The property was lovely. The room, as others have stated, had very thin walls, heard much of what was happening in the room next door. Including their early morning TV news viewing. We signed up for a \"tour\" to the desert through them. We asked for and were told we would get an English guide. Our \"guide\" spoke no English. The jeep reeked of gas and was in total disrepair. It broke down, fairly catastrophically, on the side of the road and after a long time listening to our \"guide\" shout to someone on the phone in Arabic, with no resolution in sight we got a ride from a passing actual guide and client who delivered us back to the hotel as the sun set. When I told the people at the front desk what had happened, and how the \"tour\" had been misrepresented, and we stranded 60 km out in the desert, they shrugged and blamed the company. End of story.

Dumpy property that caters to local tourists. The property is very dated and dirty. Staff is completely rude to foreigners, but caters well to locals. Rooms are large but very dated, with bugs inside. Sheets have seen better decades. Avoid staying at this place as there are other better hotels in the area.

Old and run down

The hotel is rundown and old, but still has a great pool and the entrance lobby is interesting. The bed was hard. And the staff were confused by two men sharing a bed. So much so that they put us in a room with an extra bed.

This is a beautiful property that was probably amazing in its prime. Now it is just a bit run down and needs a facelift. But still, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Well maintained if not somewhat dated property. Rooms could be improved, for example there was lime on the tap in the sink. Staff were friendly, breakfast was a good selection with tatsy options. Pool was clean and made use of it (20 dinar refundable charge for renting towels). Lots of shops nearby to buy food or drinks.

The hotel has an excellent architecture. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful unfortunately the fact that there’s no wifi in the rooms has disappointed my children who had to spend most of the time in the vicinity of the reception hall.

Very friendly staff.room was perfectly cleaned and furnished, plenty of room.
Lobby was immaculate. Appreciated the real palm beach atmosphere, tres and water falls. The sound of water was soothing. Seating area very nice.
Plenty of choices in the free bfast buffet.
Overall excellent value for the price.

Horrible!

The owner/manager of this hotel know they're closing it very soon, that's why nobody cares! The following is what my wife, my 3 years old, and I experienced during our one week stay: no air conditioning (in an outside temperature of 130 Fahrenheit) in the whole hotel, expect in our room, and even in the room they had to switch us to another room (which was really inconvenient as we had a baby with us!), and even then we could still literally sweat in our room in spite of the AC being in ZERO degree! We had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to open the outside gate for us to get in the hotel on our 2nd night there. It was only 1:30 AM, and I had to get out of my car and open the gate myself, after I called the reception twice and no one answered!!! I believe everybody was asleep! How safe was that?! They turn all lights off after 10 or 11 PM, and when we asked why, they said they were cutting on electricity consumption!! I paid you, people, for that and now you want me to go swim in the dark?! My overall experience was horrible, and I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there!

Very nice hotel with many FLIES

This hotel as kind of expensive hotel in Tunisia, room and facility look very nice. BUT! I can never accept dining room with many flies. Dinner buffet is almost 50 USD per person (very expensive in Tunisia) but I could eat only few because I could see many flies on my food. Flies means dining room is never clean. Don't go there unless you are okay with food with flies

Hervorragendes Hotel. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool auch sauber, lediglich die musikalische Beschallung nervt. Abendbuffet und Frühstück sind erstklassig. Bisher das beste Hotelauf meiner Tunesien Reise. Shukran!

La piscine extérieure est immense mais gelée. Mais il y a une piscine intérieure chauffée donc top
Petit bémol sur le choix de mets proposés pour le petit déjeuner !
Si vous devez dîner sur place, préférez le buffet au restaurant (plus de choix local)

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde sich um uns gekümmert.
Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut, gemessen an den hiesigen Standards ist das Hotel sehr umweltfreundlich.
Das Essen war vielfälltig und sehr lecker, leider wurden die Getränkepreise nicht mitgeteilt.
Da wir Offseason reisten, hatten wir Ruhe und konnten Spa/Hamam richtig genießen.
Das vorhandene Publikum war seeehr.... \"vielfälltig\".

Bon établissement, personnel très agréable et à votre service, repas diversifié et produits frais ce qui est rare dans un hôtel, car j ai lu des avis négatif et qui m ont un peu fait peur après avoir réservé mais c est complément faux !!!! je ne regrette pas.
Sauf bémol la piscine extérieur est a refaire mais on peut s y baigner

Grossi problemi di organizzazione.

Sull'hotel nulla da dire, è un 5 stelle che corrisponde ad un 3 stelle secondo i canoni europei, la pulizia è discreta. l probelma è stata la prenotazione, abbiamo prenotato 2 camere doppie ma all'arrivo sostenevano che la prenotazione era per 1 camera. L'hotel era pieno e pur avendo una suite libera non l'hanno messa a disposizione così, anche dopo aver litigato pesantemente e minacciato di chiamare la polizia turistica non hanno risolto il problema e una coppia ha dovuto cercare un altro albergo. D'accordo che siamo in Africa, da un hotel del genere mi sarei aspettato un trattamento migliore. Forse è hotels.com che non funziona bene?

I love Tozeur

Hôtel CONFORT à tout point de vue

Le Palm Beach Palace à Tozeur est un hôtel à conseiller. Notre chambre était belle,spacieuse,très confortable et propre, comme tout l'hôtel d'ailleurs. Qualité du service irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner, qu'il soit servi en chambre ou au restaurant, était délicieux et très complet. L'hôtel possède une grande piscine extérieure,propre avec autour des transats au soleil ou à l'ombre dans le magnifique jardin. L'hôtel propose également un centre spa à des prix très attractifs. Quant à l'emplacement de l'hôtel, il est très bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine et nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner.
