I came here for a good night sleep. I’m leaving more tired than when I initially came feeling. I was placed on the fourth floor right next to a pool, there was no communication about me being next to a pool and me having to address loud noises in my own room and the entire floor. My room was shaking that’s how loud it was. I called the manager multiple times however there was no ratification. The ac also was not working despite asking the hotel to come take a look and I’m calling them for the second time as of 139 pm. My whole entire stay was a shame. The reason why I’m giving it a 2 and not a 0 was the food I ordered was amazing, however I was not here for the food but rather a shut eye as I was on my last day of travel. It’s a shame as the hotel itself is beautiful however the quality control and the quality of the sleep was a aolid 0/5. I wouldn’t come back.

This hotel was very nice, the staff is really friendly and helpful and respectful especially Kartik D. He answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. I had orders room service breakfast and tea. One of the best tea I drank and quantity of the meal was more than expected (two people can eat). Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. The staff was exceptional throughout our visit. From the guards at the checkpoint and the security team at the gate, to the front desk, dining room staff, kitchen team, hostess, housekeeping, and bell staff everyone contributed to a genuinely pleasant experience.
Special thanks to Vishnu from housekeeping, Sudhir (whose tea we already miss), and Shivani & Amardeep at the security checkpoint for their warm and welcoming service. They truly made our stay memorable.
There were a few initial hiccups with the room, but the overall experience was excellent.

The hotel, its central, close to the blue metro location (Janakpuri West station) and its enormous grounds are all features to like.

The hotel is trying to modernize and improve from a legacy property which it used to be 3 years ago, so you may run into phases of construction there during your stay.

The food in its restaurant is just decent with nothing standing out for its quality or flavor. Although their dinner prices are similar to other 5 star hotels in Delhi, the quality and levels are behind those surely. Non veg foods are dominated by chicken or basa fish (both cheaper proteins), and the flavors are just hanging in there for survival. I should know because I have been into cooking for the past 4-1-2 decades.

I shared my honest feedback with the hotel management the day of checking out and it seemed they were very welcoming of the critical, but helpful feedback. Mt whole intent is that they get to run this hotel better than I found it, and I am sure they can with a little more focus and rigor of processes.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri was exceptional from start to finish. It was a long stay and the room allocated was as per my request – high floor, quiet with city and pool views.
The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Thankyou Priyanka (Manager Housekeeping) for checking with me about my room. Check-in & checkout were easily handled by staff members (Shreya and the guy on checkout don’t remember his name). Thanks to Arna at the desk. Huge thanks to Karisma at the front desk for being always welcoming and looking after my request whenever I required assistance. Thanks to her again for organising Spa session at Tattva, which was another wonderful experience.
The facilities were first-class from the elegant lobby and relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options. Room should have a pen and notepad.
Security team at the entrance was fabulous. Thanks to smiling faces Santosh and Neelu.
Everything about my experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. I left feeling truly pampered and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Delhi.

This property needs a complete overhaul of management. I tried to buy pastries , gentleman said he doesnt have a container. Then i went to the restaurant and a sardarji who works there saw me yet did not even acknowledge me. Just an awful property that makes the Hyatt name depleted.

The staff was very good and very helpful but the property’s condition is very bad. The tap was broken, the room had mould everywhere… there was no ac in the lobby area. The staff was very nice and tried their best, but the maintenance was so below average for this hotel, the owner should look at these things. The hotel needs upgrade

We booked because they had a great outdoor area and pool. Both were unavailable and appeared to have been for some time.
When I asked about it I was continually pushed from person to person.
Once I checked out they offered me a complimentary lunch for the next day! I was in a different city by then.

The cleanliness of the place is severely lacking — even the toilet was clogged upon arrival. Although a service technician was called, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the air conditioning is barely working, and we noticed a roof leak in the hallway leading to our room. Considering the amount we paid, the quality of service and overall experience fall far short of expectations. Even during the breakfast buffet, we had to wait over an hour just to receive a cup of coffee after placing our order with the staff.

Room floor tile were damaged , sink slab was broken , should have been Rs 2k daily rent instead of Rs 5800. I will suggest all new booker should demand pictures of room , room need intensive overhaul 😢😂😡

Very poor condition of rooms. Manager sidhant was very nice and changed rooms until we find the room to settle in. All rooms seriously need renovations. Next morning operations manager Neerav sharma acknowledged the situation and apologize and said he has been appointed to improve the property condition and was also very nice and offered extra benefits and amenities for future stay. Which I don't know if we ever going to use it.

I called the hotel two days before my flight to arrange a pickup. I spent 12 minutes on the phone with the receptionist, who assured me the pickup was arranged and that I didn’t need to worry. However, when I arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick me up. This was extremely stressful, especially as a female traveler standing alone for 45 minutes trying to find help. Thankfully, Expedia’s agent was very supportive and helped me resolve the situation, which I deeply appreciate. However, the hotel failed to send someone to pick me up as promised and seemed unconcerned about their mistake. Eventually, someone arrived to pick me up after 45 minutes.

Additionally, I had to repeatedly ask for bottled water during my stay—sometimes two or three times before I could get it. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very disappointing. It was not clean at all, and I have photos to prove it. Upon arriving, I immediately had to request new bed sheets because it was clear the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guest.

Bad management.

Was in room 417, guests in room 416 decided to have a drunken party. Was asked if I wanted to be moved late on my final evening to another room further down the corridor, most hotels would get the people partying to shut up!

If this hadnt happened it would have been 5s all round. Its just unfortunate that I got the sticky eblnd of the stick that evening. Still waiting for Hyatt to get back to me I have emailed a number of times.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Prompt room service. Good quality breakfast. Good security makes you feel nothing possible go wrong in staying here. This is close to the Metro station, not too close to downtown, not far away from the international airport of New Delhi.

Very average stay. Not a clean place. Menu adveritises many items that they cant or wont make. Morning buffet was average but atleast they had one. I stayed nearly 2 weeks for work and i survived. If u need to stay in janakpuri then i think this hotel is your only 5 star choice but dont expect 5 star service or quality.

The rooms were very dated. We was taken to a room that smelt of damp. Staff then showed us two other rooms which also had a damp smell. Bathroom conditions were not of a good standard. Infact I had to question myself if this is a genuine Hyatt. The dated wooden floor was stuck and the rugs in the room were dirty. I would not class this as a 5 star property.

My God!! If this is the Standard of Hyatt then it must be put out there there chain is completely going downhill! This is a four star hotel the only good thing was hotel
Lobby! Don’t fall for they have done refurbishment as they haven’t!! The food was standard better downtown to be honest! You must as well stay in Karol Bagh the Manager did not go above and beyond even after I sat down and talk to him. It was disappointing at the very least and the staff are slow service is slow the good thing was the valet parking. You will see by the pictures how awful the interior is.waste of my time and money!! The bathtub was stained all taps had limescale. Stains in walls broken chairs dirt linen can go on pool wasn’t clean had pigeons drinking water from pool swimming literally.
