They change us from the plaza to condos called evergreen. It was dated. Coffee or leaked dishwasher didn’t work properly. And there was a fake fireplace instead of a real one

I booked a plaza room and was greeted at the desk by a very kind man Dom. He gave me the instructions and i went to my room. Once I used the key pad and entered it was very apparent someone else was staying in my room. I was stunned and panicked and immediately called Dom. He was extremely helpful in getting me another room at the Lodge which was great. I’m appreciative of his care, especially after such an uncomfortable situation.

Our unit was nicely furnished, attractive, and everything worked. Location was excellent and would be very convenient to the slopes in ski season (we stayed in summer). Free parking was appreciated.

updated unit careful if you’re near the bar…

The condo building is dated, but the unit was updated. The issue is that it’s above the bar and the fat fryer goes on about 3:30 every day and you have to shut the windows or it smells like a fish fry. The beds are memory foam which took some getting used to. Again, the unit itself was very nice and worked great!!

The unit that I stayed in had mattresses in both bedrooms that felt like you were sleeping on plywood... My group barely slept the entire time. The couch was seemingly 30 years old and felt like it. You could literally feel the springs poking your back. If that wasn't bad enough, I wanted to sit outside, but the chairs, also VERY cheap and 30+ years old were rusted and ripped, dirty as can be. Wouldn't sit in those without an up to date tetanus shot! The property is extremely dated, but that was fine if the owner would update the things you use the most!! The unit needs some love.

Plaza was conveniently located to mountain, activities and food options. All walkable which is a plus! It was easily accessible and parking was close. Property is a bit dated but they were working on exterior stucco, maybe the interior is next. It worked fine for our family of 6 who just needed a spacious spot to rest each night. No real amenities on property but that was ok since we spent our time out and about. Very quiet when we stayed in summer, good view of the mountain. Would stay again.

not as advertised, difficult to navigate (check in over here, stay over there), 3 levels of stairs inside condo, nice view, private balcony, quiet area, where's the pool?, poor construction (neighbors sewer line elbow at baseboard of condo (what?), torn and broken couch and recliner...I would not stay here again...

This condo was so clean and a great place to stay. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and a toddler to run around. It backs right up to the ski lift. Beautiful scenery all around. Great town and beautiful place to stay.

Condo was just what we needed. Few things that need to be fixed-toilet runs constantly. Never shuts off, closet door in entryway needs repaired, & when you turn on kitchen faucet the sprayer has a leak & sprays you. I loved the views, condo had everything we needed for cooking meals, & was very clean. This is not a negative review, just a few things that should be addressed before others rent it!

Easily accommodates 2.
Be sure to bring any food you want—the closest reasonable grocery is in Gunnison.
Bring all your own condiments, paper goods, and can opener, only serving and cooking utensils provided (no spices, oil, tin foil, Saran Wrap). Also bring your own games or books.
Hiking trails in every direction.

Won’t stay again

Overall the stay was disappointing. The room was clean but that’s about it. All of the blinds were broken. We were traveling with a toddler and not being able to make the room darker for nap time was a problem. Dishes were hard to get to, almost as if they didn’t want you to use them. The owner definitely didn’t seem to care about the property. Note you have to carry your stuff a LONG way.

Disappointing and misleading

This was not advertised correctly. The building that we were put in was much less nice than what is advertised. There was not furniture on the balcony, the door had no deadbolt and the chain lock has been broken and easily pulled out of the wall. There was evidence on the door that it had been broken into before. There was obvious water damage in the bathroom, the DVD player was broken, the blinds were also broken in places. The screen doors were old and barely opened and closed. Overall it was just disappointing and I would have chosen to stay elsewhere for a similar price had it been honestly represented.

Don't bring a lot of heavy luggage

The building they put you in is not the one in the picture- it's an older building. Prepare for an uphill walk around the building and then stairs to climb with your luggage.

I chose the option to \"pay at the property\" but this company charged a card on file for the full amount three days before I arrived without my permission. The condo was ok but crusty white fluid stains on the bed spread really grossed us out. I couldn't wait to leave.

Upon checking in, the directions to the condo we were staying in was very vague. The receptionist did give us a map to the condo, but it also was very was extremely difficult to understand how to find the building we were to stay in. Fortunately after wandering around awhile we were able to find a worker who was able to show us where to go.

When I booked this property it did not specify that this unit was “off property” or that stairs were required, it was only in my confirmation email that it mentioned these. There was an elevator however it was out of order. This was a major problem. The unit was nice enough. The bed linens had stains on them and the toilets took at least 2 flushes to clear as well as the master sink did not drain. The light in the master shower was out. Desk manager was cordial. All in all decent unit, but cost was not justified.

Great location, nice condo - a little dated, but completely fine for what we needed. And clean! The staff was excellent at the resort. We had MAJOR problems with Orbitz not sending the reservation over to the property - Orbitz was ZERO help whatsoever, but the property went out of their way to make it right. I was most appreciative.

Great location, condo so-so.

At first I was underwhelmed with the condo. Pretty dated and oddly decorated. There was a smell in the halls and condo. However it was clean and kitchen and baths were updated. Bedding was sparse. Over our four day stay it grew on us. It is a 3rd floor walk up. Walking distance to lifts. Ski storage but also on 3rd floor. We loved Crested Butte but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
