It is an older building but looks like the owners are working hard to keep things up. The tub/toilet area shows the most \"age\" but it all worked properly! We liked that all rooms were non-smoking. Did have a little visitor on our bed 2nd night. :-O. I left a note about it.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong mildew smell as soon as we walked in. The carpeting looked dirty, the hairdryer was broken, and the shower faucet knobs were in poor condition and difficult to use. The property definitely needs better maintenance and deeper cleaning. Staff was okay, but overall the condition of the room did not meet expectation

I was charged for a room I booked but I didn't get it the room was dirty had to buy a 50 $ deposit 79 for the wrong dirty smelly room. Then when I turned the air on it started making laid noise went n asked why my room is wrong n they didn't answer me but I tried to get a different room was told that they just rented the last two but yet there expida still had the same number of rooms n I walked around n counted over 20 empty rooms so I went n spent over 20 bucks on cleaning supplies n cleaned it I asked what time does the hot tube n pool close told 11 so I get my wife an tell her we still have 2 hours n 30 minutes n I asked not 10 minutes before n go to the pool area n it's locked up for maintenance the room I reserved had a big Jacuzzi tub in bathroom that n the hot tub is the only reasons I chose that motel. Here is the kicker when I checked in they was a guy that was upset about not getting his deposit back I didn't pay much attention but no the room inside door there's price list 1 person 2- 4 $129 is for tow well 79 I was charged for the worst experience I've had in years plus 50 deposit I didn't get back bc they said I smoked in the room and this was a straight out lie we don't smoke at all so no deposit returned. Just like the other guy but it's 129 like the door said. This was our 10th anniversary I was just trying to do something nice for my wife and they tuned it in to a nite we. Just want to forget they stole my 50 dollars no if ands or buts I would like it back

Beds were clean and so was the floor. Shower was not cleaned at all, had hair all over the shower walls as well as dirt running down the walls. Breakfast was cereal. Hot tub and pool were closed. At check in we were only told where our rooms were. Front desk staff seemed nice. Room smelt horrible and ac had mold in the vents and the cover was hanging off of it.

Clean and renovated rooms. Very close to the high way yet rooms are quiet. There is a nice big lake near to the property. Staff is courteous and respectful. There was simple morning breakfast. This place is nice to stop by during a long trip or if you are just visiting. Bed was neat and comfortable. Property is being maintained well. There is an indoor swimming pool and spa. I highly recommend this hotel to all who are looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Customer Service,

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable conditions of my recent stay at Quality Inn in Tifton, Georgia. I booked a room with having reservations for five nights, expecting the advertised amenities, including a handicap-accessible unit with a pool, and hot that did not work at all. There bed was very hard
they need new mattresses. As I am on crutches and use a cane, this was crucial and discomforting for me, especially since I drove 14 hours from Michigan to attend my father’s funeral.

Upon arrival, I encountered numerous issues. The room was in a disgraceful state: the light fixtures were broken and being repaired for over two hours, the showerhead was clogged and unclean, the carpet smelled of animals and was visibly dirty, and the sheets were not clean. I had to lay on top of the comforter, and the furniture was dusty; no housekeeping was provided. Furthermore, the pool area, which was listed as an amenity, was not at all what was advertised. This was a complete failure of the standards I expected from Choice Hotels.

Given the distress and inconvenience, especially in the midst of a family tragedy, I request a full refund for my stay. I have attached video evidence of these issues for your review. I trust that Choice Hotels will address this promptly and ensure that no future guest has to endure such conditions.

At check-in we had 2 rooms to chose from, both rooms were filthy, dirty, unsanitary, and no elevator for going to the 2 floor. Check-in area was clean, attendant was nice at check-in, both rooms we received were nasty with thick dust, beds were really dirty, dead bugs all over the floor and around the sleeping area, floors were sticky dirty, and rooms stank of filth and cigarette smoke Oder. Do not recommend this hotel. Will never recommend this place to anyone, very unsanitary. Front desk gentleman gave us a refund and we found another place to stay for the rest of our stay in TIFTON Georgia.

The bedspreads were stained and dirty. When removed, one of the duvets had a bloodstain. The floors were bare and had not been mopped and I know because my bare feet were black on the bottom. The remote control was filthy. I had to wash it with a washcloth and it was visibly dirty. No trashcan in the room. Room smelled like cigarettes. The chair was also stained. Toilet leaked and left water on the floor.

When I got there, I was giving my room key went to my room and there was a whole Nother person staying in that room. Then when I got a new room, it smelt like a dead body had been in there found somebody else’s underwear next to the bed in the bathroom, there was no shower curtain and the curtain rod was coming off the wall. There was mold and mildew all around the toilet and ceiling, the sinks look like they were spray painted very curious stains on the bedding.

Front desk employee's friendly. Handicap accessible room was alittle outdated, but was clean and had plenty of room. We did not see any bugs during our stay. Bed was comfortable, cold mini fridge and TV worked. Bathroom was big and had shower chair available if needed. Breakfast was so-so. Its all carbs. No fruit or protein options. But for the low price and a quick 1 night stay to sleep and shower, we have no complaints!

I booked a lake side room and we had that at first but the toilet backed up with first use and then we found pee in the tub and when they changed our room they moved us from the lake view side and there was no discount or anything like that to apologize for having to move rooms in the first place. Also the new key they gave us for the new room worked to unlock all the rooms which is very unsafe.

The hotel is being remodeled so there may be reasons for the following. There was not any trash cans in the room, the doors had bugs and stains, the water was brown and after showering we noticed that the towels were brown stained as well. The breakfast was not up to the same standards as other Quality Inns we have stayed at and there was not any decaf coffee and the regular coffee was out. Also the smoke detector was missing from the main bedroom area.

Not all bad if you dont mind roaches and bugs, both dead and alive everywhere, and not being told that you are locked out of your room every night you stay over and have to get the key care reactivated. Also not so bad if you dont mind a dirty tub and or sheets and stained “clean” towels and asking for them to clean the room just for them to never do so your ENTIRE stay. or having to switch rooms originally given to you because the first one is half cleaned with the smell of fresh cigarettes and ashes everywhere. Since we could not leave the room without going to front desk to let us back in, I went out to get something to bring back to eat in the room, while my wife waited to let me in. Needed a 1 night stay on a roadtrip with my husband and we chose this property based on pictures but they were obviously from when it opened originally. This property seems as its used as a shelter or low income housing option. Lots of loitering outside the property. The parking lot has lots of trash tossed about and the rooms are misty and outdated with stains on furniture and bedding. I usually bring my own air mattress and so glad i did cause i would never lay on this bed. Totally disgusting.
