What really stood out for me was the central location, which made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also want to recognize the friendly and helpful staff — everyone I interacted with was warm and professional, and it made my stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cetina. The staff was truly exceptional, warm, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond. They helped us schedule a fantastic flamenco show, arranged our taxi back to the airport, and even provided excellent local restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service!

It was not in fact how it is, as I had a shower in the room next door which had perfect hot water (avoid 004). This resolution only came about after I insisted that I wouldn’t accept his response. Would come back but management need to attend to this issue (I see it was an issue for someone previously also)

Hotel Cetina is located right in the heart of old Seville It is walking to distances to most of the sites. It is an oasis of peace in a bustling city. Just the one step out and you are in the narrow streets filled with restaurants, shops and cafes. I really loved the comfortable beds, bottled water and the tasty breakfast buffet.

I really wanted to thank Lucia who was the front desk receptionist and also Daniel. They helped translate, gave us excellent directions to places and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I will be back. Also for a 4 star hotel, the price was very reasonable. The hotel is well designed and had a haute couture, design and architecture theme.

We were on a 3 week trip in Europe and this hotel was the only one I considered to be below average. We had clearly stated preferences in our reservation for a quiet room not facing the street and 2 beds. The room we were given did not honor either request, however, they ultimately switched out the beds so that we did have 2. The noise from the street below, however, was quite loud including people talking and laughing plus vehicle noise. At one point a delivery van pulled across from the hotel and proceeded to deliver about 100 or so cases filled with bottles to the property across the way. We heard clanging with each and every one. The noise did die down at approximately 1:00 am both night but, for the price of the room, it shouldn’t have been necessary to wait until then to sleep. The hotel’s location is good, but I cannot recommend it due to the noise unless they can assign a better room than we had.

Only slight loss of points was they had forgotten to refill our bath/shower supplies the first night, but we got some from the front desk and it was remedied the next day in the room. Also, be sure to modulate your shower pressure (water pressure is excellent), on full blast you will end up a wet bathroom floor. Dialing it back solved the issue. Overall great hotel!

strong smell was constant in the bathroom.
Power was tripping off and on throughout the night resetting the ac every few minutes. The reception staff just did not pick up the phone. They also told Expedia that power supply was great. I am sure the previous guests would have complained about the smell and power tripping but didn’t care enough to get it sorted.
Limited tea supplies even after requesting.
We had a great check in but rest all were so below average. We had a bad day thanks to the hotel.
Please avoid room 002 if you want a good night sleep

The room has had a strange smell since I first walked in. Also the fan in the bathroom was really loud and cannot be turned off, so I had to keep the bathroom door shut in order to fall asleep. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, so you'd have to walk with your luggage for a block. It could be an inconvenience for people with large suitcases.

Excellent location for getting around the city. We had a deluxe room which wasn’t as spacious as those shown on the website, but it was big enough. We were only there for 3 nights but for any longer there would have been a lack of storage space. Bed was too hard for us so didn’t sleep that well unfortunately but that’s personal taste.

Hotel Cetina is a true gem! Front desk personnel went above and beyond providing excellent service and area recommendations. Room was spacious and equipped with all the necessities of home. Location is central and walkable to all top attractions with a variety of food options nearby. What stands out most and was truly unexpected was the \"to go\" breakfast they prepared for us due having to catch our flight home before the kitchen opened! The room is on ground floor and noise coming all night and I could not sleep the whole night. I request for a refund and I had a video on recording the noise issue.

We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early, which we greatly appreciated—thanks to the hotel for their flexibility. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and everything felt new and well-maintained. Its location, right next to the Setas de Sevilla, was incredibly convenient. If you’re driving, a practical option is to stop near the Setas to unload, as the road leading to the hotel is pedestrian-only. Ubers can also be arranged from that location.

On Christmas Eve, there was an unexpected incident when a water main broke. Around 11 p.m., water began pouring into our room from the ceiling like rain. The hotel staff responded promptly, relocating us to another room immediately. By morning, everything had returned to normal.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is awesome in every way. The finishings are simple yet chic, and it’s clean everywhere. My room was 010, and the door is through an indoor courtyard, which is amazing.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, and we were offered a welcome cocktail on the day of check-in, and the drink was tasty as well.

Fab location. Within easy walking distance of all the major sights.
Loved Seville, our first visit.
Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. They booked a flamenco show for us which I highly recommend.
Buffet breakfast was great. Nespresso coffee machine in the room - uses vertuo capsules.
Very quiet as most rooms are internal with window looking over internal courtyard. We both slept very well. Shower great and rooms good size.
Only slight glitch was a problem with hot water one morning.

Shower stall had mold around the edges, shower stall platform unsafe-- slippery, no safety handle bars to grab to prevent falls, rug on corner of bed not cleaned- very dirty and utterly nasty looking. Witnessed unprofessional conduct by desk clerk when a young couple was looking for a cup of coffee (it was 7:55 am and breakfast services begins at 8 am). While the young was heading towards the dining area, clerk phoned the kitchen staff and ordered them to deny service to the couple. Clerk had not realized my presence in main foyer area, across from her (a few steps from her). She was visibly shaken when she realized I witnessed her interaction with said couple and heard her entire conversation. Also, before my arrival to Spain, I kept getting alarming hotel email messages (in red) warning, repeat, warning me my reservations would be cancelled b/c my stay had to be longer at the hotel to hold my reservations (i had reservations for 3 DAYS). There were 3 of us with separate reservations at this hotel, which were made well in advanced in the year with full confirmations; two of those reservations were suddenly cancelled while we were en route to the hotel from the train station. Luckily my two colleagues were able to find reservations at the last minute (all immediate hotels were full). However, I had to rely on taxi cabs to meet up with my travel partners afterwards. These were additional costs to me and it began to add up. I don't recommend this hotel or the hotel chain.

The front desk staff was incredible! We had a challenge getting our thermostat adjusted correctly and they made a few trips to assist and even tracked down the one fan t.hey had available. My husband left some clothes in a drawer and we realized it as soon as we checked into another hotel that same day. We called immediately and was told that no clothes were left in the room. My husband was really upset because he knew that they were there. We assumed the maid kept the clothes. Then the following day we got word from the hotel that they indeed did have the clothes. The maid stashed them away and left early and didn’t inform the front desk. They did ship them back to us at our expense. Happy with the outcome, but the maid should have said something to someone prior to her leaving. That was upsetting and stressful.

Hotel Cetina is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the main square but far enough away to not be too noisy!
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, in a nice and fresh style with pops of colour.
The breakfast is decent with a good selection of food and hot drinks.
The only point to note is that we had a standard twin/double room which was essentially an internal room as it only hand windows looking into an indoor courtyard. This meant that in the morning there was not natural light to help you wake, and no opportunity to open the doors for some fresh air. Had we have known this was the case, we might have opted for one of the more expensive room.
Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or stay there again.
