Beautiful premises with a very nice pool but our room was a bit tired. The plumbing needed some work. The fridge did not work. The food in the restaurant is only average in taste though the presentation and service were good.

Fantastic Tuscany Experience

We stayed at this facility just after Christmas 2015. It is located in the Tuscan countryside and the entire site encapsulated the feeling of this wonderul part of Italy. The buildings have been expertly refurbished and are emaculately well maintained. All the staff speak English and are very helpful. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. I have no problem recommending this hotel to any visitor to this region.

Beautiful Tuscan countryside

This beautiful hotel was created in 2000 from a medieval hilltop village and so it's an interesting place to wander, with fantastic views, lovely gardens and a large swimming pool. Apart from a family staying in one of the apartments, whom we saw by the pool, there was no one else in the hotel that night. Dined in a beautiful courtyard, served by a delightful young waiter. Good cheap local white wine, but the food was not brilliant - perhaps the chef had been given the evening off.

Peaceful and beautiful setting

A return to the place we got married in 5 years ago. The location is special and scenery beautiful. Rooms are superb, pool very cold but refreshing, breakfast could be better, but was good enough.

This was a fantastic pick for us. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable, with views of the Tuscany hills that are nothing short of stunning. And the service is warm and unusually helpful; we received extraordinary help on what towns to visit, how to get there, and what vineyards and restaurants were worth our time. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Tuscan Beauty

A beautiful and unique place to stay where the service was VERY good and the available apartment was unique, very comfortable (for a family of 5), clean and with a beautiful view of the country side. This was a wonderful place to stay and to enjoy the traditional Tuscan country side. The service and food at the restaurant was exceptional. My family and I are looking forward to return to this beautiful “Borgo.”

tuscany villa experience with hotel help

This is a very charming place - hint satnav as Casabianca rather than Asciano. Small village of casabianca been turned into a little complex. Our accomodation was like a little terrace villa style with small lounge/kitchenetter downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. So like renting your own villa with added bonus of hotel reception at hand for any queries.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant food was lovely and good value amd had a childrens menu - one which included fishfingers. Breakfast was continental and fine - not always a huge amount of choice but adequate.

Setting is beautiful and tranquil - a real escape. Hardly anyone there the first 2 nights but was busier on the weekend - a real escape place.
Personally i prefer less seclusion.

Beautiful hotel in a spectacular location.

The location of this hotel is truly spectacular. The surrounding area is lush and green and quiet. It is the best one could hope for for a Tuscany villa hotel. My friends and I spent quite some time walking around the area and were just simply blown away. I chatted with a couple who live in Italy and have traveled extensively in it. They confirmed that the location for this hotel was great even by the lofty Tuscan standard. The grounds of the hotel itself was also beautiful. There are flowers everywhere. The only minor drawback is that there is a long winding road one must pass through before reaching the hotel. If you are at all prone to car sickness, like one of my friends, it could be a bit of a problem.

For a countryside villa hotel, the conditions of the rooms were very good. Everything was clean and quite well-maintained. I was at first worried that it would be a little rustic and rundown, but it was not the case at all. The staff was friendly, albeit a little inefficient. If it is a Tuscan country villa hotel you are looking for, look no further. You are not going to do much better than this, especially value-for-money wise.

Hard to find and NOT worth the money

We had a very difficult time finding this hotel in the middle of nowhere. It was a lovely country setting but very much over priced. Would not recommend it as you can stay in the countryside of Tuscany at a lovely villa for a lot less!! They had cheap plastic glasses in the bathroom and cheap plastic garden chairs and table - not impressed. The pool was not heated.

Charming Villa in the Tuscan Countryside

The hotel and restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and biscotti, which we enjoyed as we roamed the olive groves on the property. The suite was roomy and charming. It was a great home base for wine tasting in the Montalcino area.

Comfortable Luxury in the Tuscan Countryside

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at this beautiful hotel. We were treated to Prosecco and biscotti upon arrival, which we enjoyed as we walked through the olive groves on the property. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious, and the hotel had a great wine selection. It provided a great home-base for our tour through the Montalcino wine region.

Bellissimo borgo nella campagna Toscana

Bellissimo borgo restaurato in cui soggiornare, immerso nella campagna ma vicino a molti paesi da visitare. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione del posto, l'accoglienza e il sevizio al check in, la buona colazione.
Bella struttura ma un po' poco insonorizzata (si sentiva il tv della stanza accanto) e qualche trave di legno del soffitto da restaurare (perdevano un pochino di polvere). In generale ottima esperienza.

Eine bessere Jugendherberge

Schlechtes Frühstück, Kaffee war nur warmes Wasser, kein aufmerksammes Personal, Wifi geht im Zimmer nicht, Preise der Zimmer stehen in keinem Verhältnis zum Service & Ausstattung des Hotels. Da bekommt man In einem deutschen Motel One mehr geboten Essen im Restaurant viel zu teuer, Gerichte lieblos angerichtet.

Stupendo borgo in mezzo alla natura

Siamo stati in questo albergo a dicembre. L'albergo è di fatto un intero borgo ristrutturato, stupendo. Personale molto cordiale, colazione abbondante ed ottimo ristorante. Le camere sono ampie e con stile antico, ma migliorabili. Wifi in camera non prendeva bene, così come il telefono, dal momento che l'albergo è in mezzo alla natura, in una stupenda valle. Occorre un mezzo proprio per poter raggiungere qualunque zona, dal momento che l'albergo è isolato. Occorre viaggiare a velocità non elevata, causa animali (in pochi giorni abbiamo visto attraversare la strada ad un daino e una volpe). Per questo motivo, il periodo migliore è forse un periodo estivo, con sole fino a tardi.

Bella struttura, ottimamente tenuta. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento ampio e accogliente. Vista notevole e silenzio assoluto. Il verde domina su tutto. Apprezzabile il benvenuto con bottiglia e biscotti in appartamento.
Unici piccoli appunti: la colazione è sufficiente ma non all'altezza di tutto il resto ed i parcheggi auto non sono agevolissimi per auto basse e non corte.
Da consigliare assolutamente nel complesso.

l'Hotel è un vero e proprio borgo, credo che la metà delle camere sono sparse come in un piccolo paese. La mia camera era nel casale centrale che è la struttura più grande con circa una decina di stanze. Mi sono trovato bene, ma non in maniera eccezionale. Punti di debolezza sono la mancanza praticamente di linea telefonica e del wi-fi (ti danno i codici ma non prende mai); il mio letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli. La colazione è sufficiente. Positivo: location e vista super. Credo che il massimo, questo borgo hotel lo dia d'estate, la piscina sembrava molto bella

“Borgo Casabianca: un luogo di tranquillità”

Ho avuto l'opportunità di soggiornare al Borgo Casabianca durante l'ultimo fine settimana e voglio esprimere tutta la mia soddisfazione nei confronti del personale della struttura. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la cortesia, genuina e mai formale, del personale sia della reception che del ristorante. La location è di altissimo livello e il borgo è un gioiello, davvero. E' un posto perfetto per chi vuole davvero stare in un posto tranquillo e rilassarsi. Perlaltro nelle vicinanze sono raggiungibili facilmente stazioni termali di buon livello. Che dire di più? Personalmente, al rientro in città ho già avuto modo di consigliarlo a colleghi ed amici e non mi dispiacerebbe davvero avere la possibilità di ritornarci presto, magari in estate.

la scelta ideale per coppie e famiglie

meraviglioso borghetto costituita da un corpo centrale (l'antica villa) che ospita reception, ristorante, e alcune camere (normali, camera + bagno), più numerose \"dependance\" (gli edifici di servizio della villa) adibite ad abitazioni costituite da camera, salotto, bagno e cucina.
decisamente consigliabile alloggiare nelle dependance.
i vialetti che mettono in comunicazione la villa con le dependance sono curati e ricchi di vegetazione (soprattutto lavanda e rosmarino), molto bella la zona piscina circondata da un bel prato e dotata di una bella vista.

+ + the hotel is a beautiful mansion likely the home of a landlord surrounded but low houses transformed into rooms for tourists which might have been either homes for tenant farmers or stable, shed...
++ the restaurant has a beautiful terrace where it is very pleasant to stay. People are very kind especially the young man doing great cappucinos
+ good meals
+ a bottle of sparkling wine as welcome gift
- Far from Sienna (nearly 1 hour from Sienna)
- restaurant expensive for such a location
- - the rooms are not what is expected from a 4* : 2 rooms but not fully separated with an open space on the top of the separating wall therfore no possible reading when kids are in bed. Very dark (small windows). The chinmney is the way to get in for spiders
- -The bathroom is wide (10 m²) but is not what is expected in a 4*

Hotel Casabianca, un borgo abitato dagli ospiti dell'hotel

Ci è veramente piaciuto.
Un piccolo borgo, rimasto intatto, dove gli abitanti sono gli ospiti dell'hotel.
Le camere sono appartamenti, almeno il nostro, con due camere da letto, cucina grande attrezzata e con un bel camino.
Parcheggi scomodi e ristorante non all'altezza del resto, ci aspettavamo di più per la cena.

Nel complesso una struttura veramente bella, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Hotel Borgo Casabianca - consigliatissimo!!!

un po' difficile da trovare, specialmente di notte, ma questo è veramente l'unico appunto che si possa muovere a questo albergo. diverso dai soliti alberghi o agriturismi, si tratta di una antica tenuta di nobili locali costituita da varie costruzioni che circondano la casa padronale nelle quali sono ricavati una ventina di allogi con tanto di cucina e salotto, ciascuno dotato di giardinetto o portico privato. i vialetti che portano ai vari edifici sono molto curati, circondati da lavanda e rosmarino, e passeggiarvi è estremamente piacevole e rilassante.
un vero gioiello immerso nel verde, consigliatissimo per brevi week end ma anche per lunghe vacanze.
