It was a good hotel, not great. Clean, terrific location, some friendly staff, no coffee/kettle in the room, subpar gym. I could hear the toilet run and heat throughout the night, as well as the garbage trucks. I'd say 3.5 stars.

We arrived atound 17:30 on a busy Saturday night. We had received confirmation of our booking earlier in the day and also completed the online check in. On arrival we were told that there was actually no room available. We had just completed a 22KM stage of a Pilgrim walk and we were exhausted. The reception members said the only thing they could do was offer us aroom in another hotel at 100 euros more. We were not offered any refreshments and no genuine explanation of how they could allow us to check in on line when there was no room available. We stayed in the reception area for two hours trying to organise a nearby room at a similar price . The manager of the hotel was only available by telephone and he was very unhelpful.
The irony of the situation is that the hotel dispays a notice in reception that they are supportive of pilgrims.
Naturally being exhausted, two females [ 65 and 71 ] we were very concerned about having nowhere to stay. We became upset and the reception staff told us to leave or they would call the police.

Room was absolutely spotless.

Staff excellent.

The hotel is minutes from the Cathedral area which hold the bars and restaurants and the Glorietta Car Park with whom it has a discount arrangement.

Didn't eat in so no idea on restaurant.

All in all excellent.

The rooms would benefit with a kettle so you can make tea/coffee. Therte is a fridge in the room.

This hotel was lovely, room was large and modern (although we should have had a twin room but got a double instead). Breakfast was nice, lots of variety including yoghurts, specialty desserts and a great selection of hot and cold options. We recommend parking at the nearby garage called Aparcamurcia Veronicas instead of where the hotel suggests as it was only 9 Euro for 24 hours instead of 22.

Room was comfy and clean, all utilities expected inc hairdryer, tea/coffee and complimentary 2 bottles of water in fridge. Shower was good and beds comfortable. Check in/out was efficient and receptionists polite as well as speaking fluent English. Our only real gripes were concerning the situation of the room, on the 5th floor and facing the front of the building, in the early hours of each night we stayed a bottle collecting lorry worked its way slowly down the street. It came back a second time later as well. There was also some sort of party going on the second night and we were kept awake by people shouting at the top of their voices at 1.30am. We had the windows open not wanting to use the A/C at night but even closed we could hear everything. There's an annoying light (possibly smoke detector) that flashes in the ceiling the whole night as well - rather irritating and distracting! A shame, it is a very well situated hotel to get around the city, no doubt a different room not facing the street would have made a huge difference to us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and offered English quickly. The room was in excellent condition. The hallway by our room was a bit dirty when we arrived but upon mentioning it, they cleaned it right away. The room was in perfect condition and sparkling clean. A coffee maker was missed and would be an appropriate addition.

The room was quiet, clean, and cool (despite the hot July temperatures outside). It has a great location- very close to the river and a short walk to the bus station. Also close by: many restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and the main cathedral. I especially loved having a gym available. It had a few treadmills, a basic elliptical, and a stationary bike as well as water, mats and weights.

The location is the best part of this hotel. My room was tiny but comfortable, shame about the really loud (also British) guests who disrupted my sleep. Staff - not so great. Most spoke very little English and had no real interest in helping. There was one exception, a reception lady who was pregnant and whose name I didn't catch - all the others were not very good.

Perfectly positioned hotel on quiet side street within walking distance of all the major attractions (casino/cathedral etc) and shopping streets. Excellent reception staff. Room was modern, bright, fresh, clean and warm. Bathroom was the same with nice boutique touches. toiletries very good, bed comfortable, good selection of tv channels, good wifi. only downside was some overpriced products in mini bar (crisps €3.50!!) but there are lots of carrefour express nearby!. On second level is a nice neat gym, tv room and coffee dock for self service coffee/tea. Breakfast was excellent. great selection of fresh products with lots of local items. Impossible to complain about anything in this hotel and I will be hoping all other NH hotels will be the same in future!

A very good hotel located in the center of Murcia

The hotel is located in the center of the town and very close to the main restaurant, shops and river. Parking for the car was not convenient as the hotel's parking is in a building about 200 meters with 8 floor to drive up with very narrow passages which are difficult with small cars and very difficult with a medium size car.

You are within walking distance of both history and modern conveniences. The area becomes quit lively in the evening but I never once felt unsafe there. The 2 elevators in the hotel are very small.

The staff was excellent. They were very flexible with early check in and late check out. The breakfast was great with a good variety of pastries, ham, fruit, dessert and fresh juices. The room and bathroom was really clean and spacious (for Spain). The cathedral is just around the corner so the location was great too. Would definitely go back!

Very difficult to find, if you miss it on the first pass you are in trouble.
The room was minute, twin beds were touching each other with only a foot or so at the sides. Bathroom was the smallest I have seen. Clearly what was already a small room had had a bathroom squeezed in.
TV was archaic.
Traffic cops tried to tow my car while we were checking in. (notice outside said we had 15mins)
Paid car park nearby but impossible to negotiate without damaging your car.
The only thing in this hotels favor is the central location.

Not impressed over all. Says parking available at a surcharge but on calling for directions to parking there is none. Need to park on a street and pay and get up early to move it. Weird toiletries in the room. No soap but a shower cap... Who uses those anyway? Booked room for 2, only one set of towels. Hot in communal areas and the air con was not on on the room when we got there. None of these things is a big deal but having stayed in other hotels in Murcia for same price the over all experience is not comparable.

This hotel is nothing special but is in an excellent location, has helpful and friendly (English-speaking) staff and is good value.

I would stay again next time I'm in Murcia.
