Overall the hotel and room are clean. Parking machine not working. The plug for charging cellphone is so hidden under the night table that it's almost unreachable.one has to kneel and crawl under to plug in cable.. No YouTube and Netflix like other hotels.

The hotel was excellent in general but the breakfast was not upto standard. The waiters were excellent but the cooked 'hot' breakfast was cold on both mornings.

The city was lovely, well worth a visit, especially the old town, which was about a 15 minute stroll away from the hotel

Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price.

I have to say, that what really impressed me was the staff, everyone was unbelievable, nice, always with a smile, nothing was a problem.
Many, many, thanks to the girls in reception, the lady in the in snack bar/ in the backyard, the ladies who did my room, the staff in the snack bar near reception.
Everyone was fantastic, even the cleaning lady, was always helpful and with a smile.
A minus, the food in the snack bar near the reception, wasn't that good, or shall i say not bad, but it could be better.

Unfortunately, my watch was stolen from my room

First, I must point out the hotel is well located around a few restaurants and shopping centres, and is only a 25-minutes’ walk into the main town square. The front desk staff were good and helped where they could. But unfortunately, I have to give an overall 2 Star Rating for this hotel as I made a rookie mistake, and in my rush to get to a meeting I accidently left my watch in my work bag. When I returned it appeared that a member of the cleaning staff searched my bag and stole my watch. I reported this to the front desk and was told that they are very sorry this happened and that was it. No follow up, no incident report. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I have to say this is the first time this has happened. It a shame as I did like this hotel for the location but as a result of this incident, I will not be staying in this hotel again on any future trips to Murcia.

The hotel is great, clean, comfortable, the only bad thing is that they have these synthetic comforters which are super hot, they don't breath, so you wake up sweating, and the heating system is very erratic too.

We are travelling around from Valencia, Albacete, Murcia, Cartenga, Alicante. This was a lovely relaxed hotel. Breakfast the best so far. Excellent tortilla patata and fresh pastries.
Had pleasant swim in pool and 20 minutes into historic center of Murcia. Staff nice.

We only stayed for one night but it was great! Bed is comfortable and room is a decent size. We had a room with the terrace which is great for relaxing our doors with privacy. Room had a kettle and fridge. Breakfast had the usual eggs, meat, fruit, bread/pastries. There is a grocery store attached but it is Not open on Sundays. Parking garage is nice and there is an elevator to get up to the hotel. Overall recommend.

Just short of perfection

Just short of perfect…. Would have been nice if there was coffee and milk or whitener in the room instead of just black tea, a spare blanket for us cold blooded Brits, and the chambermaid only replaced one of the bath towels…. But that’s being picky. Great position, especially for the market on a Thursday, very friendly staff, easy access and exit from the car park.

Very convenient, especially with the reasonably priced parking space located directly under the hotel, which made it an ideal place to stop for one night. We really enjoyed our stop and unusually for a Spanish hotel it had an electric kettle and mugs. There is a Mercadona next door so easy to buy a few things. Only downside was restaurant not open at weekends. Good value.

Everything you might expect

The hotel is located in an easily accessible area and is a short walk from the centre of Murcia. There is free underground parking, free WiFi, a gym and a pool, although note that during my visit in mid-Sept the pool was now closed for the winter (it was 29c outside). There is a small bar and restaurant which were very nice if a little character-less. The staff were helpful and there is a space for taxi pick up directly outside the main entrance. I would recommend this hotel for stays in Murcia.

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall the hotel was OK.
The breakfast selection was very good but the hot food offered, eggs, bacon & sausage was always cold. The breakfast experience on Saturday & Sunday was appalling due to only two members of staff and not enough tables, glasses & cutlery for the number guests. At one point 12 people were waiting and arguing because there were no tables available.
The lobby cafe was excellent and staffed by a very efficient young man who did everything that was asked.

The hotel was nice and clean. But we booked this because it had an outdoor pool and nowhere was it mentioned tha this would be closed as its seasonal. I find it hard to understand that it closed for winter in the midle of september when its 41 degrees outside, so this was a HUGE disappointment.
Had it been after 1. of October we would have checked...
And if we had know we would have chosen a location closer to the center as we could have gotten the same comfort for the same price at a better location instead of paying for access to a closed pool.....
Even entering the loby they had pictures of the pool on display.... very misleading...

Decent room. Well air-conditioned. Large balcony but no table or chairs to sit on. Quite comfortable bed but springs sound like a camp bed. Kettle with tea-making facilities but no coffee. Hotel policy apparently. Only one glass in the room. Reception staff rather too cool, not very welcoming or informative.

Arriving on a Sunday, most shops, etc nearby were closed. The pool was very welcome on the hot day, and there was a pool attendant/ fitness assistant on duty. Room service was great. Fridge and kettle handy. Breakfast was ACE!

Booked to stay here for 11 nights only stayed one. Location of hotel is awful no restaurants/ bars/pubs nearby. No one spoke any English and understood anything we asked. Other guests were rude and obviously Spanish. Was never so glad to get out of this hotel. Pool was tiny and you had to walk through the gym to get to it plus it didn't open until 12pm. Would definitely not recommend this hotel or even give it the 4 stars it has. hotel is situated between two car sale garages place is like ghost town.

Will give 4 stars BUT

Very well thought out hotel, with good rooms and interior features. Loved the jug, and the ability to make tea or coffee. Fantastic. But, the fact that this very thoughtful addition was matched with truly horrible paper cup that let all the heat through was not appreciated. We came with our own tea bags, but hoped that where hotels were thoughtful enough to supply a kettle, there would be a mug. Then there were the really horrible little plastic cups for water. They cracked in our hands. this is not good. Why can't we have a cup and glass in the room/ are we going to steal these things? We really thought your hotel was good, and the desk staff were excellent, but these little things really matter - especially when you have been traveling, as we have, for some months through Europe.

very pleased with the price paid for the quality , size and facilities on offer. this is only 1 of a handful in Murcia city with its own pool, which is a must visiting in August. the only complaint if you can call it that is that the bed was very firm, but this is so subjective as some people love hard beds, but we dont. but overall very good and the staff are very very friendly and helpful, and loved to practice their English on us, which is better than them having to listen to our poor Spanish!!!

Location was good, the hotel appeared to be great at first. It wasn't until later that we realized that the air conditioning wasn't working. It was 40 degrees outside and hotter in the room. The family didnt get any sleep at,all. The staff asked me if I had issues wit,h the AC in the morning and when I indicated there were they didn't even apologize or offer some type of solution.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.

After spraining my knee they were happy to assist me with ice bags and help to my room and didn't make me feel like I was troubling them at all.

Food in the restaurant was high quality although a limited menu but eating out is nearby so that's not much of an issue.

Plenty of bars ,restaurants and supermarkets nearby.The kids play area in the hotel was ideal with table football and an Xbox with 2 controllers. Great value for money.

The staff was incredibly helpful and willing, which is an important factor for me when I stay at a hotel. We were 3 staying at a room, you get a double bed and a sofa bed which was incredibly comfortable. The city center is really close and taking a bus will take you there in no time.

I really have no complaints at all...try the \"el bodegon\" for some very good tapas close to the cathedral.

Huge recommendation for this hotel in terms of service and value for money

The previous reviews of this hotel were spot on and I cannot emphasise enough about the time and effort taken by the staff to make our stay enjoyable. Although the pool was closed when we visited (we werent sure it was because of the season or the lack of a lifeguard) the staff allowed us to sit out on the decking and soak up the sun.
The location is a half an hours walk from the train station which makes it a little far to walk every day especially if you wanted to go to the centre but I am sure there were local buses available.
We ate in the restaurant on a Sunday evening and as expected for a business hotel it was empty - however, the set meal was good value and we were well looked after. I'd recommend to anyone!
