A great place for a family break. Great location, well-equipped room with a great view from the balcony. There was a great variety of food for breakfast including omelettes and pancakes freshly cooked by the chef. Es Canar is a nice town with excellent beaches nearby (hotel pools too) and a good choice of restaurants.

Everything was good , the rooms , the housekeeping, the maids . The thing that lets it all down are the staff in the kitchen , the food every lunchtime was cold even fresh food they brought out was cold , in the end we stopped going for food .

I would say the hotel is more a 3 star than 4 star. The suites are tired in places but a reasonable size. If self catering, there appeared to be everything you need but we didn't need it. Suites are in a separate building, although they did have access to a separate pool which was quieter than the main one. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the team in the restaurant worked really hard. Food buffet was okay, constantly topped up and a choice that would suit most. Overall the holiday was good, but the hotel didn't live up to 4 star expectations which was a little disappointing. Nice location away from the harbour but only a ten minute walk away. Shops and beach as very close so a good base.

Stayed at the one bedroom apartments, great sea view, friendly staff particularly bar staff at the rose bar. Comfortable bed and 2 comfortable sofa beds in living room area, spacious bedroom, nice balcony. Only negatives are no tv in bedroom, walls are a bit thin and no mirror in the bedroom. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

This is not to our liking, the floor in our room was not cleaned as my feet were dirty after 30 minutes of walking bare foot. The bathroom was horrible and had mold in and on the bathroom ceiling. Good thing I only stayed 1 night. The check isn’t before 3pm and check out is 10:30am so you don’t even get your 1 full day but you pay for a full day. The pool is over packed and no bar open by the pool ect.

This hotel claims to be 4-star, but the service and experience were anything but.

From the start, booking was a headache. I booked through Expedia as it was much cheaper than booking direct. The room pictured was misleading, and even though the hotel admitted fault and Expedia explained the hotel chose their pictures when I raised this, both the hotel and Expedia just bounced accountability back and forth. Even after paying to “upgrade” more, the room provided was still not as advertised. When I complained, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders. Then look confused that I’d like the tiny sofa bed made up.

The concept of all-inclusive here is a joke. Towels? You have to pay to change them. I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive where this has been the case — enough said.

Bar service was equally poor. Staff were rude, inconsistent, and acted as if serving a drink was an inconvenience. To top it off, at the end of the day I was suddenly told I had to pay for the cup my drink came in — despite not being charged for it all day. When I questioned this, the female member of staff glared at me and snapped “you have to pay.” The male staff member just shrugged and said “mistakes happen but now you have to pay,” before rudely serving the person behind me. Not exactly 4-star hospitality.

Nice suite apartments, not huge but enough space for family of 4. We enjoyed swimming in the suite pool as less crowded and wasn’t a problem to walk across the road to get breakfast. Beach, small shops and restaurants all conveniently located within walking distance.

We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Ok range of food and self service drinks, wine and beer included. Some plates and glasses could be washed better.

We arrived 12pm but couldn’t get our room until 2pm. Checkout is quite early at 10:30am but they have courtesy showers and towels which was nice (bring your own soap).

Overall, nice stay and suites+half board was good value for money.

Nice quiet family oriented place.
Rooms are nicely decorated.Beach is ok wth some spots of seaweeds.Be prepared to pay 25 Euro for 2 lounge chairs and umbrela for a day.We found beautiful beach nearby walking distance.I liked the town with shops, restaurants and night club 10 min.walking.You could also take boat ride to different cities and Formentera Island.I recomend that.
We had a half board what was plenty for us.The buffet was delicious with lots of options even for vegetarian.Big selection of fruits and salad bars.House wine red,white and beer where on tap.
Owerall it was nice resort I just missed some entertaiment for adults.

Stayed in the apartments on the 4th floor. It was nice to be away from the main hotel.
Apartment was clean & spacious, a perfect base for self catering.
Only downside is luggage storage, it is unlocked and our party ended up having their buggy stolen/borrowed from it. The parents who walked through reception with it explained that the hotel had said they could borrow it, the hotel said it was a misunderstanding!

Great hotel, lovely buffet ( breakfast and dinner), although the staff jump to clear your plate as soon as you put your fork down even if you are not finished getting some food.
The hotel is great and we had a good stay . It would have been even better if the large group of French people had been more discreet, considerate in the pools and not as loud . This is obviously beyond the hotel’s control.

Location is great. Definitely NOT a 4 star property. All-inclusive is exclusive of a lot of things. Make you pay a plastic tax at the bar. Staff are miserable. Food is very limited, for a full resort only had half the buffet open. Overall not the 4 star experience you are used to when travelling. Would not go back unless some big changes for the good are made!

The staff at this property are absolutely incredible. They make sure you feel welcome & comfortable and will go out of their way for you. The property is clean, updated, and well maintained.

I did take a star away for cleanliness because our bed comforters did not appear to be washed before we got there or during our stay. I didn’t bother to inform the staff because they were clearly working hard & so kind. Also, the “clean” dishes in the restaurant often had food remnants on them, but you could always find a clean one.

The internet was amazing & I was able access it from the beach. My phone never lost speed or connection during my stay. I hope to be back someday!

Was great, my only thing was only cocktails on all inclusive were the pre made ones and they did not taste great! Also night entertainment finished early if it was on at all as didn’t see any when I was there but I only had long weekend. Wished snacks were available a little later too! Staff were lovely, rooms cleaned daily and pool area immaculate. Location is great and breakfast had plenty of choice though did feel dinner could’ve had better hot option. Overall though loved the holiday and would definitely return!

I never leave reviews, but in this instance I feel it’s right to. POOL - Not terrible. The pool beds are very uncomfortable, the pool water smells like cheese and the pool area is incredibly slippy. The pool only opens at 10am yet by that point the beds are all reserved and are crammed in very close.
FOOD- lukewarm odd mix of food, anything cooked in water had a strange taste. Guests coughing and touching all of it too.
ROOM - Broken TV which we reported and was fixed. Fridge didn’t work, patio is tiny and was on a flat roof which had dog or human mess on it. Flashing light in corridor outside the room, no water for 4 hours on day 3. Noisy and paper thin walls. Room had no peephole to see what was going on and one evening someone was repeatedly trying my door handle. There is no chain lock or deadbolt either. We came back from a day trip one day and as the door shut behind us, it opened again to a guy claiming he needed to check the phone on the room, I hadn’t reported anything but it did highlight that the phone was also broken.
Add to this the fact that on day one we heard a lady complaining about a theft and signs, all over saying they take no responsibility for belongings I’m shocked that this is classed as a 4* hotel.
Our usual hotel in Santa Eulalia is far nicer than this, our decision to try something new didn’t work out, I’d recommend people look somewhere else

My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door.

It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator.

I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped.

The manager was dismissive and didn’t care.

The man at the desk was sympathetic but obviously not able to override his boss.

Eventually a man came and broke the door and the frame to get her out.

Whilst we was given a new room, no compensation or upgrade was offered despite the hotel being less than capacity.

Everything else was fine. Good food, drink, clean and staff good at other times. Comfortable facilities and decent pool.

We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back.

We stayed for 4 days for a romantic long weekend away. The location is beautiful with the most beautiful walk alongside the seaside.
The hotel pool is perfect, sits on the beach and has a bar.
We booked with all inclusive but were disappointed with the food quality. It’s not restaurant quality, more canteen quality. Breakfast was very good.
I found the hotel ideal for families . They have the suits that includes a kitchenette with all utensils and equipment - that was impressive.
The room lacked comfort including linen and mattress. There were no blankets and there was no decor. The walls were dirty, the bedroom felt cold and sad. bathroom needed a good cleaning and revamp. Floor felt dirty too, couldn’t take my shoes off . I wouldn’t go back for a romantic gateway, but I recognise that is ideal for families with the facilities offered and pricing.

Check in was very easy. Reception staff very good.
We didn’t need our room cleaned every day but when we spoke to house staff they would clean our room. A bonus having a fridge in room.
Restaurant staff are work very hard & quick to clear plates away.
Bar staff work very hard. It’s a shame people don’t return their plastic glasses to bar. Tables could be wiped down more often. Well done to Javi & all bar staff.
We have stayed at the hotel before & will hopefully be coming back next year.

Lovely location but hotel rooms tired and small. We paid for superior sea view but no bigger than a normal room and very tight with a cot in, had to climb into bed from the bottom. Under the beds really dirty - baby kept throwing toys under. Coffee and tea never re stocked in the whole week. Not enough umbrellas in the children’s pool so unable to sit there.

It was not a nice stay at all. Not only everything in the room was broken - fridge, safe, AC, but many unpleasant events occurred - 2 days in a row there was a broken fire alarm - in the middle of the night, several times it was loudly beeping (we traveled with a baby who was super scared) - then many people with babies went down to the lobby - we received no information for what to do or what happened, after several hours later (around midnight), the hotel staff just turned off the whole power fuse (not safe at all !!) to dissolve the crowd. Some staff members were very nice, but some were very uncomfortable (Cherry) - is it really a problem to borrow a bowl for the baby? Overall, I was not happy with my stay.

Arrived late for a 5 night break with 2 kids aged 4 and 8. We got private transfer with ibiza transfers very efficient. Check in on arrival was easy and clear and everything is pretty well laid out and self explanatory. We were in the Apartment Suites building which is left out of reception then right about 1min walk. Room was impressive! I wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews about the sizes of them but we were happy with our side sea view quadruple suite. The apartment had a \"double\" room with lots of wardrobe space and dressing table etc also a sleep pack with an eyemask and earbuds. Nice sized bathroom with shower over bath and some toothbrush and paste packs as well as a hair/body wash. The kitchenette was well equipped with large fridge, a kettle, toaster, microwave and some pots and pans cutlery etc. Also 4 small bottles of water complimentary. The lounge area had round dining table for 4 and both sofa beds were made up for the children. The room had a nice large balcony too. Overall it was clean no issues the whole time with cleanliness in the hotel.
As we arrived so late approximately 11pm we dumped our bags and went looking for some food. Found a bar near the kids fair that was serving full menu to eat in or take away until 3.30am! Really easy and flat walk into the bars, shops and restaurant.
Breakfast(7.30-10.30am) in the hotel was faultless fresh and constantly replenished had a great selection of

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Strand, man kann die Liegen dort kostenlos benutzen. Das Essen ist okay, nicht seht lecker aber ganz in Ordnung, es gibt viel zu Auswahl an Gerichten, Obst und Nachtisch. Leider hatte das Zimmer kein Doppelbett gehabt, nur 2 nebeneinander stehende Betten, die immer auseinander gingen beim Schlafen. Ich habe mindestens 5 Mal Bescheid gesagt, die wollten sie zusammentun, ist aber leider nicht geschehen, sodass ich einfach das Telefonkabel genommen und sie an einander angebunden habe. Ansonsten die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Zimmerausstattung sehr gut für ein 4* Hotel. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Booked room only for me and teenage daughter with two twin beds. Checked in, got up to the room which only had one small bed. I went back to reception to complain but was told there isn’t another room available in a hotel of over 300 rooms, and that they have no idea why we have been given a room for a single person. They said they will try to get another a bed in but it will the next day so we will just have to put up with it. And I actually had to argue for an extra bed! Both me and my daughter are only 5 foot 2 and really struggled sleeping in this tiny bed. I can’t imagine what would have happened if it was a couple with a 6 foot man!!!! Reception offered half board as compensation but I said surely we should at least get all inclusive if we only have one bed, and they agreed to that. The next day I had to go to reception at 3pm as no extra bed had arrived. They apologised and phoned house keeping. And said if they can’t get another bed in the room (because it was a tiny room for a single person) then they will find us another room the next day. By the evening they had put an extra single bed in the room. But this had to go across the balcony door as the room was so small. So if we needed to get on the balcony we had to climb over the bed. Also the table that was in the room had to be moved opposite the bed that was already in there, which was a really tight squeeze to get past. I’m really disappointed at this hotel. Not a comfortable stay. Did not get what we booked

The hotel itself is fine, however, the food is diabolical. We did only stay for four days thankfully. I am not a picky eater so I would’ve been happy with most foods but most nights it was disgusting, cold and made me actually sick. The entertainment isn’t up to much during the day and the pool is overcrowded. The one thing that is lovely is the views from the pool bar in the evening. The room was also cleaned very well each day too. The price isn’t cheap for this hotel I expected a lot more for what we paid!

Beautiful location, by the beach, stunning views. Great choice of swimming pools, suitable for all family. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in and check out. Booked through hotels.com didn’t get the room we payed for didn’t have enough beds. Balcony was too small for one person to stand on and was given a faulty cot which wasn’t safe asked for another and was told the best they can do is a blanket for baby to sleep on the floor. Hotel reception staff extremely rude and hotels.com didn’t help either. The hotel said hotels.com sell rooms with the wrong description all the time so be very careful don’t want someone else’s holiday ruined like ours.

We were sure what to expect as the hotel has mixed reviews but we had a room with a lovely view. The staff were friendly. The food was nice albeit a little repetitive but we didn't struggle to find anything to eat. The rooms are a little on the small side if you've got children in the room. The location is brilliant. One of front desk staff at the location was very rude. He was working the late night shift and yelled at me because I went in the dining hall to get coffee after the another front desk worker nodded for me to go in. When ordering a taxi you have to tell the front desk it takes forever

This is a hotel where they scam customers.
I was there from September 16 to September 18 with my family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children from 12 years and under.
They put me in a room with a broken refrigerator. I had medicine with me that needed to be cooled and also bought food that needed to be cooled. Had to throw away all the food.
They wanted to have my medicine cooled at the front desk instead of giving me another room.
No one from the hotel called me back to discuss the situation with me.
To my even greater annoyance, the air conditioning did not cool.
Only the next evening did they send me a technician who confirmed that the air conditioning was not cooling properly.
Despite that, no response from the hotel.

Despite Expedia called them 3 times, they did nothing about my uncomfortable situation and the manager could never be reached.

They refused to give me another room under the pretext that they had other guests that were still due after I checked in.

Maybe I should have gone to the lobby and started cursing loudly.
Then I would definitely have had a good room. But unfortunately those are not my ways.

It seems like people are afraid to give you another room.
The customer service policy at this hotel is that of a cheap motel.
Believe me, I feel cruelly ripped off by this hotel.
In a good hotel they would have called you and at least given you other options.
The check-in Check-in alone took 45 minutes, even though there were only 4 check-ins before me.

Stayed for 7 nights. Room was quite tight for 3 but clean. Sofa bed was tired looking and mattress not especially comfortable. Unfortunately the cleaning service did not change the sofa bed linen. The walls are quite thin so can easily hear neighbour noise but on the whole there was very little disruption.
Staff in reception very helpful and welcoming. Nice touch of having iced water available.
Room sea view was lovely, however the 12-2 kids disco at the poolside was very loud, so if you want peace and quiet, best to be out at this time! The pool in general could do with a refurb. It's a great size and depth but smells very strong of chlorine and seems a bit dated. Note that the hotel state no reservations of sunbeds, which was a relief, although there were still a few people pegging their towels at 8am.
We stayed B B. Breakfast selection great. Gets busy after 9.30.
Hotel location great, good access to 2 beaches and nice area to explore.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the hotel was true to the photos and description.

Disappointing all round.

First impressions - on check in the receptionist Gala was unhelpful and unfriendly. No information provided on the hotels facilities. Sent us out of the hotel in the wrong direction on the hunt for our room which was in a separate building, we had to go back and ask again. Room was tired. No bar or facilities at the annexe building so you have to walk to the main building. Food in the restaurant was poor. Drink choices also poor for the All Inclusive package. Really disappointing all round. We ended up eating and drinking in the local bars and eateries. If you are going here, please don't waste your money. There are nicer places to go where staff are much nicer, food nicer and drinks nicer.

Great family retreat.

If you are looking for ultimate luxury then this is not for you.
However..if you are looking for a great location, decent food with a good choice and all the basic holiday essesntials then this is a good spot.
Our party was 2 aduts and 4 kids (12 10 10 and 8). The pool and the beach are a 40 second walk so if you get the beds in between the 2 the kids can go from one to the other and you can see them at all times.
The food choices were good. The salad bar was excellent as was the fruit bar.

The bed situation is a problem as people reserve put of hours but this is now the norm.

The beach is nice. Plenty to see and do without venturing too far.

Great hotel for families wanting a relaxing week away with all the basics covered.

Will defo consider staying there again.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. A good variety of breakfast options and dinner. Although, our tv did not work from day one. I spoke with reception 3 times and they never fix it. So, we couldn’t watch any tv during our stay. The hairdryer was broken too.
There was good entertainment for the kids

Great Family Hotel

Great family hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and good service.
Excellent location right on the beach, with a good pool and fantastic splash park for the kids.
Good food from the all inclusive option.
Just a few minutes walk from the main resort of Es Cana with a good range of shops, bars and places to eat.
Well worth a visit

We were with friends.
The reservation was one for two rooms. We got rooms on different floors. Rooms very small, even cramped, numbers 1134 and 1332. I ordered comfort rooms, which were nice, spacious and twice as large. And we got tight quarters. I saw other rooms that were as in the catalog but we were given the worst rooms. We got the keys to the room at 15:20 because it was not ready on time. Very good breakfasts.

The only plus was the room, which was nicely furnished and modern and the bed, which was extremely comfortable.
However, there were a lot of minuses. The food was to a poor standard, not enough choice and everything was very low budget.
Also the drinks offer and quality was dissapointing.
The hotel facilities were outdated and tired.

De verouderde kamers werden goed schoongemaakt. De zwembaden waren prima, maar hadden wel erg koud water.
Het ontbijt en lunch waren basic en okay, maar erg weinig afwisseling. Het avondeten was gewoon matig tot slecht. Ook hier weer weinig afwisseling en keuze. De laatste avonden zijn we maar uit eten gegaan.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het hotel achter dit hotel had af en toe een feestavond waar we uitgebreid van konden meegenieten terwijl we in bed lagen, aangezien onze slaapkamer aan de achterkant zat. De kamers zijn sowieso erg gehorig.

Wir waren in dem Nebengebäude, in dem die Suiten sind. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon aufs Meer. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Sauberkeit hier und da verbesserungswürdig. Essen sehr schmackhaft. Genug Auswahl, auch genug gesunde Angebote. Es gibt immer Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch. Animationsteam war hervorragend für die Kids. Minidisco und Musicals waren top! Für uns ist nur leider klar: kein All Inclusive Urlaub mehr, da einfach zu viel Menschen gleichzeitig „abgefertigt“ werden müssen. Wer Privatsphäre und Exklusivität sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand vor dem Hotel hat leider sehr viel Seegras. Liegen am Strand kosten 10 € pro Tag. Für Familien mit Kids durchaus zu empfehlen, da unkompliziert und Preis-Leistung stimmt.
