Good location terrible internet.

Room and hotel a little tired, location was ok with some good places to eat nearby. Internet connection was really poor not once did it get above 250kBs and I had trouble with the power sockets when trying to charge my devices. Room was clean and house keeping done a good job.

Convenient location and Efficient service

Good hotel with fair facilities, with big clean rooms, not all the latest but perfectly useable. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety, local and european. Desk service is quick and helpful.
Location is good for businesses in Bao'an and close to Shenzhen North for HK and Guangzhou and near to two metro stations. I have stayed here 4 times now while visiting and see no reason to change my choice given the package they provide.

Booked for 3 nights, but cancelled after one and change to another hotel. I wouldn’t of even stayed 1 night if I don’t have to.
This hotel is very rundown and dirty. Awful damp/smoking smell in the 2 different rooms I tried before moving on.
Moved to the Doubletree Hilton instead and although more expensive, it’s far superior.

This place is showing it's age. It's reasonably close to the Minzhi MTR station, not far from Shenzhen North station, which makes the location good for me. But the rooms need new flooring and much of the upholstery needs replacement.

There is almost NO lighting in the bathroom.

Not even sugar for the meager coffee service.

Unwelcome wake up call

This hotel is hard to spot from the street. The staff was great and although the hotel is ready for a few repairs- squeaky doors, wallpaper peeling- it was great for the price.
Our only beef was that you could clearly hear the microphoned man in the courtyard 2 blocks behind the hotel from 7 am to 10am on our only day we had to sleep in a bit!
While not the hotels fault they clearly need soundproofing and maybe to talk to neighbors.

Nothing terrible but disappointing. Lock on door is very user unfriendly. The internet is lousy and essentially no exercise room. Convenient location in Longhua but and room design is quite nice. But service and internet is lousy.

Charge Extra After Pay for Breakfast Package

I was asked by the staffs to pay extra for the breakfast. It was supposed be included in my purchase
After I pay for the extra, the front desk called me again and said they gave me the wrong price and the price need to be higher. I'm very unhappy with this.

The bathroom is not clean. It is out of order after a few times of usage.

Nice hotel near Shenzhen North Railway Station

Overall experiences were good as we have 17 pax in total with 2 less mobility old folks & 3 young children. They told us to rest @ lobby restaurant & serves up the warm lemon water while waiting for them to arrange for our rooms. We decided to have our late dinner @ the restaurant due to our conditions even they recommended us to try out the local foods across the street. The restaurant servant was caring enough as only 1 chef left in duty in that hour (abt 10pm+), she make sure all our orders are serves right & fast.

Save yourself the trouble, and book elsewhere

My stay started with the staff not being able to locate my reservation for about 15 minutes. This is the first time this has happened. I patiently waited as they searched, and 15 minutes later I had my key. I had booked the executive room. The room itself was nice, but it wasn't very welcoming. The bed was OK. It wasn't the most comfortable I have slept in, but the down comforter was nice. The bathroom sink must have been clogged with who-knows-what because after washing my hands every time it took several minutes for it to drain. I didn't particularly like looking at the remnants of toothpaste in the sink after brushing, but that's what was left over after the water slowly drained away. The next thing that bothered me was that the internet was atrocious. You could either use a LAN cable or the wifi. The wifi went on and off every 5 minutes or so, and I couldn’t ever get a stable connection. Using the LAN cable wasn't any better. I know the internet in China isn't that fast, but I would have rather used a 56K modem than what they offered. During the second night of my stay the power in my room kept going out. It must have gone out over 15 times. Overall I would have to rate this hotel as one of the worst experiences I have had in China. If I need to return to Shenzhen for business I will definitely be looking elsewhere. I would recommend you do the same if you haven't already.

Far from 5 star... $180 for two loads of laundry

This has been one the most laughable experiences I've had in all of my travels. My business partner and I dropped off two loads of laundry and asked multiple times what the rates would be, but received no answer. Thinking, well what's the worst it can, be we left it with them. It was $180. We actually thought we were reading it wrong at first. They charged $3 per pair of socks... socks that could be purchased up the street for $0.3. $180 for about 20 minutes of work. When we tried to explain that this was completely ridiculous considering that rate was the same as almost 3 full nights accommodations, they did absolutely nothing but offer us two free sodas.

Beyond that, the gym is one of the sorriest gyms I've ever seen, with literally only two of the 7 pieces of equipment working properly. The AC in the room even when maxed out is subpar. The shower leaked all over the bathroom.

I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here though if you're actually looking for what is advertised.

Very old fashioned and naff design.Internet kept on breaking down. The room was musty and the air conditioning gave us all the impression we were getting a cold..runny nose etc. The food at breakfast looked good but all of the food dishes had their lids left off and it was cold or luke warm so we did not risk it.

Great hotel for the Minzhi area

This hotel was located very near to the trading company I was visiting in Shenzhen. They sold out of the room I had booked so they gave me a free upgrade. The breakfast was decent for the price of around 50 RMB. Very comfortable stay and very reasonable price.

Nice transit hotel

Hotel is very close to Shenzhen Bei station. It is very good location if are traveling from that station. They upgraded my room to deluxe, which was very spacious. Breakfast in hotel is very good and reasonably priced.
Staff was very helpful and no problem with language.

Good for Business

We stayed here because it was walking distance to our business. This is a more local hotel than a western one. It's clean, inexpensive and the breakfast is good. I will say I got a much better deal on the room by booking through Expedia than trying to extend my stay through the hotel.

Upgraded to a luxurious room

We were upgraded to a very nice room on the [executive?] floor. I am not sure about the normal rooms, but our upgraded room was very comfortable and luxurious and we were very happy to have stayed in this hotel. In the morning, it was easy to catch a taxi to the nearby Shenzhen North Station.

Hotel was nice, arrived late for check in and left early, so didn't stay too long. However, they did try to charge me even though I booked on-line and had already paid. Needed translator to explain that I had already paid. My room also had a large chunk out of the wall that was being repaired. Good place for an overnight stay, bring your booking confirmation!!

The location of the hotel is at the north of Shenzhen, walking about 10-15 mins to the nearest MRT station \"Red Hill\" or 'Shenzhen North Railway Station\". Service of front office staff was good however room housekeeping was not done properly. Overall, this is stil value for money choice for my family.

Stayed here a total of six nights. I did have a problem checking in over payment between Website and the Hotel. After that we settled and I meet the front desk manager, I didn't have any more problems. I would definitely stay here again and may do so next weekend on my way back home.

Worst experience in SZ this hotel is old and out of age. Even if the staff try to be helpful no one speaks English and the facility is so rubbish that they can’t do much. I will never come back and advice to never try. Very unsatisfied. I also have to mention that it is quite expensive and there are numerous better options around Shenzhenbei

高速鉄道利用者にはいい

深セン北駅の高速鉄道を早朝利用することから前泊で利用。店が並ぶ通りの入り口にあり、歩けば店もあるが、日本人が単独で入るには少しローカル感が強い。部屋は少し古さもあるが、フローリングで清潔感は妥協点、朝食は6時半から、内容は平均的。駅には車で5~10分くらいと近く、シャトルバスサービスがあり7:00～の1時間おき運用。前日にフロントに頼んでおく必要あり。今回は7時の便を頼んだのは私一人で、バスではなく乗用車での送迎になった。早朝、中途半端な近距離でタクシ捕まえるは難しいので、やはり便利で助かった。高速鉄道利用者で前泊するには選択肢の一つとして入ると思われる。

深セン北駅を利用するには最適

深セン北駅近くのホテルで、駅からの送迎もありました。また、ホテルから駅までの送迎も時間指定ですがあります。

部屋は快適ですが、自分が宿泊した部屋にはバスタブはありませんでした。

ただ、場所が場所なので、深セン市内の観光にはあまり向いていません（タクシーで移動するにも時間がかかる）。深セン北駅利用時に宿泊することをおすすめします。

Pros: Quarto enorme! Não estive na recepção muito tarde da noite, mas sempre tinha alguém que falasse inglês. O pessoal da recepção me indicou motorista para me levar até o Centro, me ajudaram com bagagem que deixei para outra pessoa buscar, foram bem atenciosos. Café da manha okay, maior parte estilo chinês, mas com pães, ovos, sucos, cafe, yorgute.

Cons: O quarto está um pouco velho, o cheiro é de um quarto úmido. A cama não tão dura como estilo chinês, mas é uma cama firme. Não está tão próximo do metro. Está num local bem chinês, não espere restaurantes ocidentais na região. Internet ruim.

Unacceptable hotel with the room rate that we paid

Hotel rate was expensive relative to the room condition and hotel service.

Waited for a long time to check in and check out. Unacceptable performace. Only 1 staff available in the morning for check out. Very inexperience, and no one could help him when run into problem with credit card payment.

Our room rate included breakfast, but only found out breakfast only served from 7am. Should be at least half an hour earlier. Unacceptable to us who need to leave early to catch the high speed train.

Will not go back again.

깔끔하고 편리한 호텔

Ramada Shenzhen North 에 비지니스상 1박 했었었는데, 객실이 매우 크고 깔금했으며, 스테이 하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 주변시설도 조용했구요. 단지 기차역에서는 가까운데, 공항과는 거리가 좀 있는 편입니다.

由於我乘坐0720高鐵，選擇了這間和高鐵距離幾分鐘出租車的酒店
房間面積很大，三人加床入住仍有很多空間。房間設計很現代化....不過，始終喜歡傳統浴室設計。酒店房間的浴室是可以開放的，但也可拉活動門關上，不過感覺仍是有點開放.....
但也建議入住~

部屋、食事はまあまあOK。

4回目の宿泊でした。前回は冷蔵庫の故障（交換してもらいました）。今回はsシャワールームの排水がつまりぎみで、洗面所エリアまでオーバーフロー。フロントにクレームしましたが、滞在中に修理されることはありませんでした。思えば滞在中にいつもなにかしらの設備上のトラブルがありますね。従業員がほぼ全員英語を話せるのはGood。食事もOKですが、設備がいつもなにかしらトラブルのはちょっと。。

This is a good hotel with nice breakfast. Location is good for visiting companies both in central and north Shenzhen since it is located in the upper middle part of Shenzhen.

Close walking distance to the large North Railway Station if you want to go by train or subway.

Hôtel très correct et bien situé, non loin de la gare centrale nord et un arrêt de bus se trouve en face de l'hôtel.

Il y a la possibilité de réserver un chauffeur directement à l'hôtel pour vous emmener à l'aéroport, le prix est un peu plus cher que le taxi, mais c'est vraiment très correct et le service est top.
