Parking was very confusing and we ended up paying €40 for 12 hours. No Bar ! There was a nightclub you could have a drink in but had no seating. Cleaner cleaned out room and left the door open, nothing was taken but could have been bad. Beds were super comfortable and hotel was very clean. Great location, albeit very noisy on a Saturday night.

A very pleasant hotel with an excellent restaurant. We had a 6 night stay in a superior room and were very comfortable. As we were there during the madness and mayhem of Easter weekend and the bando de la huerta, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the hotel and the restaurant’s willingness to fit us in at the last minute. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional.

Nice hotel, good location. BUT.... it would have been very helpful to know that an area of about a kilometre around the hotel was closed to traffic due to a festival, which also meant hardly any restaurants were open. We spent about an hour literally going round in circles (and squares) trying to navigate the city and finally found a parking space about 2km away, from where we had to walk carrying bags. By contrast, a hotel we previously stayed at in Almeria emailed us with road closure details and advised on the best car park - they got a very good review.

The hotel is located central to the cathedral and other important sights. I liked the room and my terrace but did not use much as Holy Week and a lot of fun outside. I did try on Sunday but neighbor was smoking and I am allergic. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Wish water was free

Luxury hotel in the centre of Murcia city

From the moment I checked in I felt that I had booked a luxury hotel. Reception staff were very friendly, room was very classy and the marble bathroom was very roomy. The bar and restaurant were fantastic and staff were very attentive - nothing was overpriced either. The only problem I had was that there is no way to prevent water coming out of the shower door, but other than that I will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

A lovely hotel behind the cathedral in Murcia city. Perfectly located to explore the area. Third visit and each time, the staff have been consistently pleasant and professional. I love an overnight stay in Murcia city when I visit Spain as it's beautiful during the day but has a special vibe at night. This hotel is the perfect place to stay when I'm there.

Great Murcia hotel

I have stayed here previously and it’s a great hotel. The day of our stay there was a massive storm that cut room power. We still had elevators and hallway lighting. We were out about 8 hours until they brought in a generator on a semi. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel in a great location and a good price point.

Clean but parking v. expensive

Parking is a short walk from the hotel and impossible to find without stopping at the hotel first for directions. It's also 19.50EUR a night, which seems really expensive, especially as it's not under, or next to the hotel.

Hotel was nice and bed was comfy, although would have liked softer pillows.

The hotel is centrally located so that is why I use it when staying in Murcia. It is walking distance to The Cathedral, historical district, numerous churches and shops, cafes etc.

The front desk were efficient but a bit straight faced. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, however, there were no black teabags available so I had to ask a member of staff for one and that is all she brought! Not a plate with a few on for other guests or for me to have more than one cup of tea! Considering many English guests use the hotel I was surprised it was not readily available.

Great location with easy access to all let landmarks within walking distance. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The carpets throughout the hotel are a little tired and stained in places but no real complaints. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of pastries, fruit, breads, eggs, ham and cheeses. Good value at €10 each for a hotel like this.

A great choice for the Entierro de la Sardina

We went for the Entierro de la Sardina (Burial of the Sardine) at the end of April and wanted to stay somewhere central to the action so we wouldn't have to walk far (it finished at 02:30).

The hotel was ideally situated, right behind the Cathedral and was a haven of calm after the fun and games outside. Check-in was very quick with staff very friendly and they provided us with a map and pointed out where to watch the parade.

A nice touch was the free drink & tapas from their bar/restaurant just round the corner.

The room was large, with very comfortable beds and in the morning we had a breakfast with the quantity and quality of what you would expect from a 4* hotel.

We came by train, which was a 20 min walk away so I can't comment on car parking but with so much activity taking place there was no way I would have wanted to negotiate the streets in a car.

A really nice hotel that I would certainly recommend to others.

A short and nice stay in Murcia

Our only complaint is that you can hear other clients either moving furniture o talking outiside the door. We didn't hear street noises probably because our room was in the back of the hotel and our view was other buildings. The internal noise wake us up. We only stay 1 night so our experience is limited. The location is perfect.

Very pleasant Murcia stay

My wife and I visited this hotel for one night for our wedding anniversary and had a great stay. The hotel was very close to the main sights, particularly the cathedral. The service was very good and in particular from the receptionist.
The room was comfortable, quiet and had good blackout blinds. Also, the bathroom was pleasant with a powerful shower.
As we were there for such a short time, we did not use the restaurant, bar or gym so cannot comment on their respective qualities.

A very good hotel set in the middle of the city. A little difficult to find as it's set back and doesn't have a large frontage. But a great location for visiting the city. Friendly staff good breakfast would recommend. Our room 523 had a lot of outdoor noise from activities especially at the weekend but it's a city so maybe acceptable. Would use the hotel again if I return. And the casino was a real bonus for those who like a little gamble!!

Fabulous hotel, right in the centre of Murcia, just minutes from the main tourist area. Wonderful, friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Perfect room with good amenities. Immaculately clean. Excellent food in the cafe restaurant, again with really nice serving staff, and a first class breakfast. Easy, secure, underground parking. Great hotel, we'll use it again.

I stayed at the Rincon Pepe with my friend for one night recently. We booked a suite with two double beds which actually ended up being 4ft width and not 4ft 6in or 5 ft so technically not double beds. This was fine though as they were roomy enough. Our room had a lounge area with TV, mini bar and coffee machine.

The reception area was comfortable as was the breakfast area. The breakfast was also very varied with a choice of hot and cold foods. The service on reception was excellent apart from on one occasion when a member of staff would not get us a glass of wine after the restaurant and room service had finished at 11.30. We were told to go to the bar/night club downstairs, where we had originally been, but found it way too loud and dark, plus there were no freely available seats and they had no white wine. This area is open to the public so not just hotel guests. The fact that the member of staff would not get us a drink was very annoying, especially as we had paid a lot of money to stay there and expected better service. In the morning we spoke to the manager who said that the staff member should have honoured our request and apologised on his behalf.

The location is excellent and for that reason would stay there again and recommend it. However next time I would expect to be able to get a glass of wine at any time of the day or night and not necessarily in the nightclub/bar area!

Slow check in. Parking a nightmare. I asked for parking when I booked. Sent to a car park some distance from the hotel. It was full! Sent to another car park even further away. This cost 10 euros more than the other. A whooping 25 euros per night. After a pleasant evening out returned for a nightcap. No quiet bar in this hotel!
Room clean and comfortable. But not proofed against noisy customers retuning to their rooms all night.
Breakfast good. Hot and cold.
What is the point of requesting parking when you won't reserve me a space. I'm quite happy to pay in advance.

Good hotel in good location and found it very easy to find on my way back from anywhere. Very close to main historical sites and also great for shopping and eating out. The room was a good size and amenities and service good. I didn't opt for breakfast so cannot comment but are plenty of local places to grab something fairly cheaply which is what I did.

This hotel is ideal for getting out and about in the city, very friendly and helpfull staff, if you are vegan the breakfast will be a distaster, it was for us, the only hot food we could have ate were grilled tomatoes but they were in the same bain marie as the sausages!!!! So the premium we paid for breakfast got us a cup of coffee and three pieces of toast.
We would go back there to stay but will find somewhere else to eat breakfadt
