The Night Shift Employee was extremely rude. The lobby was locked at 4:30 in the morning. I needed to check out to go to the airport. After ringing the doorbell multiple times he came to the door was extremely rude. Told me not to go anywhere near the breakfast area. I walked over towards the trashcan and he yelled at me and said I told you not to go near the breakfast area. While I was waiting on my ride, he wanted me to wait outside so he could lock the door. He wouldn’t allow me to wait in the lobby for my ride to the airport. He made me stand outside so he could lock the door and go back to sleep or whatever he was doing. I have never been treated so rudely in my life.

The room definitely didn’t feel clean. After walking on the floor our feet were completely black and covered in hair that did not belong to us. The shower only produced extremely hot water that we had to let cool down before we could bathe our child. They were also in the process of painting the doors but there were no wet paint signs posted. The front desk was also not friendly or helpful at all. When we arrived at check in we stood at the front desk and made eye contact but no one acknowledged us because they were busy talking to other employees. Not happy with the unprofessionalism. Do not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Staff is polite, check in quick. Breakfast was ok.

This motel is LOUD. Noise from guests, road, parking lot, it is very loud. It is also worn and not very clean (The shower area was mildewed). I was disappointed, the price was good, other reviews sounded good, they did not stay in the same place I did.

My stay was fair for the price. I like that they offer a fresh breakfast with options and clean seating. However, the heavy set white guy at the front desk was rude when I offered to clean off my table after eating. It wasn't dirty, but it should have been cleaned after I left. Not good cleaning practice and he didn't have to be so snappy about it because I could've just left without saying anything. I hope I don't encounter him on my next visit because I always stay there when in town. He was my only issue with my stay.

This was definitely an advertised 2 star hotel and we knew that going in, so we were surprised by the room upgrades. Except the bathroom, the shower was extremely outdated. The area was run down, but looked like they are trying to make improvements so hopefully in the future it will be much better. The breakfast was also your typical standard free hotel hot breakfast. Biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, waffle makes, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. Over all was as advertised and aa 2 star stay.

We got to our room and discovered the tv didn't work and it was filthy. We literally spent 5 minutes there and went and checked out and went to the LaQuinta next door. The place was full and had alot of people loitering and making noise outside. The outside was not represented well in the pictures online. The hotel needs renovation. The only thing positive about the experience was the nice older attendant at the desk.

It’s almost a disaster- under extensive renovation/construction. Now I know why it was less expensive than other hotels. I will note that the room we stayed in was completely renovated and clean as well as the lobby. The concrete walkways on 2nd floor were broken and pitted. Lobby and other areas had construction materials/old furniture stacked around. Recommend disposal because you clearly are not going to used old desk chairs/loungers etc.

This hotel needs an entire update and overhaul. The rooms and bathrooms felt unclean. I went to the Dollar Tree nearby and purchased cleaning supplies and scrubbed the entire bathroom and counters. I even purchased a mat to stand on in the tub and a carpet runner to walk on between the beds and in front of the sink. No. Just no.

Accidentally booked a smoking room (my fault). Tried to get it changed but gentleman did not even look to see if they had a non-smoking room. The smell was horrid! The floors were so dirty. Colombus State family weekend.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Exterior is very well lit in walkways and parking lot.

Room was clean and beds seemed to be new mattresses. Tub did drain slow and AC was cold but difficult to regulate temp at night. We informed them on checkout as it wasn't so inconvenient to worry about during our stay.

Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from with both hot and cold options.

The first room they put us in had one bed not made. They then moved us to a second room. One bed not completely made and no shower curtain. They fixed that, and all was good until we showered. The tub leaked water was running order the bathroom door. So we got moved to a third room that was livable. I won’t stay here again.

This is definitely a one-two night stay type of place. The microwave smelled when you opened it, the restroom was not dirty, but very outdated and the tub needed to be replaced. Again, it was not dirty just outdated big time. The girl working the evening shift at the front desk was not knowledgeable and was unable to answer any of my questions. Even gave hearing directions to the room. They DO NOT have an elevator so it was difficult to get my children (who can’t walk yet) up/down the stairs. The cleaning staff was very nice and thorough. I was able to park right outside of my room and they do have blackout curtains. Overall, it was not bad, I just would not stay there more than one to two nights
