I booked a room for 3 adults on Expedia for 3 single beds. I got a room firstly with 2 single beds then a room with 2 single beds and a child's bed for an adult. Also, no duvet for the child's bed.

Was just about to check in and asked where the pool was only to be told it was closed mud sept 28 degrees. Hence did not check in and went to hotel nelva where pool was open.!

Lovely one nighter with some friends in the City. Great city for walking and the hotel is just 30 minutes walk located from the cathedral. Clean property, lovely service and funny shower in the room. All good.

Check in was quick and early. I was in my room by 12. noon. The receptionist was pleasant and smiling.
The room is clean and bright with a great walk in shower.
There is a chest of drawers for storage and wardrobe. Quiet.Comfortable bed. Good comfortable armchairs and useful table. Good lighting for reading. A window with a view. Decent cold fridge.
Breakfast was pretty ordinary not much more than a simple continental breakfast. Although the coffee was good as was the fresh juices.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Need more accesible parking as only found out when there that it was €15.75 per day. This should have been on the website before booking. No kettle or hit drink making facilities in the room: very surprising, as even cheap hotels offer this. Fridge was great in the room, but air con not effective enough. Also, the bed was hard.

The hotel was very nice and great if you have a car and want easy access and parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem that we had is that there is another street in Murcia with the same name and address. Our GPS took us to an area of town way off the beaten path on tiny streets. Offering the coordinates and a warning would have helped a lot. The coordinates are: N 38.00355 W 1.14241. We didn't go into town as we were traveling through, so I'm not sure about access to the city.

The room was very good - it has everything you need. The breakfast was also excellent. The gym is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the pool was unusable as the water was filthy. There is a charge for the internet in your room and the free internet in the lobby is not always available.

We found that AC hotels are always good and this was no exception. It is in a business neighbourhood and there is only one restaurant nearby. We stayed on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed but the cold snacks provided were excellent.

Wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and stylish. Buffet breakfast was very good. Pool was small but welcome after a day in the city with temperatures reaching 42c!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. It was quite easy to find and parking was fine while we checked in. We used the hotel's underground car park while we were there. We had a problem after the first night when the toilet would not flush in the morning. We reported this to reception and after breakfast we were moved to another room which was on the same floor. Breakfast was of the standard we can expect from this type of hotel with a good selection of cheeses and cold meat, fresh bread and pastries, and fresh coffee and tea. Murcia is slightly off the main tourist track and this is primarily a business hotel, but a very good one at that. It is not very far from the city centre but there is also a tram service which passes the hotel. We used this as the weather threatened rain on a number of occasions during our short stay.

I visited Murcia for a 2 day music festival in May. There isn't really much to see in this small town, but all the central hotels were booked for the festival so I ended up here. It's outside the city center and usually took 2 buses to get where I wanted. I mostly cabbed it back at night. Nothing much around the hotel - car dealerships, a small shopping center with fast food options, and 1 or 2 cafes. Would really only recommend this place if you have a car and for no more than 2 nights.

The rooftop terrace gives a beautiful view of Sagrada de Familia. It is nearly across the street. There is one row of buildings inbetween. The hotel is taller, so the view is excellent. The parking at this hotel is really nice. The metro stop is in between Sagrada de Familia and the hotel. We parked the car and used the metro. Barcelona metro is easy to navigate. The hotel staff were better than excellent! They had maps and suggestions that helped tremendously. The rooms were excellent and quiet, with blackout blinds and a walk-in shower with rain shower head.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel on our way south. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the bed. The hotel is very well kept and managed. Particularly, we very well enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Free parking is also available on the streat in front of the hotel if there is space left.

Great new looking hotel. A little far from the center of Murcia but close to the highway and easily accessible if you have a car. Located on a main street but not noisy at all. Right next to a Carrefour Supermarket which is quite convenient. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. A nice little fitness room and pool are available as well as a steam room ( not a great steam room but clean and relaxing ). Very satisfied with the great deal I got for this hotel. Would go back anytime I happen to be in town.

A typical mid market hotel in Spain with location outside center . Rooms are ordinary. What was not good is there is no sound protection at all. Traffic can heard quite load with windows closed and expect to hear your neighbours and any movements in the gangway.

Cambio de hotel al JC1 Sercotel - mal servicio
Me cambiaron de hotel al JC1 Sercotel ya que en AC se les estropeó el aire acondicionado (el servicio para cambio rápido y ágil) .
Sin embargo el cambio no fue satisfactorio, está más alejado de todo, me dieron una habitación de discapacitadospor lo que el baño era incómodo, además la televisión es muy pequeña para la distancia desde la cama, para colmo el restaurante Hidro el servicio es un poco antipáticos además que las raciones son pequeñas....pero claro no hay ninguna opción cerca así que tienes que cenar allí. Po otro lado no tiene piscina al aire libre, y chequeando el precio normalmente es inferior que el AC por lo que me parece muy mala gestión que al menos no tuvieran una deferencia comercial. No lo recomiendo.

Es un total acierto, es tranquilos y muy acogedor, los chicos de recepción y las chicas de cocina super simpáticos y amables pendiente de cualquier necesidad, el buffet nos encantó varias cosas a elejir muy ordenando y limpio. La habitación muy buena a cuánto espacio y limpieza, el baño muy limpio y organizado, lo que si es verdad que por la noche pasamos calor aun con el aire encendido, no supimos si era por el aire que no funcionaba o alguna cosa, aparte de ese pequeño inconveniente repetiremos sin duda alguna.

Me hubiera gustado que me ofrecieran la posibilidad de hacer late chekout (ya que fuimos por el festival) y que estuviera abierta la piscina. Por otro lado, las cortinas de la habitación no me gustaron mucho, no eran muy cómodas de usar ni me parecieron higiénicas.
