Very disappointing experience. The rooms were not clean and looked nothing like the pictures shown online - quite misleading. Breakfast options were very limited, and most items were constantly running out; staff had to be reminded repeatedly to refill, and even then, the food was not tasty. The AC and its remote didn’t work properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. Would not recommend.

Wouldn't stay again.

Had to ask every evening to have the hot water fixed. Food presentation was awful, though some of it tasted nice. No bar, but it is advertised on hotels dot com and their own website. 2 events held during my 5 days which meant loud music won 2 consecutive nights

This is definately not a 4 star hotel. It is dirty. There is no bar as it says on the website. The window in the room was fasten shut with a piece of metal and 2 screws. The smoke room was filthy and had cobwebs and dust on the seats. The bedsheets did not get changed in 9 days we where there. The kitchen did not look the cleanest. In between the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a floor that is disgusting and we saw the kitchen staff carrying food down from it. The hotel has buildings on 3 sides of it. One is still a building site. You can hear the coachs blowing horns all night and the tones from the railtrack that is directly infront of the hotel blowing day and night. Some staff are working in clothes that i can only imagine the last time they where washed. The taxi service in the lobby. The rep looks at you and thinks how much he can extort from you. The possatives. It is cheap and a roof over your head. The aircon although noisy works very well. But has a pipe hanging out of the ceiling into a gallon can to drain it. Definately not a 4 star by any standards

Good location to get to / from railway station and metro. Value for money. Decent breakfast. Everything is a little tired and could be cleaner. The bed was great; I slept quite well. Good shower. Generous size rooms with all the extras like slippers, tea, kettle, fridge, shower gel, toothbrush. For what I paid, I really can't complain.

Nice hotel,too bad I got the room with the mattress (room 512)which should of been tossed 2’years ago, maybe the hotel manager/ and or CEO should sleep for three nights on it then refund my money? I might as well mention the hot water isn’t available at all times. Shame on you guys!

The pre booked rooms were not ready by 4 PM. We have to wait 1 Hr to get the rooms. Not enough towel provided. No shower cap, toothpaste kit provided. All basic need are in poor condition. There was lack of staff in hotel. After all these, the room charges were high. Would you prefer it now? Your choice.

Very poor experience!

Room was noisy, dirty and very basic. Breakfast was also very basic. Staff were pleasant but spent more time taking selfies (without asking) with my children as oposed to concentrating on their customer service!

Very uncomfortable, disapponting nights stay!

Decent but definitely not worth the money

Arrived here and they put me in a standard delux room when I'd booked for an executive room. I'd had a shower and put my things down when they called me and asked if I'd like to move to an executive room. The executive room was bigger and better for me and my girlfriend, however the room was right in line with the metro rail line ... hardly a view of the city.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from metropolitan areas so if you're ready to uber it everywhere go for it.

The shower drain kept getting clogged, our toilet seemed to have a leak in the back, there was barely any hot water.

Getting wifi is near impossible, involves having to go down to reception and getting the wifi password manually every 24 hours. The food at the restaurant was okay, the bar did not serve any cocktails and it seemed to take about 20minutes to put the bill together. The staff could use a refresher course in English, in a big tourist city like Jaipur the standard of English was quite sub par. our auto drivers had better grasps of English.

If it were an average hotel I would say that it was a decent stay (nothing too wrong/nothing special) but considering that they advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel, they really need to up their game.

Huge Disappointment

We booked this hotel because of its high rating on trip advisor (4.5 stars), but we were very disappointed in what we got. The hotel internet description said the hotel provided robes and slippers, offered washers and dryers, and a coffee shop/bakery, however none of these things were actually available. When we inquired about using a washer and dryer, we were laughed at by staff. The room was very dirty. The wallpaper was water damaged and peeling off the wall, the window was loose and looked like it was about to fall out of the casing, and the mattress and pillows had a fetid smell. When we requested new pillows staff were sent to our room with clean pillow cases, but the stained and dirty pillows remained.

The concierge was friendly and helpful, but the other desk staff were impolite and rude. The kitchen and wait staff were the best thing about this hotel. They were very friendly and made certain we were happy with our meals. The desk staff could learn from the restaurant.

The hotel is located on a busy road with the rail line across the street and the city metro line running above the rail line. With a window that would not latch the noise was very loud. Additionally the AC did not work really well and it spewed a terrible smell.

This level of fifth and decay goes beyond housekeeping. These issues are management problems.

Overall the rude desk staff was only out done by the filth and terrible smell. I would not recommend this room to others.

Overall an okay kind of Hotel except a few issues regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
The Hotel is not so big as it looks in the pictures on their website. The swimming pool is
much smaller than it looks in in the picture.

Its good if you are visiting Jaipur and just need a place to crash.

I would definately not call it a hotel. It was worse than a guest house. Dirty rooms, dirty common areas, broken bathroom fittings, noisy corridors, food was very average, empty mini bar, pre locked in room safe, some problem with the tv or set top box (it made a whistling sound), dead furniture, uneasy mattress. I made a review on trip advisor for their property n their hotel staff has been begging n trying to make me feel guilty for putting up that review so that i take it off. The property is surely worth being ignored. After all u don't take a vacation so that these people spoil it n then offer u a free stay the next timeso that u don't review them as a bad place to be. I would rate it in minus. So please book if u love staying in a filthy environment.

Terrible hotel, stay away!!

Terrible Hotel, lobby looks OK very but rooms are very bad. Bathrooms were dirty and had hair in the shower and water would not drain in the shower. When we complained about the shower, we were shifted to a different room but the shower had the same problem, water would not drain in it too. Beds were very uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved. Very poor maintenance, took multiple phone calls to the front desk to have the luggage delivered to the room.

Not worth the value for money spent.

1) AC is very noisy.
2) Wifi connectivity is a joke. I need to login to connect my device every 30 minutes or so. Every device needs a new login and password. Getting login id and password from reception is another challenge.
3) Remote control of the TV was in broken condition and when we asked for a replacement the reply to the situation was not at all welcoming. It was as if I have asked for a very big favor.
4) Room not in a good condition, amenities were provided at a bare minimum level. Tea/Coffee Sachets were like 2 each. How can a tea or coffee be made with just 2 sachets.
5) Mini Bar Refrigerator was not working properly. To avoid any inconvenience to the maintenance team, I simply disconnected it from the main power plug.
6) Bathroom lights are not evenly spread, its too dark. Not to mention we were provided with just one piece of bar soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hand towels. Luke warm water use to come after 10-15 mins of water running through the shower, I guess the definition of hot water needs to be changed.
7) No one from the hotel bothered to ask how was the stay, not to mention the front desk staff was not at all courteous.
I suppose I can write more, but it will not matter much.
My apologies to write the review late as I was caught up in my work.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Would recommend

Overall this was a great hotel, close to the railway station which made it really convenient for our short one night stay in Jaipur. Rooms were spacious and clean and I thought excellent value. The staff. especially the manager of the hotel were very helpful and even negotiated on our behalf getting a driver for a few days. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I would recommend.

Get what you pay for

This property is decent as far as basic amenities, offering wifi and breakfast with your stay. The room was fairly clean but there are many signs of age and distress that the photos don't show. bathroom was dark. staff is pleasant and accommodating. Outside property is not convenient to walk anywhere to find shops or restaurants.

This hotel is very poorly located near a busy railway station, always noisy and difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was some construction going on during my stay which added to the noise. There is nothing interesting within walking distance of the hotel - everything seemed run-down. Staff seemed to have a problem understanding simple instructions in English. Rooms were neat and tidy. Breakfast needs to improve.

Great hotel

This was definitely worth the long train ride. Hotel had great service and was exceptionally well maintained. The only issue I found was that when my friend was violently ill, we requested that reception call the doctor. Doctor was great, however after he had treated my friend, I proceeded to follow him down and I noticed that at reception he had handed the man handling the reception desk a couple hundred Rupee - a portion of the money of which I had given to him for the consultation. Although the hotel and the Doctor may have a deal going on I do not believe that it should be done 'under the table' and hidden from their customers.

from the pictures it looks lovely. however, the pool is in the shade and has resident pigeons, so i did not even use. the restaurants and bars were deserted, so we didn't bother dining there. For a four star accomodation, it seemed a little worn out. The service was very good even though English was difficult, but they always came to our room so we could show them what we needed. we wanted a place close to the train, which this. the surrounding area is not great. you will hear the trains. the bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and lovely linens

Great hotel

A nice and modern hotel. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast buffet. The location is a bit less desirable, although it is close to the train station which might be good if that's your mode of transportation. Make sure you get directions back to the hotel if you venture out, we had issues with tuk tuk drivers who had no idea where the hotel was.

Great hotel, close to train station

We stayed at Vesta International for 4 nights towards the end of our trip. While we were there India celebrated the Holi Festival and despite the hotel being very smart and clean, they were more than ok with half the guests traipsing through covered in powdered paint and also put on an extra room clean because they knew we would all need it! My husband was also very ill while we were there and they called us out a doctor who was brilliant, they were very helpful. The rooms are lovely, as is the pool and restaurant. The train can be a little noisy but nothing that would bother you. My only complaint is the wifi - you have to keep getting wifi codes from reception, which can be tedious if you are staying for a while. Otherwise - highly recommended!

Hotel a little bit hard to find but clean and great value. Just a minor point - we ordered taxi to airport - they said would be at hotel in 10 minutes but took over 1/2 hour. Hence poss consider this if a flight to catch!

Difficult location to reach, service subpar

The hotel facilities were nice but the location was hard to reach and difficult to explain to auto-rickshaw and taxi drivers. It is quite near the train station so you can hear the trains coming and going all the time. They tried to charge us for WiFi even though it was included in the room fee. Lastly, we could not make outside calls from our room or through an operator--we had to go down to the lobby, which was ridiculous.

it was a very nice hotel stay in vesta last week. apart from the overlooking railway track whcih is not the perfect ambience facing the hotel, everything else was almost perfect. added advantage was the location which was in the center of the city. the hotel at the discounted price of 2200 per night is highly recommendable - thanks to hotels.com :)

My wife and I had originally booked a different hotel in the area. After 1 night there, we had to change. We discovered the Vesta International online and when we visited in person, it was beautiful. It's a new hotel with very nice rooms and a decent breakfast buffet. I can't such much about the location as we had a driver that took us to and from the hotel. So, we didn't explore much on foot. There is a train track across the street, but that didn't affect our sleep.

not to bad, but not to good either

The hotel is on a good location, near to the railway station approx 5 min drive. The staff was fine but i wont say friendly but surely made the checking an ease. Rooms are not to big if you are thinking of staying with kids opt for a higher room category or another hotel. The air conditioning of the room was not working fine and i had to virtually shout on the management to get it fixed and eventually they changed my room where the cooling was a slightly better.
i feel the hotel is doing cost cutting as the cooling if the room went down early in the morning (i literally started sweating) though i did not alter the temperature of the controls in the room maybe they had increased the temperature of the main unit saving the electricity and disturbing the guests sleep.

i was not able to attend to the breakfast bufffet in the morning so no comments on that.

A Stuff hotel with poor airconditioning.
There was absolutely no air circulation in the lobby and the lift/ elevator areas. The room had very poor AC - turned the thermostat down to 15degrees but no response, seemed like only the fan was working.
General location of the hotel is poor. Looked out of the back window and there were slums next door.
