I would like to share our experience at this hotel to help you make an informed decision before booking.

Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, the room was visibly unclean (photos attached). There was mold in the bathroom, the shower head was not functioning properly and was very dirty, and there was rust behind the sink. The bathroom fixtures clearly need replacement.

The ceilings and walls require fresh paint, as there were multiple dark stains that created an unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere. The air conditioning filter was also dirty.

Additionally, the electrical socket next to the bed was detached upon arrival, posing a serious safety hazard and potential risk of electric shock.

The most concerning incident involved the elevator. It became stuck and suddenly dropped approximately one floor before the doors opened after about a minute. We then attempted to use the emergency exit stairs; however, they did not lead to an actual exit but instead to what appeared to be an attic space. The stairwell door could not be reopened from our side, and we had to request assistance.

The restaurant service was also disappointing. We waited 25 minutes for an omelette, and although the table was cleaned after we requested it, the waiter used an already used cloth taken from another table to wipe ours.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider their booking.

Very disspointing stay and quite possible the worst stay I've ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world. The hotel overall needs desperate renovation, to the bones. There is an overwhelming musty and damp smell everywhere, particularly in the hallways and in the room. The air was so damp that my bedsheets were damp as well. Furniture and fittings are reminders of when this was likely last updated, which is more than 17 years ago from what I gathered from the staff. Broken tiles in the bathroom, mold and rust on the metalic fixtures, stains on furniture and lighting fixtures. A big wedding/banqueting venue nextdoor as well,which meant that in wedding season (nonvember time) it gets really loud when you're meant to sleep. Thank goodness for the absolutely amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful, they could not do enough for us. Absolutely extortionate nightly rate to pay for such conditions - GBP150 per night! Never again!

Hôtel was sufficiently clean, and reception staff friendly. However doing ourselves in a situation where we were stranded and couldn’t get to the hotel (as no drivers could find the entrance), phoned the hotel to see if they could send us a taxi, or someone to walk us from the petrol station nearby as we were three females travelling alone and they told us no and hung up. Will never be back.

Also wouldn’t recommend booking breakfast if you do wish to stay here!

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar and was very disappointed with my experience.

Before my arrival, I had emailed the hotel requesting an early check-in since my flight from San Francisco landed in New Delhi around 2:30am. I asked for check-in around 4am, but I never received a reply. When I reached the hotel at 4:30am after a 22-hour journey, I was told they couldn’t provide early check-in unless I paid for a full night’s stay. After such a long trip, I didn’t have the energy to argue, but this lack of communication and courtesy was extremely frustrating.

The room I eventually got was satisfactory, but the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Maintenance came and simply switched the fan setting, which didn’t solve the issue. By the time I woke up a few hours later, the room was still hot. When I complained again, I was told I would be shifted to another room — only to be informed later that no rooms were available and I’d have to wait until morning. This meant another night without proper cooling and very uncomfortable sleep.

I was finally shifted to another room the next morning, but by then, the damage was done. For a hotel carrying the Radisson name, I expected much better communication, basic comfort, and service. Unfortunately, this property does not live up to international standards, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay in Delhi.

The hotel is nice. I stayed there this year and last year since it’s close to my family’s house. The service has gone down dramatically between the two years. Housekeeping would not replace all the items. If I called, no one would come for an hour or two. Once I forgot to lock my locker when I left the room for the day, no one would pick up the phone at the front desk/ property. The hotel needs more staffing and improve guest services.

There is no proper room service and customer service, waited more than 2 hrs for check in, My cell phone wqs disappeared from my room whichnwas kept for charging wnd upon complaining the phone was returned to the room, it was identified one person went inside the room when we went for breakfast. Manager Gulzar was very helpful, but rest of the staff was alright. Room keys don't work most of the time. The water was very dirty in the tub. The only reason I have been using this hotel for the last six years is that this hotel is close to friends & family that I visit. Otherwise, I won't go to this hotel.

Over the years and especially in my most recent visit, this hotel has degraded quite a bit. I have found the interiors to be dusty and barely clean. The staff is uneven: Some people are good but a lot of service is really slow.

The breaking point for me was that I had to ask three times for a laundry bag before they delivered.

The facilities are outdated and in serious need for update. In particular, the bathrooms are quite small and give a claustrophobic sense.

The breakfast buffet is below average and on one occasion, we found a hair in a curry that the hotel was very apologetic for.

We have tolerated this hotel for quite some time due to it's convenient location. However, in this visit, they crossed a limit and going forward, I will be using a different hotel.

On a good note, the gym is absolutely amazing. Huge and a lot of equipment not available at other hotel gyms in Delhi. Nothing else in this hotel is positive, unfortunately. It smells unbelievably bad in public areas, although the stink thankfully doesn’t enter the room. Rooms are ok. Quite dirty and badly maintained. The worst thing, though, is the mismanagement. I stayed for 3 nights through an Expedia booking where I should pay at the hotel, but Expedia had my credit card for holding the room. The hotel charged the first night on my USA credit card, I think as a no-show because I checked in late due to a late-night flight. Then when I checked out they charged the 3 nights on my local credit card. So I ended up with a double charge. Calling Expedia, the hotel, and the credit card all got me nowhere, so I decided to book the hotel for another night on the next time I was flying through Delhi. This way I was able to speak to management in person, show them all the receipts and charges and they assured me that they would refund the double charge. Well, a month later, no refund…and no reply to my calls and messages. It’s pretty unbelievable. But you will understand if you book there.

The stay was average overall. The property certainly does not feel like a Five star property.

Positives:
1) Staff was definitely very professional and friendly.
2) Food selection and quality was great.

Negatives:
1) We were on the 9th floor and the room and the whole floor smelt like Sewer. We were given the option to change rooms but because the whole floor smelt bad, didnt seem reasonable. I asked for an air freshener in the room, but the staff refused to leave one in the room and would only allow someone to come and spray.

2) Beer bottle openers in the room did not function and took the staff over an hour to get bottle opener for the room.

3) Bathroom faucets and such were starting to show rust.

4) We returned from a wedding at 4am and the phone lines to the concierge were not functioning.

Overall, I would recommend. I felt safe being there as there was security to get through. The staff inside and outside were great and always ready to help. The room was a great size in accommodating three persons. The tub looked a little dirty but I had no intentions of using it. Otherwise, it was clean and the bed was super comfy. Also, the WiFi was a little spotty. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

This place is not even close to an any star hotel. The only thing good about is that all the staff are friendly and helpful. As for the property, worse hotel I had ever visited. The rooms are out dated and minimalist maintained. All floor carpets are smelly and old.
Bathrooms are also minimalist maintained.
The worse of everything is the smell and noise.
They have function / party every night in the ground floor which starts with loud noise from middle of the night till 5AM every day. I was using my noise canceling headphones to sleep. Another worse thing is the banquet hall has open kitchen outside the hotel windows and the rooms smell strong oil all the time.

I had a disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar. The room was plagued with issues like bugs, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The food quality was subpar, and the service from the hotel staff was unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, I got stuck in a malfunctioning elevator due to broken equipment. Overall, it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

this property is pretty poorly maintained and its surprising that Radison hasn't enforced higher standards.
The front facing surface of the check in desk is dirty, filled with smudges and cracks. If they can't keep that clean, there isn't much hope for the rest. We were given a no-smoking room on a no smoking floor that smelled so strongly of smoke that we had to move. Mirrors and other surfaces were full of smudges and hand prints--even in our room. While the pool seemed clean, the deck on the pool had cracks and was also poorly maintained.

First of all I want to clarify that this isn’t a bad review on hard working performing cleaning staff on my floor or dining room attendants who made sure my cup of tea is full. They are probably the reason why people stay in this terrible property.

First nice welcoming mosquitos, and the receptionist who is almost devoid of greeting enthusiasm but quick to offer welcome drinks. You probably need lots and lots of blood to feed these hungry mosquitoes so better remain hydrated with blood as sweet and good tasting for a feast. So if you happen to smash a fat mosquito in morning you better turn service on for cleanup of bloody murder scene. Some wise person said there is abundance of both mosquitoes and politicians in Delhi however only mosquitoes happen to do all the hard work & be the fall guy too!

Second is the marriage hall next to hotel providing all day-free entertainment which comes free till late in night, yes 1 AM. Top quality entertainment so good that my ears are still ringing with same tune a day after returning back home. For people traveling from USA it’s a blessing in disguise as you can hardly sleep at nights after a day of hard work so you hardly feel jet legged returning back to USA to delight of your manager seeing no productivity decline post India travel. To the credit of service no requests take less than 25 minutes and a shout on phone to the top of my lungs. No matter it’s replacing bad wireless key to empty all out mosquito repellent.

The property needs some renovating. Some areas of the room were beaten up with cracks, scratches, etc. the hallways of the hotel is super and I mean super humid, hot, etc. the location is a little random in the middle of an empty field with a park nearby. Gas station at the corner, banquet halls down the street. Security at the main door for when guests enter and exit. Room service took an extremely long time. Outside food not allowed in the hotel, yet they will warm up your leftovers from room service, but then again, they will take about 30-45 mins for them to come take your food and then another 20-30 mins to bring your warmed food back.

I do not recommend anyone staying here. They only gave us one key card for the two of us. The key card stops working most of the time, which prevented access for many things like the door and the elevator. So we were stuck constantly asking other guests for help getting in the elevator. Also the key card is needed for the lights to be on, so if one person leaves with the key card, the other person is stuck in the room without any light.

1. The checkin/checkout process is time consuming. Just the checkin took 20+ minutes. Looks like lot of manual process, printed documents , signing multiple times. Aren't we living in 2022? I provided all details while booking thorough Hotels.com , still had to write the same in a form.

2. The same goes with the checkout , waited on queue for 15-20 minutes, wonder they use any systems for these.

3. I checked-in pretty late around 00.30 - 01.00 , so had to order food from their kitchen , which is SUPER expensive. I really wish the checkin staff asked/offered some welcome meal since the guest arrived late.
