Centrally located in Old Town Dubrovnik inside the walls and while at first it may seem daunting walking into Old Town dragging a rolly bag (pedestrians only) it's not bad at all. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so you will most likely be climbing stairs, but if you don't like stairs then don't go to Old Town because that's what you'll be doing - climbing stairs to see anything interesting. The hotel staff is excellent!!

This property is the perfect location while visiting the old city of Dubrovnik. The apartment entrance is at street level. Inside the building there are three levels and your room could be on the first. second, or third floor. This is one of the best locations to stay within the old city walls. It is close to everything! There are many restaurants, a market to get groceries, 2 swimming beaches and shopping all within a short walking distance. You can easily go back to your room multiple times during the day if needed. The kitchen is well stocked with a small fridge, microwave, hot plate, and enough dishes for two people to eat a meal or two. I highly recommend this place to stay!

This absolutely beautiful property was situated conveniently down a small alley off the Main Street in Old Town Dubrovnik. One step out of the door and you’re in the centre of it all, and yet my apartment was a peaceful cool safe haven to retreat to when the heat got too much. The whole booking process was seamless, with quick and friendly responses to my questions and requests. Such easy access in a notoriously steep and step-ridden city!
I couldn’t recommend this place higher for a Dubrovnik visit, if I ever find myself back in this historic city again I would definitely be booking here. Thankyou SUNce apartments for such a luxurious stay.

Location inside the old town was excellent. The climb up one flight of stairs was very manageable. The walk with luggage from the Pile Gate was about five minutes.

The offsite free parking is a bit unusual, but plan for it and it also works out well.

This apartment is perfectly located right smack-dab in the middle of Dubrovnik. Just a 50 metre walk to the Stradun allowing for space from the hustle and bustle. Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property.

Close to Pile Gate to meet tours and taxies

We enjoyed our stay here. It was an easy walk from the car drop off at Pike Gate and in the old town. We were a little worried about noise at night to sleep but there must be a noise ordinance at night because by 10pm most was all silent.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was supplied with coffee, has a mini fridge and best of all, a laundry room available on the premises. We appreciated having our room on the 1st floor too.

Great location! Taxi and Uber can’t drive you directly to the door because it’s in the middle of town, but it’s a short walk from Pile Gate where you’ll most likely be dropped off. Great communication as well, I had a pleasant stay! Would stay here again next time I’m in Dubrovnik!

It was a beautiful apartment in a wonderful spot in the walled-in city of Dubrovnik. Please note that you have to carry your bags in from one of the main gates of the city since cars are not allowed within the city walls. Well worth it though!

Right in the heart of old town. Very clean, everyone was informative and nice. They booked transportation for me and someone was waiting at the airport. Please be aware cars do not go to old town, so you need to carry your own luggage and bring them up the starts. I stayed at the 3rd floor so that easy not an easy task. Ac was cold and we had fridge and little kitchen in the room. My daughter slept on a sofa bed in the living room while me and husband slept in the room. I recommend it!

Offsite parking if you have a car is a but far but you dont really need to drive around Dubrovnik so the free parking though far is very value for money as pay parking near the old town is very expensive.

The room is very big and they offer free laundry and other amenities.

Great location if you want to spend the majority of your holiday exploring the old town. However, don’t expect late starts as you will be woken early by the bells of the church nearby and the swarms of tourists.

It’s purely self catering within these apartments but they do allow you to change your towels and refill any essentials like shower gel and teas / coffees.

The wifi in the room was a little hit and miss and the TV had very limited channels.

The apartments are very well situated for exploring the Old Town. They're clean, cool and have comfortable beds. The washing facilities (including tumble drier) appreciated. The parking facilities are not numbered as advised but only a €6-8 Uber ride to the Pile Gate. It's then only a couple of hundred meters to the apartment so they're easy to use and beats trying to locate your own parking or paying more than you need too.

This place is located perfectly central in the old town. It’s not noisy, is clean and tidy and our room had plenty of space. A real find - I can’t rate it highly enough!
We were lucky enough to be able to check in early but if your room isn’t ready there is space to leave your bags and go and explore. On a long trip the ability to use the laundry facilities with detergent and even a dryer was invaluable. It’s a beautifully maintained property in the heart of everything. The lovely property manager recommended places to eat and visit without hesitation and was on call to assist with anything.

Beautiful but killer stairs (no elevator)

We had the penthouse unit in this small apt building. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated with touches of old stone and wood floors. Impeccably clean as well. The downside-and it is a big one for people who are not healthy and agile-is NO ELEVATOR. The penthouse is a hike of over 50 stairs to the third floor. All this is signficantly worse if you have medium to large size luggage to carry. As for contacts, we only saw the desk agent once during our stay. She was quite nice and helpful. The apartment is well-located near one of the gates into the central area (where no cars are permitted).

The only thing is it would be nice to have some Kleenex, black tea bags and coffee packages for brewing coffee but we just bought our own tea and went out to the many coffee places.

What a great place to stay in Dubrovnik. Right in the heart of Old Town with everything you’ll need (bakery, small grocery store) within a few steps of the front door. Very comfortable and modern. Small kitchen area for having breakfast and lunch. The laundry facility on the ground floor were an added bonus. Communication with the staff was great. Highly recommended!

These apartments are in a perfect location. The rooms are large, updated and very comfortable. Jelena was very nice and made check in easy.
