Stayed here before and it was alright, this time had tiny room where you could hear whole floor, so you must bring earplugs. Wasn't comfortable at all, I had to stay another night in Murcia, so moved to another hotel.

The lady on reception was helpful, and looked to get me a quiet room at back, which she did. I arrived before check in time and they allowed me to leave my bag until room was ready. The rooms are basic, but clean. Sadly as is far too common in Spain, noise insulation is poor, and the Spanish are not the quietest people so best take ear plugs. Given its closest hotel to station, about 10 minutes walk I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a really good location – only 10 mins walk from the old town and the main places of interest. My room was very clean and had all the facilities I wanted (modern bathroom, air con, wifi, TV, hairdryer (on request), good amount and quality of linen, etc.). It also had a double bed in it (but the mattress did need replacing as I could feel the springs pushing into me).
My poor rating is just due to my nights being disturbed by noise from the next room: the occupant had very long loud conversations on speakerphone and every word was audible from my room! One night, when they were still conversing at 3.30 a.m., in desperation I got dressed and went to reception and asked if I could move rooms. My request was denied: he merely phoned the room to tell her the noise was disturbing me - as a result, she took her phone off speakerphone but continued her conversation until c.4 a.m.!) I guess I was just unlucky (but do feel that maybe the hotel could have done more to help me.)

Reserve una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una con dos camas individuales, en la que una de ellas el colchón era imposible dormir en el. Al día siguiente nos dieron la opción a cambiarnos a otra habitación en la que si tenia cama de matrimonio y tuvimos que hacer de nuevo las maletas y cambiar de habitación.

Hotel clàsico, super limpio, y con amabilidad por parte de la gente que trabajaba . Sólo estuvimos dos noches, pero la verdad que nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
Está bastante cerca del centro (5-7 minutos a pie), y en buen sitio.

Hotel de dos estrellas en un emplazamiento muy bueno. Cerca a pie del centro de Murcia. Personal super amable y entregado. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las instalaciones y camas propias de un hotel de 2 estrellas, pero necesita una reforma pues todo es bastante antiguo. Para pasar tres días y sólo dormir en la habitación ok. Colchones mejorables, son de 15cm. Cafetería con precios económicos.

Muy buena situación. Servicios justos pero suficientes si sólo vas a dormir. Es un dos estrellas y da mucho por un precio muy ajustado. Al ser céntrico, hay que añadir, casi seguro, 30€ de parking público por día. Hay un bono de 39 € por tres días. Si no lo haces deberás aparcar lejos, salvo que tengas suerte.
