Great location. Apartment was OK - spacious but one of the beds was broken and the kitchen was lacking in facilities e.g. kettle, utensils, etc.

Individual water supply for each apartment so not enough hot water for 5 adults in the large apartment. Not bath plug for the bath so showers only. Good for a one night stop. We were with four people in an apartment room (2 bedrooms + sleeping couch). Enough space, limited equipped kitchen, but for one night it has everything you need. The doorframe of one of the bedroom doors litteraly fell down with a big bang while we were just sitting in the living room. The bathroom door could only be closed upon repositioning the door frame with your shoulder first. So yes, it needs some maintenance.
Check in was easy and friendly, spacious parking (€4 per car per night). It can be noisy in the morning due to passing heavy traffic. The city or Arlan is at close walking/driving distance with some nice restaurants and an old church for some panoramic views at night.
