From the pictures I was worried the room would be old, but it was in good shape. Not much of a view as the window was into an internal shaft, but it was ok and quiet.
Probably slightly exceeded my expectations so would consider again if staying in the centre of Murcia.

Air conditioning worked great in December! That is a must for my partner. However, the bed was perhaps the worst we have experienced in Spain and just about anywhere (except for the bed in a Tybee Island South Carolina, USA which was the worst). Staff were ok but not that helpful. No restaurant or full service amenities on site. So... Not a real hotel. We had to go down the street to a local restaurant to get a bag of ice. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Murcia. We bailed on our stay and went to Cartagena which was much better.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room, though small was comfortable. Easy walking distance to areas of interest as well as cafes/restaurants, etc. The hardest part was getting into the recommended parking lot which only charges 9 euro. Due to the lot being in front of the Mercado and much construction as well there, the street leading into the lot that is close to the hotel, was blocked. The hotel staff were great in helping us to find a way to get to the other side of the lot where we could enter but this took us close to a half an hour, to go two short blocks away because of the one way traffic as well as the amount of traffic. It was very frustrating but we did finally get into the lot. Also important to know is the lot does not have an elevator and there are many stairs so if you have a lot of luggage, just walk down the car ramps. Back to the hotel, our room was really nice, the large clean bathroom had a great shower, and the outdoor patio gave us a great view of the area with comfortable chairs and a table. The breakfast was ok. The buffet offers good meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries and bread. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were reconstituted from powder. We were the second people in the dining room and the bacon was already gone and not replaced while we were there. Poached eggs appeared but we'd already eaten. All in all, Murcia was a lovely city to visit and the RH was a very nice hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself is a little 'tired' and needs a little TLC, and the restaurant is breakfast only (but a good choice and nice food)

Location wise it's perfect with everything within easy walking distance - Mercado a 4mins, cafes and restaurants everywhere, cathedral 10mins.

Overall a very nice experience.

Great location and helpful staff. When we arrived at the property it wasn’t possible to stop out front of the hotel to unload our bags. This unfortunately meant we had to drive by and reroute and this took 20 minutes to get back to the hotel where we had to stop and hold up traffic whilst we quickly unloaded the car. If we had been told before where the parking lot was located it would have made the arrival a lot easier.

When arrived given a smoking room which smelled terrible. asked to change and we did to room above (non-smoking) still smelt a little bit odd, and smell got stronger when air con turned on. Asked to borrow an iron and was given one which said in spanish \"do not give out this iron\". My boyfriend cannot read spanish and so used the iron which has now left permanant black marks on his shirt and he can no longer wear it. Told the person at the front desk he apologised but otherwsie, nothing else was done about this. Deeply unsatisfied, we decided to move hotels. Would not recommend.

Great location for a friendly hotel in a nice city

Fab stay. Upgraded to 7th floor with large terrace and fab views. Great service from reception. BUT best of all is the superb location close to the bars and restaurants and walking distance to the old centre and shops. Negative... no Milk provided with minimal tea and coffee-making facility so bring your own. Parking is close by at 10eur a day. So all good!

I missed a proper Iron and board... but I guess most people don't really ask for that...
Also, I am personally against changing everything in the Toilet every day: I like the common rule of hanging the towers when I want to reuse. This is not a bad thing though; just a preference ;)

Be night only as a stop over, bedroom clean but an odd shape and small, large bathroom. No help with luggage and no luggage trolley, no parking outside even for taxis. Small elevators and even these were up 4 steep steps, so if you have a lot, or heavy luggage be warned. Otherwise good location easy to walk to shops and supermarket, lots of nice restaurants for eating tapas al fresco.

Actually I couldn't believe how nice the place was for the money. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of finish and the staff training. This hotel is, in my opinion, quite literally underrated, better than some hotels who consider themselves a star-rating above.

We stayed for one night whilst touring the area.
Our room had a nice balcony that overlooked the city. It was clean and tidy and had a spacious en-suite.
Breakfast was a very satisfactory buffet with tea, coffee, meats, cheeses, breads, and fresh fruit.
Lots of historic places nearby.

Great Comfort for Great Value

I was going to be passing through Murcia and needed somewhere to stay for one night. This hotel had so many good reviews and it was very reasonably priced, so I decided to book it.

I was not disappointed. The Reception staff were very helpful and professional, the room was perfect - comfortable and clean, and decent toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel is small and intimate - which appeals to me so much more than a large impersonal set-up ... more like a boutique experience.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Plaza San Pedro, which is a great buzzy square with lots of cafés, bars and restaurants. It's also very close to the bus station - I would say about an 8-10 minute walk max.

1 night stay on way back from Malaga. Have stayed here many times and always had a good experience. Clean and comfortable room and good location for Murcia centre and bus station.

Will keep staying when visit Murcia

Great location and great price. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Maybe save your money and visit one of the local cafes. Minutes away from the centre of Murcia, but still quiet.

Good hotel in the city centre

Booked the hotel at the last minute. God location in the city near the cathedral. Parking is difficult ! (I got lucky & found a street spot). Room was well equipped.

A perfect location when visiting Murcia, really close to the centre and to all of the attractions, bars, and restaurants. The hotel is really modern, clean and comfortable, with fast free WiFi throughout. Despite being close to activity, the rooms I have stayed in here have been really quiet.
