This hotel is fine for the price.It was quiet, the sheets and towels were clean, everything in the bathroom worked just fine and it had all the usual amenities. Downsides were uncomfortable bed and dated, worn furnishings. There was a bit of a wait for service when I checked in. The breakfast had very few gluten-free options and had very little protein.

Dogs staying there is fine. I had a dog with me but people let their dog crap and left it everywhere. Also smoking outside the doors and cigarette butts all over ground and trash thrown in ground. Disposable coffee or soda cups. I had doggy bags with me at all times because dogs crap. The smoking right outside doors is offensive Inside was clean. Actually I had a canister of disinfectant wipes. Glad I did. The toilet seat looked sketchy. I’m not picky but some things….. The breakfast was the exact same thing everyday Staff was nice

First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing. The curtains looked as if they were never washed/or cleaned since they were installed. The staff was ok, when asked if the facility was a shelter the gentleman hesitated on responding. Overall, this hotel needs a major overhaul upgrade and get rid of the rehab people if you want to stay in business. Suggestion: just convert into a shelter that helps rehabilitated people if that’s what you want to do. I’m sure most of your customers will agree. If Im paying to stay in a hotel then thats the atmosphere I’m expecting to see. Clarion do better. I will never be returning here!!

Room ŵas ok for the price. Staff was friendly, but the drama that went on at the place wasn't worth the saving on the room. Breakfast was sub par. They just put yogurt in a container and you scooped out your serving in a bowl.i felt that was unsanitary. Otherwise stay was ok if you dont mind dealing with permanent residents staying at the facility.all in all a 3 out of 5 rating

Rooms were half decent for overnight stay while passing through. Staff was great. Hotel did seem to rent out for longer term living. Not opposed to that, but windows were open and no curtains where you could see half dressed people laying in there beds. Maybe AC was out, but that raised some red flags.

There was no shampoo in our bathroom and I didn’t have any with me. That was a big disappointment when I was in the shower. I did leave a note for staff.
Check out was at 10 and we left our room around 8:45 to check out the fitness area and our card would not let us in. Then when we got back to our room we couldn’t get in our room. It’s probably because it was the day we were scheduled to check out, but we had not officially checked out yet so I was disappointed in that and had to go down to the desk to have our cards reactivated.
The freezer definitely needed to be defrosted as well.

Place was nice and quiet. The room could have been cleaned better. Shower head seemed dirty and cold of been cleaned. First night was quiet, second night was a bit loud then quiet down. Was very close to PA state line so worked out for my family and I. Breakfast was not great. Only had waffles, bagels, and fruit and Juice. The tables weren’t really being cleaned up after people ate. So we had to clean up to be able to sit down to eat. Was no sausage, or any protein with what they had. Need to step these things up. Pricing is amazing. Staff was nice no bad encounters.

The only real complaint we have is that there is no way to select a channel you want to watch on TV.

Let's say you want to watch NBC. You scroll using the up/down until you see NBC (channel 6 if I remember) and choose it. Well, you just selected SCIFI or something else.

Very frustrating. We finally had to stream from our phone to TV to watch what we wanted

The pictures on the website must have been taken when the hotel was new. The bathtub was horrible. The caulking around the tub was moldy/stained. The mattress are old with the spring sticking out on the side. The place is in need of a remodel and deep cleaning. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst hotel that I have stayed in. The room was in bad shape, smelly and noisy. The shower did not work- the faucet handle didn’t work and water would not stay on. Could not adjust the water temp of water. Lots of noise from other rooms. Overall, very, very poor.

This as an affordable, family run business close to the interstate and a variety of low cost restaurants that you can walk to. The decor in the rooms respects the locale and is attractive. Some surfaces have taken a beating but I detect improvement every visit.

Night shift employees and maintenance man are great! Kind of dirty for a $150/night hotel... curly hair that wasn't ours in the shower, moldy shower curtain, carpet was sticky and dirty. People on drugs outside yelling, a bunch of cops showed up.

BEWARE!! Stay anywhere else. Completely filthy rooms. FILTHY! I had to throw away garbage from previous guest. The majority of the motel is occupied by people living here full-time. Grills, Batman drapes in windows, people wandering around outside everywhere. like a band of Gypsy's has taken over property. I paid extra for Jacuzzi room. We didnt use it because of dirt around jets. My wife was afraid to go in it. Hallways stink like cheap air freshener. Stay anywhere else.

I stayed 3 nights. I’m dependent on internet for my work and 2 of the three nights had no service. I paid over 500 for my stay and as compensation the manager credited me $25 of which part was tax. That’s an insult. If they can’t provide their services, as a company, they should offer commensurate compensation. I complained to corporate who could only offer points. I requested two nights worth of points. They credited me 16000 points assuring me that would cover two nights. In checking rooms at different comfort inns, one night is 23500 points. The lied to me and when I called back I got a stall that they’d have to investigate what the agent told me. Ask me if I’d stay at a comfort inn again if they don’t correct this. NEVER. I’ll also report it to the BBB and leave reviews of my experience on all social media sites.

The property is kind of shabby. The room had sweat stained pillows that showed through the pillow cases. Room smelled. The deadbolt on joining room door wouldn't tumble into the lock. The bathroom was dirty. Moldy caulking around the tub. Lots of dirt on the floor. We checked in, had an appointment to go to and ended up not going back to the hotel. Just drove the 2.5 hours back home. I called the front desk the next morning and spoke to the receptionist informing her that we didnt even feel safe or comfortable to stay but she really didn't care. I would not recommend that hotel at all.

This is an average hotel. The room was adequate. The breakfast was rather minimal: waffle irons, bagels, cereal. We had waffles and juice each morning. The clientele and people hanging around outside are a little iffy. There is a Bob Evans across the parking lot, a Tim Hortons across the street and a gas station, and the hotel is located well for access to expressways to get to local attractions or if traveling. I would say the location was good and the staff were basically friendly, the room was also adequate, but it would not be the destination for a romantic getaway and the clientele seem a bit sketchy. I would stay there again if the price was right though.

The hotel is very quiet with pleasant window views of the natural landscape. The bathroom was large and clean, and the shower was very warm and comfortable. This hotel has potential, but unfortunately, our experience was not great. The building is quite old, and the cleanliness needs serious improvement. There were noticeable stains on the bedsheet and towel, though the staff did replace the towel when we asked. The room had a musty, old smell and didn’t feel fresh or clean. We also noticed mold on the shower head, which was concerning.

With better cleaning practices, good detergent, and some air fresheners, this place could be a lot more welcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and appreciated.

A heads-up: be very careful when entering the parking area — there are large potholes that could damage your car if you’re not cautious.

We didn't take advantage of breakfast since there was as Bob Evans next door, but it looked decent. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was also pet friendly. Would stay here again. We opened the window and ran the fan and that helped alot.

We stayed here as an overnight stop on a road trip. It is a fine place for a cheap, safe place to stay the night. The room was not properly cleaned. There were a couple big bugs and a hairball in the shower. The hall smelled lightly of vomit. The staff were friendly and the breakfast simple. There is a Bob Evans right next to the property which made for an easy dinner. If you aren't particular than this would be a fine place for the night
