Awful location, dirty overall, poor air conditioning, broken hair dryer, stale smell in bath towels, no hand towels, torn bed covers, noisy, poor customer service. I have run short of words to describe why to stay away from this hotel. Good luck with your stay if you still choose this hotel.

I stayed with my family including my mom dad and we all were very happy with the stay. The food was really good, especially chana paneer masal and dal dhaba.
The front office staff is very helpful, special mention to Ms Nidhi (FO manager) and Sandeep (FO desk) for helping us out whenever we had any issue.
I would recommend this property if you are looking for a value for money hotel with comfortable stay and good food options

Does not meet the general Best Western standard

Hard pillows & when requested for soft ones - had to wait and wait and wait- nothing arrived. Hotel right next to wedding venue- so loud music all night. All in all cudnt rest well which ruined the whole of next day,

Great hotel, would recommend. Beeakfast was if good quality. We stayed only 1 night but had a an overall goid experience. As we arrived late to chdck in we ordered room service food which was excellent. Checkout was straight forward. Had a great nights sleep

Stay that saved my weekend

Nice hotel, good food.

But few issues as well!
1. Less parking space
2. No facilities for chauffeur to rest/ fresh
3. Mgmt has to update google map for correct guidance

YOU CAN BOOK A ROOM USING YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CANT GET YOUR ROOM. UNLESS YOU HAVE ID IM NO FROM INDIA I DONT HAVE A INDIAN ID . BUT THEY DONT ASK YOU THE SAME QUESTION WHEN YOU BOOK THE HOTEL. LUCKILY I HAD A COPY OF MY PASSPORT ON MY PHONE .IM NOT FLYING I DONT CARRY MY PASSPORT WITH ME. ROOM SMELLS LIKE I DONT KNOW WHAT ITS ALLWAYS THERER EVEN AFTER SPRAYING ROOM FRESHNER. CONSTRUCTION GOING BELOW DECK WAS NOISY AND EARLY MORNING STAFF YELLING AT EACHOTHER SO YOU WAKE UP AT PRIME TIME OF YOUR SLEEP

Nice and decent place to visit

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but sometimes calling for room service, you would have to keep remind them because no one would show up with what you asked for. The hotel itself is away from Chandigarh, if you are planning to stay in Chandigarh, then this hotel is going to be pretty far from all the Chandigarh attractions.

It was a very comfortable stay. Some suggestions - the bathrooms could have somekind of exhaust or a way to spike up the fan mode of the AC duct so that the air exchange is better in the bathroom, the bedside reading lights could be more luminous or focussed. Overall, I would prefer to stay in this hotel on any further visits to this city, I was very satisfied. Thanks

Small but good

It was a small and newly built hotel. Although it lacked some basic facilities like availability of sufficient Iron boards, non availability of dvd player etc. The food quality was also not good. But as a property it was well maintained.

Clean & comfortable for an overnight stopover

The hotel is small but quite clean and comfortable for a short stay. Not much to do beyond being in your room. Its often used for sales-dealer meets/parties and other social dos. If the weather is good, the terrace is the place to sip your favourite evening drink. Being on the highway makes it a bit more noisy that what you may like, but for someone that may just mean better access.

Best Value for Money in Best Western. Great staff and service (even the restaurant guys called us at 10:15am to remind that the breakfast closes at 10:30am. Immediate deliveries by room services and house keeping. Staff well mannered and knowledgeable about the surroundings.

Pleasant stay for one night

The family had an early morning checkout prior to the start of the scheduled breakfast timings however complimentary continental breakfast was served in the room. Taxi was kept ready to take us to the airport as planned. We had dinner had the restaurant and it was good. Overall a pleasant experience for a one night's stay. This hotel keeps meets with the expectations of staying at a Best Western hotel. Checkin and Checkout was seamless. The time taken to the airport was 15 minutes which made it in ideal location for an early morning departure.

Well maintained rooms. Room service is prompt. Value for money. Far from city centre hence not for people who want to visit the city but would like to bypass it. For instance we found it suitable as we were on road to Manali.

nice place but they want to fiddle you ...

A visitor is for cheating . Check it all before agreeing, phone your own taxi to or from airport cos hotel will mace you something chronic . Menu in restaurant is fiction ... Demand to have what you ordered... And check the taxes too . Astronomical . So take all precautions and you'll have a nice stay without feeling scalped .

Only 1 problem. The bath was gathering water after each of us had a bath. The bath may have been defective or may have been fixed at the incorrect angle.

This was quite inconvenient as we had to clean the bath each time one of us used the bath

A good clean place

Stayed overnight with my family en route to Shimla. Nice clean hotel close to the airport. Not much to do around unfortunately. Wi Fi access was complimentary and I could work too. My 7 year old daughter enjoyed too. The restaurant was good and the buffet breakfast was sumptuous. Worth it.

평점이 10점이어서 선택을 했는데 10점 받을 만한 곳은 아니라고 생각됩니다. 3성급 호텔이고 침대는 편안했으나 전반적으로 리노베이션이 필요한 것 같네요.
