The room that is being advertised is not the room that we were given, half the hotel is under renovations and none of the amenities available as advertised such as the swimming pool, spa, or the gym.
Basically we have been mis-sold the hotel.
There was no bath tub, no bathrobes, no slippers and the wallpaper was peeling off and the wooden floorboards had splinters.
How do i go about making a claim against tge incorrect advertising on the website.

The WiFi keeps disconnecting and it's not interesting at all to the hotel staff. You advertised that there's a pool, that there's massage, and that there's exercise. There's nothing here. There's renovations going on and it'll take another six months, and you have to advertise that.

Imperial hotel is always consistent with quality and service no issues inside the hotel one step outside the hotel. I can understand their problem but that is India dirty noisy and smelly. However the hotel itself is just amazing.

We are stayed there 3days all time when we open rook door after many try open or again call for housekeeping then send key to reception also towels conditions not good also no tissue paper there in room when we ask they are replying we not provide tissue ….really sad for this service…😔

Having stayed at their sister Hotel - Silver Palace - since 1996 - on almost every visit to Rajkot, I expected the Imperial Palace to be much better than it actually was.
The Room allocated to me was right by the elevator. while not a problem in itself - it did tend to be noisy at times.
The room itself was comfortable - however, not updated in amenities as such.
The Staff was the real disappointment. Check in was fine. Check out was a disaster. Having to catch an early morning flight, i requested that the Front Desk, send me the bill an hour before I checked out. I was informed that this wasn't possible and i could only be presented a bill after I vacated the room.
Well - I did - and waited for 30 minutes to check out at the Front Desk - mind you at 5 AM - with no one before me or after me. Stood there while the Front Desk Rep fumbled his way through my check out. eventually I had to leave without a bill or a proper check out. Giving him the money he requested coz he couldn't figure it out. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Not to mention rude.

We stayed at the Imprrial during our visit to Gujarat. The Imperial is a delightful hotel with easy access to all parts of Rajkot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to dine in the 24 hour cafe for Gujarati dishes.

Despite requesting for a special facilities room, I had to call the manager several times in advance of arriving to secure the room for my disabled mother. I was disappointed with the hotel - not being able to sort our the fridge temperature for medications that required specific temperature.
In the standard room, cigarette smoke penetrated from the adjacent room. The cleaning in the food hall was done for an hour at 4am for a whole hour.
