Though you pay for AI a lot of the drinks, whisky, brandy etc are payable, whereas in the newer nearby 5* AI hotels its all included.

Jiva is always a good choice for us to drive over for a few days break. The rooms are lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is really good with loads of choice. We'll be back again, without a doubt 😊

Sun beds were comfortable but bin/table and beds not cleaned well, often left dirty and unswept from previous day.

Really enjoyed the food at both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants (the turkish restaurant was my favourite). Good pools, slides were fun, I found the foam at the pool party stung my eyes, but otherwise was good fun. Beach bar at sunset was the best, with music playing and a chilled vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jiva.

What a lovely Hotel, Spotlessly clean, super service, fantastic food, with a great variety every day. We went before Easter so was very quiet to start with and plenty of sun beds, and teh sun beds on teh beach are really good too. They are just finishing a new beach bar, so no need to go back to hotel for drinks etc.

What a great place to spend your vacation.
All staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Samira from the front desk and ladies from the beauty salon.
Food was amazing, fresh, a lot of variety and tasty.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Resort located right on the beach.
Planty of things to do on the resort. There are two pools one with big water slides. They have a night club, several bars across the property. Gorgeous views from the beach and some of the rooms.
I would definitely like to be back to this beautiful place.

Couldn't fault the place. Service, food, location was all perfect for my needs. The drinks on the all inclusive were premium and if not, just ask. Nothing is too much trouble and definitely up there in my top 10 ever hotels. The guys in the outside pool bars deserve special mention. Great cocktails, talkative and attentive when you need refilling! Good job Jiva.

Just book it!!

Do yourself a favour and just book this resort. If you regret it contact me and I’d personally give you a refund.

This place was INCREDIBLE! I can’t fault anything. I don’t understand how anyone could have any bad reviews about this place.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week. Food&drink was amazing can’t fault anything so much variation and such good quality.

Staff were exceptional! Me and my gf especially loved the entertainment team. Captain, little chicken and the guy with long hair (we forgot his name! Maybe Kevin?) all made our stay special.

Accommodation, service, facilities all top notch! I could go on for hours about how good this place is. I will be back to Jiva for sure!

It was a huge apartment, great food, comfortable stay. I thought the windows and curtains would have had better design, the curtains let light in and it was therefore difficult to sleep through the early morning. Could be a bit more sustainable with less plastic water bottles and more refillable taps.

we stayed at the hotel one night for a stop over, but would definitely recommend the hotel and consider it for future vacations. Our room was impeccable, clean and with very comfortable beds. The property is compact and located right on the beach - there are multiple bars including one right at the beach. Food was super tasty with a good variety. Staff was polite and attentive.

The worst of all times. The staff doesn’t speak english, all of them were grumpy, the manager was so angry because we complained about unclean bedsheets! And we felt threatened!!!!!!

The service was at it worst, we had to go and buy many things because “they ran out of it”.

The pool wasn’t clean and they said “ they ran out of towels”

On the same day the decided to canceled our reservation!

This property is nothing like the pictures, and the hospitality and cleanliness level were below worst.

We are really regretting this and we would like to get a refund for all this mess. They ruined our last day in the honeymoon.

Very good hotel - clean, large rooms with excellent showers. High quality food with a range of a la carte restaurants that you can book for a change from the buffet restaurant (also excellent) although you have to be resident for more than 4 days to use these. Beach quiet and near small beach bar and water sports. Climbing wall was shut but they did open it for us on request. I left a couple of items in the room by mistake when we left but when I enquired they found them and I retrieved no problem. Evening entertainment good too and various quiet seating areas around the lagoon made for lovely places to have a quiet drink / read. Cocktail bar nearest the beach very stylish. Public loos very impressive also - like you’d find in a 5* London hotel.

The property is very nice and the food offerings are good.

But.

This is not a five-star in terms of service.

Shortly after I checked in, I realised there was a disco setting up outside my room. I went and spoke to the manager, explaining I needed to sleep, and the manager laughed at me and said \"Too bad, you won't be sleeping tonight\" - they were apparently fully booked and I couldn't be moved. I ended up booking another hotel nearby as there was absolutely no way I could sleep (the music inside my room was far louder than I ever would have played it inside my house), and none of the staff could tell me when the music would end. On my return to the hotel the next day, I asked for a refund because my priority was sleep, and was told \"This is a party hotel\". Fair enough on not getting a refund - it was a non-refundable booking and eventually I did get my room changed the next day to a much quieter area - 2.5 hours after they said it would happen - so most of the second day wasted there. And then the Wifi didn't work. And so on. I kept myself to myself for the remaining days, just waiting til my flight home. And then, imagine my surprise - as I'm in the airport, I get a text from the hotel saying I've damaged a piece of furniture in the room - which I absolutely had not. But that was just the cap to a thoroughly terrible service experience.

So I'd say two things - avoid if you need rest and quiet, and expect poor/rude service.

We came here as a family to stopover in our trip from Marmaris to Antalya and wanting to see Fethiye too. The resort is small and cosy. It was crowded with guests. The reception was ok, but you can tell they are overworked. Thanks to the great bellboy Hakan who helped us with luggage and was nice and prompt. The room I booked was a nice one bedroom suite which was very nice and comfi. Comfi bed and cold ac, spacious. The bathrooms are little outdated. The breakfast was nice and big with variety. The the beach was not really for swimming- was rocky. Some areas to improve- They were little slow attending to requests on the phone taking up to 30-40 minutes to come. Parking is available outside and free, but under the sun. When we arrived first night, no one told us dinner is till 9.00 only, so we went there by 9.07 and they didn’t let us in. They said already closed, which wasn’t very nice or welcoming, especially with a family. They even refused to prep something for us from the kitchen. They just want to do their job and leave. We ended up going to the lounge and taking on some soup and tuna sandwiches! Anyhow, was a pleasant stay overall, but may look for a better place next time.

This reminded me my cheap cruise with Carnival. They don’t even give 2 hotel keys per room, the drinks are quite cheap as well. The check in was a long wait and they didn’t accepted my brothers valid attorney id which we had used in other hotels we had stayed, despite the fact it says it’s valid as an id on it. Disappointing place all together!

In general good , internet works only in reception and restaurant, does not work in rooms, the closed part of the restaurant is hot because they do not operate th air conditioning , the operating of the restaurant during the breakfast and lunch is only 2 hours which is very short, food is good, the best part of the hotel is that it's very close to the beach.

Honestly this is pretty bad hotel , paid for king size bed , got room with 3 beds in it , then they punched 2 of them together to make one kind bed , finding parking is almost impossible, drinks “no alcohol for us” was the worst I had in turkey , especially if you don’t drink soda , there was dead bees in our room , dirty bathroom , we got the room with private pool but there is no privacy at all , the next room kids are all over our side of the pool and sometimes in our own porch , food was okay , However they only have one restaurant for pretty big hotel , and dinner from 7 to 9 , and it’s impossible to get table unless you are in line at 6:30 , and there is no one to help you so basically people are fighting over tables and if you have one there is people around looking at you waiting for you to leave
The free mini bar had 2 bottles of water only
The room key stopped working 7 times during my 2 night stay , and had to wait for 15-30 min each time to have them fix it
The beach was the worst beach ever , high waves and Sandy water , not clear at all
The swimming pools are packed with people
WiFi was very slow , and did not work at all the first day , had to call them 4 times to finally fix it.
Honestly I would never stay there again even if it’s for free

The hotel was convenient for the stay with the children. The food was good and all included is convenient. The beach and the pools were nice.
What we didn’t like is that one of the toilets in the family room didn’t have full size door. While we are the family, we still enjoy some privacy in the toilet.
Also, we didn’t get the room we booked via Expedia but I didn’t want to spend one of our 2 days stay at the hotel reception clarifying the reasons.

We can see why many people love it here. For us it just didn't hit the spot.

More character was needed around the pool area. No cosy lounge areas mainly set up for outside sitting. Restaurant hot food sections could have been organised a bit better.

If you are almost blind the seating area in the restaurant is down a few stairs and not ideal. We went when the hotel was almost ready to close and for eating time rather stressful so would dread to think what it would be like high season.
The staff were very helpful could not fault them.

I initially booked for 5 days but I loved it so much that I extended for another 4 days. Everything was above expectations. Food was delicious, plentiful, and served by an army of young waiters always keen to help. Activities were very frequent and fun (live music, shows, fire show at the beach, zumba, activities for the kids etc). The rooms are very big and comfortable. For the first 5 days I had a room with a dedicated small pool, and later had a room with garden views. Both were comfy and very nice. The staff is really amazing. Special thanks to Sinem, Hakan and Emel among many others

I already purchased this hotel and they charged me extra $99 for staying with my wife! I tried to not stay here but they denied to refund my money. It says all inclusive but it’s not . Only a restaurant is included everywhere else you have to pay. This is insane and terrible for people coming from other countries. Shame on you jIVA HOTEL

The room that we were assigned initially in building 5 was nice and new but had sewage smell in bathroom so we were moved into the older section with horrible room that night but next day after that problem was rectified we were moved back . This resort is extremly perfect for vacation. Although i spent just one night, i got the chance to be amazed. The food is super delicious, so many options at the breakfast and dinner. I'm not a fan of turkish food, however the snack periods include internationals which was great. Rooms are wide and clean, staff is very friendly and professional. Great place!

Only problem - which is a big problem - is the dinner service in the Restaurant finishes far too early I.e. all food is cleared away at 8.50 p.m. The restaurant should stay open for dinner with main meals food available until at least 22.00 as there are no alternatives to get a meal after 20.50?

This hotel is set around a natural lagoon that has turtles and fish in it. It is a beautiful setting, so peaceful and relaxing. We loved sitting at the cocktail bar on the comfy sofas.

ALL STAFF were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean.

We had an attic room that was clean, had a powerful shower & toiletries were provided. There was a safe in the room.

There were 2 resturants next to each other that offered a very varied choice of food that covered most nationalities. Waiters were very attentive and friendly.

As it was our first visit to the Jiva Beach Resort we qualified for a Far East experience at one of the smaller resturants. The service and food was amazing, we loved all of it!

There is another eatery by the swimming pool that is open over the lunch and into the afternoon. This is waiter service and you choose from a menu that has quite a selection of different food. There is also a coffee lounge that is open 24 hours where you can choose from a selection of delightful cakes and biscuits, rolls and soup. There is also a bar and due to us going just before Easter, the entertainment was in there in the evening. We saw 2 shows at the outside stage that were very good.

The pebble beach is in a lovely bay and there are sunbeds right outside the hotel grounds.

There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools. The larger pool plays louder music, we prefered the smaller pools by the small bar where the music was quieter.

We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and awesome buffet and a la carte restaurants. They also offer water sports, excursions and entertainment shows in the evening. I definitely recommend this hotel. You must try on of the Ölüdeniz boat tours that take you to butterfly valley and st. Nicholas island.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the beach area and the rooms are beautiful. Staff are lovely and were able to accomodate to our conditions easily. There is a wide variety of food and drinks available and we loved the cafe that was open 24/7 for snacks. There is great entertainment and it is perfect for families with children. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again.

Our overall experience at this hotel was disappointing.
When we arrived we were shown to our room which was a few steps away from the lobby on the ground floor. The room had a pungent, musty and mouldy stench which persisted despite opening the balcony doors.
Thankfully, the hotel staff were helpful and we were moved to another room.
While we waited, we decided to go down to the beach. We attempted to exchange our beach towel cards for towels but were told we would have to wait 45 minutes and that there were no towels anywhere else in the hotel. I asked if we could have a gym towel in the meantime but was denied.
The beach itself was below average compared to other popular Turkish beach side cities. It was not that beautiful clear, turquoise Mediterranean Sea a lot of other parts of Turkey have to offer.
The food was plentiful and well prepared, however the buffet style service isn't for everyone. Every meal felt like a mad rush.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel (or city) to anyone.

We went to UK from Canada for a week to marry our Daughter. We flew to Turkey the next day, after a week long of being busy and under pressure.
Jiva was relaxation, peace and tranquility, our room we got provided us with the peace and was very quiet for the first day we needed to sleep it off.
Perhaps Jiva should advertise as being a Halal All inclusive resort in their listing this will save the customer to have to contact the hotel for specifics.

But I would sincerely recommend the hotel to anyone, already did recommend my new son-in-law about it. Oludeniz is just a gift that is so close to the hotel we did the bus there for 9TL per person and it was just heavenly.

I like how the hotel is tucked away from the town. The beachfront is a good relaxing place but the water was still cold for us as we were in April 2018.

Keep up the good work Jiva; and I am sure you have many many more satisfied customers as ME>>>>>>>>>>>>

All inclusive food/beverage is available 24/7 the service is better then most places the food is top notch can't beat it beach is awesome massive man made pond with wild life so many swimming pools everywhere club and massage and Turkish bath sauna steam room child friendly slides and childcare services all unbelievably inclusive.
Compared to some other fancy high class resorts the ambience and the decorations could have been little better this isn't to say it's wasn't good it was all excellent.

It was full of positives for me , wife and daughters. daily new programs in the hotel, beautiful lagoon, around clock maintenance and bus station to the city just few meters from the hotel.

Superb in every way

We did all what we aspired for and more. Full day safari including visiting the ancient tombs and ruins , boat trip including mud bath, turkish bath, paragliding off Babadag mountain , shopping traditional hand made items let alone enjoying our amazing hotel facilities and its richness in terms of superfreindly and kind staff, daily entertainment programme, tasty turkish food, and high flexibility and attentiveness to our needs. Safari was my husband'so favorite activity and mine was the paragliding. We had a memorable one week vacation that we will certainly yearn for. We will come back !
