The hotel room ambience and amenities were great. The staff were very helpful, prompt, and courteous. The cafe and food was also really good.
The dirt and mud near the front gate needs immediate addressing, it is a major inconvenience.

Comfortable stay according to Indian standards

Rooms are well maintained. Looked clean and comfortable. Restrooms were good. Not so hot water at night. I really liked the room concept- cute little writings all over the place. Toiletries included shampoo, shower gel, soap, dental kit, soap, moisturiser. Housekeeping service was not so good. I called many times for water bottles and tissues since they were finished, but nobody came. I had to finally find the housekeeping boy myself and get those. Although the hotel this feedback at checkout. Breakfast was fine. More veg options. Non veg included steamed fish, chicken sausages only; and of course the mighty omelette. Beer is very expensive at the bar. Overall, it was fine.

Why was this hotel charged equivalent to Marriot which I stayed during weekend. When I saw a price of $150 I thought it will be atleast close to Marriot if not like Marriot. It was so disappointing to pay this price for a cheap hotel. They normally charge $50 max like a Red Roof Inn in US and the rate was hiked up not sure if it was by Expedia or KEys itself. Expedia should not have allowed this kind of a price when they are not worth it. Expedia should have controlled Keys pricing not sure why they don’t do that. Why pay price of Bentley for a standard Chrysler car.?

Quiet location for electronic city, Bangalore.

The “happy stays” comments scattered around the hotel on the bathroom condiments or the placemats or the coffee mugs are an innovative touch and the stay is quiet.

If there is one negative, then it has to be that the restaurant offers little choice for the western palate for breakfast and evening buffet choices - but the pleasant staff more than make up for this absence.

Good and cheap hotel closer to Bangalore 'Industrial town'. Friendly staffs and very good restaurant. Hotel corridor and bed sheet was smelly.

Good choice near EC

Good: Close to EC, reasonably clean, economical, great food choices, polite staff, easy check-in/check-out

Bad:

1. Cleanliness: My first stay was very good, but the 2nd time I was there, the room floor was dusty. Especially the corners. Informing them had no effect.
2. Effectiveness: If everything goes fine for you, then it's great. But if you make a complaint, expect it not to be resolved, unless you make multiple attempts. I called twice - once for internet and another time to complain about the dusty floor. Though the people I spoke were polite and assured me that things would be taken care of, nothing actually happened.
3. Some rooms are noisier than the others - the traffic noise problem can be avoided if you ask the reception for a quieter room when you check in.

In general, I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay if you have to go to EC everyday. I think they have the best price among the hotels near EC.

But I think they have to pay more attention to cleanliness before they start losing customers for this reason - the corridors were always littered, and when I tried to take the stairs one day, I came back and took the lift because it was very smelly (possible from a nearby restroom). I doubt if the rooms are vaccumed. It is still not too bad, but if no action is taken, it'll get worse.

Well located Hotel close to Electronic City

The Hotel is Good with Good Display of all the three meals. Although quite far from Airport, but closer to Electronic City.

The hotel building and the location is good for anyone travelling to electronic city. Also the breakfast is great. However, stinginess is very evident in this hotel. To start with, there are no basic toiletries such shampoo in the bathroom. You have to pay for it. The hotel staff is not so welcoming like it should be. There was a leakage in my bathroom.

A good business hotel near to the electronic city

Rooms are clean an well maintained and just adequate (not very spacious). Toilets are clean but toilet accessories should have been better. It is provided with only liquid soap and body wash. Staff are cooperative and service is fairly prompt. The hotel has a proper restaurant and the breakfast spread at this cost is quite good. It also has lounge bar. Travel desk is quite helpful and prompt. WiFi speed was disappointing. Location is good. Right on the main road and close to the electronic city. I would sum it up by saying it is a good value for your money.

Keys - Reguler Stay

I have stayed at Keys Hosur many a times, it is one of my fav place to stay. Very helpful staff, good brand to look up to.

The only thing I have complaints about is food. Taste and variety does not stand out compared to the other aspects of the hotel.Food is expensive too, given the TAG keys carries I think they can do good to riase the standard.

Tariff is very less when booked on Expedia (Rs 2050 / day on weekends). Good Ambience, though free wi-fi was only for 2 hrs, but when requested for a day, it was given. Room has a LCD Tv, Ironing Board, Steam Iron Box, Mini Fridge, Locker facility, 24hrs hot water, towels, 1 lit mineral water, kettle, tea, coffee. Other facilities in hotel include Gym, Restaurant, coffee shop, bar, Ice vending machine on 2nd & 5th floors, shoe shining machines, Vending machine (choclates, mint, lays chips, water, carbohydrated drinks, magazines, shaving kit, dental kit, womens kit available on MRP). The only bad thing was that the pillow cover's and bedspread were not clean and had stain little stain on them, next day when the room was being cleaned I asked the room service boy to change it, but it was not changed. That was the only bad service that i had, apart from that everything was great.

When I got a last minute deal through hotels.com when transiting through Bangalore enroute to Chennai, I had no expectations - for the price I'd paid was about what is usually charged by small B&B's or lodges in the city. Maybe the pricing is due to the locational disadvantage, but I was amazed by the facilities and service. While having a minimalist business class hotel approach a la the Ginger chain, the rooms, service and restaurant facilities were several notches above that of Ginger and at half the price. I was driving and I landed at the hotel at around 8 pm. Coming from the Madiwala-Silk Board junction, I had to drive below the Electronic City toll flyover, since Keys is located about half-way below the flyover - and the traffic was horrible at this time - so I was frazzled when I arrived. But the welcome and the smiling staff - all of them efficient and cheerful youngsters - put me instantly at ease. The check-in was over within a couple of minutes and the room facilities were at least 3-star class. I ordered room-service which came packed in disposable plastic ware and in a 'paper bag' like a dinner take-away, which suited me fine. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but it would have been unfair to expect that at that price. Keys Cafe - the restaurant - has an excellent buffet spread for breakfast with all sorts of menu choices. This is a very good hotel for someone who has business in and around Electronic City or for a transiting traveler like me.

Great stay for the price

The location seems a bit off from the center of the city, specially considering the outrageous Bangalore traffic. However, the property is relatively newer and is well maintained. The staff was also very courteous. Buffett selection was decent, as well. Will consider the property again for my next trip.

Very happy with our stay.

Good location when driving in into the city from the south. Well designed. clean, comfortable. good service, buffet breakfast, gym. Loved the ice machine on our floor and the convenience vending machine selling at MRP at lobby level.

Rooms are a little small and the beds are queen, not king.

Will stay here again.

Best in class hotel, that i recommend

I have been using Keys hotel since almost 1 year now. I always got the same warm welcome and everything works so smooth and quick. You will be checked in within 5-10 mins max.
Staff is very accomodative and well behaved. They attend to your needs quickly, which assures you are important for them.
Be it personal trip or official, if i am in bangalore Keys is my choice.
Last but not the least, they almost always give the best rate available arround, leaving me with no other option to try also. :-))
