We were staying as we were going to a concert at the Murcia Bullring. It was only a 10 minute walk which was very handy. It was also easily walkable into Murcia Centre. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Start with the good things, the A/C in the room was amazing kept us cool in the hot conditions. As well as this they provided toothbrushes and paste which was a nice extra. The WiFi was very good. That's about everything that I can say good about the hotel.
The bad things, the cleaners are very noisy in the mornings and woke us up several times, in addition to this we requested that the bed sheets be changed and they weren't which was evident in the stain on the bedding. There was no provision of kettle or anything to accommodate ourselves, and was highly inconvenient as my poor girlfriend had a crippling stomach ache.
In the bathroom there was a weird mark in the toilet that was there for the entirety of our stay and there was also mould around the bath, the stairs were very dingy and dark.
It's an okay hotel if you are just going there to stay for the night and that's it

Wonderful Hotel
We arrived in Murcia right at the start of the COVID-19 scare. The Spanish government just enabled a lock down on restaurants, shopping and tourist locations. We cut our holiday short in order to return home. We ended up being the last people in the hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. They prepared us a breakfast when checked out at 2:00 am. I thank them for their understanding and concern. This is a very nice hotel and we will definitely stay again when we next return to Murcia.

A great investment in Murcia
A noisy nearby disco spoiled our first night, but staff offered us another room in the morning. We discovered that the new room had much better soundproof glass and we slept wonderfully for the remainder of our stay.
Free street parking was available almost in front of the hotel.
The bed was superb, the towels thick, and the breakfast was very delicious
(especially the bacon and roasted tomatoes). The coffee machine dispensed great coffees and the fresh walnuts were a nice treat.
A pleasant 15-20 stroll into the centre.
A very good supermarket across the street and a mall only 2 blocks away.
The only problem was the slow draining of both the sink and shower, but we didn’t mention them until checkout. They quickly apologized.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Price was very good, probably because of the late November visit. The gastrobar cafe at the hotel seems good but it was a bit expensive so just walked out to some local places instead. If you dont mind walking, you are about 1.5km from most of good restaurants and cafe.

Reception staff were really helpful; and breakfast was really good and plentiful. The underground parking facilities were good. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the condition throughout was excellent. The hotel is a short bus-trip (or 30 minute walk) to the centre of Murcia. (The local bus is a \"circular\", so beware of staying on too long or one can arrive back near the hotel - it would probably be a good idea to get off for the city centre just before or after crossing the river.

We have informed the reception about the flows of the room but seemed not caring at all. The bathroom walls were dirty you could see it immediately ,the waste tin was no working at all ,you need to use a paper to open it by hand , the lights were not sufficient , the room was next to the main road there was continous noise in the room , but they kindly give us a kettle and glasses while I was hoping them to find in the room with couple tea or coffee to use .The breakfast area was nice and airy .

Llevo viajando semanalmente desd 1992 , es decir mínimo habr ido en mi vida a 500 hoteles , para mí y lo siento mucho pero he de ser franco, el peor, la cama dura no, un ladrillo, las almohadas finísimas, he tenido que ir a una farmacia. Apedir pastillas para dormir y no con ellasnhebpodido dormir, tiene una bañera, es decir para ducharte tienes que entrar en una bañera, llevaba muuuuuchos años sin ver algo así, la televisión a color si es pero pequeñísima, el trato muy correcto nada que objetar del personal, ni de la limpiezapero es el único hotel que se que jamás volveré , es un tres estrellas mediocre con el título de cuatro estrellas

Las ventanas de la habitación no cerraban y fuera había un pequeño pasillo entre las habitaciones (no estaba nada segura de dejar mis cosas allí). Los muebles un poco estropeados y un lado de la cama sin mesita. Uno de los cojines con bola y con manchas. La papelera del baño rota. Por último, las puertas no cierran desde fuera y tienes que pegar un portazo, por lo que bien temprano escuchabas cerrar las habitaciones de alrededor.
Por otro lado, la cama cómoda, personal amable, baño completo con bastantes detalles (kit de belleza con bastoncillos y lima de uñas, gel/champú, body milk...).
El ambiente de fuera del hotel por la noche un caos, a las espaldas al ser zona de fiesta con naves había muy mal rollo.

Im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, obwohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen macht es einen gepflegten Eindruck. Zusätzliche Gebühren für die Tiefgarage und mit Frühstück ist es für unseren Geschmack im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels eher zu teuer. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal macht hier vieles wieder gut. Außerdem sollte man darüber nachdenken im Bad und auf der Gästetoilette eine Klobürste zu deponieren. Da wir nur zwei Nächte waren, haben wir dies allerdings nicht reklamiert.
