Some parts of the room were in some rough shape (bathroom door not opening fully because was filled with water, some furniture had a lot of scratches) overall was a good stay, the staff was amazing, the Jacuzzi water was a lot below than the 34 degrees stated on the information board which ended up not being so pleasant as we expected

Great location. Elevator was not working more than it was working. Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. Have been to many countries and this was the first time I was told my stamped postcards couldn’t be included with normal hotel mail.

Great location, beautiful scenery, we really enjoyed our stay there. The balcony could be better with a roof (as it was too hot to be on a balcony without a roof) but all sufficient. Def will stay again if we go back to Arcos de Valdevez

Serviço de limpeza só apareceram no quarto para arrumar e limpar às 17h.. O hotel tem potencial, é bonito e bem decoradk no entanto o serviço ficou bastante aquém do esperado. O hotel estaba lotado, talvez tenha sido por isso..

Hotel bonito bem enquadrado paisagisticamente. O que era um sonho por fora foi uma desilusão em termos de falta de simpatia de alguns funcionários, condições de higiene das partes comuns, pequeno almoço insatisfatório (no segundo dia fui tomar pequeno almoço fora) e não me arrumaram o quarto de um dia para o outro apesar de terem tido mais de 5h para o fazer.

Um hotel bonito e calmo. Inserido no centro de arcos de Valdevez, mas com toda uma tranquilidade envolvente. Muito bom para uma estadia em que se pretende relaxar. O spa não é muito grande, mas é de boa qualidade. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit afin de nous rapprocher du parc de Peneda Geres situé à environ 30km. Très bon accueil, hôtel très propre et situé dans un village calme, nous avons également apprécié le lit king size et la salle de bain agencée avec goût. Un gros point positif pour la piscine intérieure et le spa/jacuzzi. Possibilité d'avoir accès à un petit déjeuner copieux salé ou sucré.
Une mention toute particulière au personnel de l'hôtel qui étaient souriants et très serviables.
Nous sommes ravi d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel et nous recommandons chaudement !
