend, I heard you.. Lol). Location was really good. Hwy, gas station, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

First off I’d like to say that the location is perfect! We walked to the Lucy museum & the comedy museum. But don’t go to the bar!! The prices are criminal!!! And the rooms don’t have a microwave! There is one down the hall though…. So odd… Jamestown is pretty sketchy at night so don’t wander too far! Lots of homeless people on the streets.

Booked the suite. Checked bed frame and found a bug. Front desk assured it was not a bed bug but had no more suites available so we were downgraded to a regular room. The staff especially Amber was very understanding and did everything they could do in their power. Breakfast was ok but not worth the $20/person cost.

Everything was outstanding except for the very low toilets. However, we are in our seventies, so that is more of an issue for older people. We appreciated the little things like a bathroom nightlight and a quiet heating/cooling system.

The double queen room is a little small but the room was clean. No clock in room.
Staff is very helpful and breakfast was okay but very pricey. The on-site restaurant only had appetizers and salads the night we were there so we had to go elsewhere.
Perfect place to stay for Lucy-Desi museum.

Friendly, helpful staff day and evening, nice room, comfortable bed, walking distance to attractions, two restaurants and one bar in house, great security system, no one can get on the floors with rooms or into rooms without a digital guest card, parking garage next door is connected to hotel with a covered walkway, a great looking hotel overall.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned. Garbage overflow, missing most towels, unsliced toilet, but bed was made. We we given another room, far end, very small but clean and adequate. We normally love this hotel, the restaurant is top notch and staff are very kind and accommodating. Hopefully this was an anomaly.

Hotel is convenient to the two high-profile museums.
Rooms were clean. Safety was excellent with digital keys to access elevator and doors to property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner in Pub was veru good.

Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing and waitress was socializing instead of picking up bill. Check in after adding an extra day was confused and key card was not activated correctly, requiring a long walk when we couldn't use 2nd floor entrance.

Staff was always friendly, especially Amber at desk.

Disappointed that they didn’t have enough staff on hand this weekend. The hotel was full of kid baseball players. And the breakfast buffet couldn’t keep up with the demand. None of the tables were cleaned. Not even coffee was available. What staff was there were completely overwhelmed. Plus elevator didn’t work and there was no signage to indicate malfunction. Will not go back.

While this location is clean and perfectly located with the museums and many restaurants and all the Lucy activities, the staff is not willing to help
And the breakfast was $25.00 a person and half the hot plates had no food. Completely ridiculous when I had just left a hotel in Presque Isle, paid half the piece and got the exact same breakfast. FREE also the girl who checked us in told us that there would be a complimentary breakfast from 7-12 . Who would pay $15.0” for cereal? And $25.00 for eggs and pancakes , because it’s all that was available. I travel a lot and will NOT be back.

I had 3 relatively minor issues with the room: 1) paint chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom; 2) toilet didn't work well- it kindof sprayed out when flushed. Weird. 3) shower drain was cloggy. Otherwise everything was solid, and I would say a pretty good value.

Customer service was rude, ask for my credit card and asked me is that one in which you can walk in and withdraw your cash and I said no; I want to use my credit card not my bank card. The In house restaurant I asked for a fish and chip dinner. They brought me fish tacos and then they put my order in. Didn’t get it until 20 minutes after the rest of the party was done eating their meals; did not care.

The only thing that was kind of a let down was the \"free\" internet you had to sign up for Hilton Honors (that was also free) but free internet access only lasted 7 hours? Should had lasted to the morning you checked out. Internet was not available the morning we checked out unless you signed back in which at this pt we did not.

This is a nice place especially if you get a suite. The beds are not really that great because the mattresses have depressions on each side. Next time I will ask for the room with the best bed mattress because by night four we were hurting. The pillows are super awesome!!

We only stayed for one night after an exhausting day of travel. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was amazing.
The room was clean. My husband and I have CPAP machines, so we need outlets to power them at night. There were more than enough outlets in the room.
We really loved our stay. If we swing through Jamestown again, we know where we are staying.

This was a pretty good hotel overall. I was concerned because there was a lack of parking in the parking lot and no handicap parking whatsoever designated. This was a problem for me as we have access as a family to handicap parking. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood, traveling with my daughter, as there were some questionable activities happening on the corner of the hotel. The inside of the hotel was fine, the bathroom could have been cleaner, however, for the price and the quick overnight it was fine.
