Terrible service. Pool was quite dirty two days in a row, no serving staff bothers to offer drinks or anything in the pool area despite claiming they do. The \"continental breakfast\" offered is extremely limited, with food being overcooked and bland. The menu available at dinnertime is also very limited and portions are small. I requested room service to bring a bucket of ice to our room and waited an hour and a half (even called twice to check) and had to come down to get it myself from the restaurant. The room also seems to have a bad mosquito problem at night, my entire family had multiple bites every morning. They run the hotel with the bare minimum attention to service quality they need just to keep things going, but wont bother to make guests feel welcome. Would definitely not recommend.

Lovely property on a hill, rather secluded and quiet. Away from the noise of the city.
However there was no AC in the hallways or breakfast area, very hot even early in the morning when we checked out. The hotel’s washer and dryer which we needed were not working.

Reception staff rude. When I arrived I was the only guest at reception, there were 3 employees and none of them was kind enough to help me. I have to wait till someone decided to do my checkin. It was 13:00 and checkin time 15:00, the lady at reception said that she could let me go in but she will have to charge me money for the early checkin. Of course I did not accept, as I think is very rude to ask to pay for 2 hrs, she could have handled it in a more polite way.
The hotel looks old, rooms are ok. The only nice thing is the quesadillas and order to make eggs for breakfast

My stay at La Quinta Hotel was a major letdown. The bar, restaurant, and common areas had no air conditioning, making the 40-degree heat unbearable. The pool was out of service, and despite asking to speak with the manager multiple times, I was repeatedly told she was too busy. The lack of care from the staff made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay.

Everything was fine except we had to move from one bigger room because the one we had was way too small we couldn’t walk in the room bye bumping into each other… and the hall of that floor the ac didn’t work so it was super hot walking thru the hall toward the elevator and we couldn’t go to the pool area because of the mosquito’s

The staff did not answer the phone when we called down to the front desk and to housekeeping. We walked down and the front desk clerk was sitting there on his phone. Due to splotchy internet my room accidentally got booked twice. Hopefully they will refund me the extra anount. Room smelled musty.

Very nice property. This hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly, The hotel grounds are beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area is nice and relaxing. The restaurant was very good and they have a bar/lounge area as well. I will be staying here again the next time i am in the area.

The property is very deteriorated. The entire hotel looks very moldy and unattended. Our room 226 was so moldy we spent all night coughing it was extremley humid. The basic room was so small we were hitting each other with the furniture it was a 2 beds room and there was barely any space for our luggage. The AC was blowing room temperature air not cool. The fridge did not cool to a safe temperature and not to mention everything was unplugged when we arrived to the room letting all our food we had to spoil. theres no ac all around the hotel only in the room the auto sliding door to the back pool was disconnected. breakfast was only from 7 to 9 so you have to wake up early to catch good food they wouldnt refill towards the end. laundry room was not working and when we ask for a courtesy discount to upgrade to a suite they refused making us pay full price for an overpriced room/hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK, DONT STAY HERE.

A bit distant from center of Poza Rica but the personal service is first class. Complimentary breakfast is included but note that the grill station charges for the omelette, huevos rancheros, etc., but the cook does not inform you of that, whereas other hotels do not. I had them charge it to my room (unhappily) as I was in a hurry. Upon check out the charge was quickly dismissed upon my complaint but was informed that there is a tiny gard to notice-small sign by the station. I requested a taxi to the bus station and to my surprise, the receptionist told me that their free airport shuttle would take me to the ADO downtown station at no charge. A wonderful gesture. front desk staff is super friendly.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We were a large group of 33 from the United States. The restaurant provided a large dinner with wonderful selections. The breakfast was tasty, convenient, and clean. We visited Tajin and Tecolutla for the day and the hotel was a convenient distance. The pool was also a real plus.

We stayed here with our four children for a week and can't say enough how lovely the staff were. There was always someone at the front desk who spoke English and was happy to help us with whatever we needed. The most valuable thing they did for us was put us in adjoining rooms with a connecting door. This is always our request but seldom does it ever actually happen. We were thrilled! We were there over Valentine's Day and took part in a romantic evening the hotel put on for locals... Wow! It was like going to a wedding... They pulled out all the stops... Decorations, food, live music... It was a really nice evening and well worth the money. The grounds were impeccably kept, and the restaurant was good. One night we all had a different soup and they were all amazing. The waiters were awesome.

I was put in a Smoking room and the internet did not work half the time. The electronic entrance on the door was not working properly either, I had to come down and have the key re-programmed during my whole stay.

Nice business hotel, it was located on the main road of Poza Rica, but it was isolated from traffic noise making it a good choice. It was close to a shopping center. The only hotel in this area.

The hotel is nice looking, however the location is at the edge of town and makes it far from anything there. There is a free transportation service to nearby places. The real problem was with internet access. It was close to useless most of the time, and at night when most guests were using it, it was so slow as to be completely useless.

Los baños de uso común sin funcionar y viejos...
El horario de la alberca nada funcional el desayuno es hasta las 10 hrs. y la apertura de la alberca a las 9 hrs. ó desayunas ó nadas...
Es lindo el hotel tiene potencial lástima que el mantenimiento es casi nulo...
