You need an access code to enter the property…at any moment a code has been given to me….
I had to call the manager upon my arrival, he gave me a wrong code…had to wait for ever in front of the hotel for a client to arrive with the right code…a nightmare

Ideal situation, much more than we expected

We were very pleasantly surprised by our room/apartment. We had everything we needed, including a coffee machine as well as a kettle, a dish washer and cooking facilities. The beds were comfy and the shower was a decent size. Never having heard of this chain before, we were impressed and would look for these in other cities when visiting. Well done Apart city.

The hotel was just what I needed for these 3 days.The suburban location is conveniently located for highway access.The hotel is clean, the rooms with kitchenettes are spacious. The wired internet access is very good.

difficult to find because of roadworks

Excellent, clean, very friendly reception. Underground parking an advantage, and not too expensive at 6Euro for the stay. Difficult enough to find as there were roadworks near the entrance. Not well signposted. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Excellent kitchen area in appartment. Will go again.

Bien mais améliorations à faire.

Endroit calme, literie confortable. Bien situé. Parking souterrain très bien, par contre, il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop basse ou trop large, sinon ça frotte. Par contre il fait chaud dans la chambre, le ventilateur n'est pas suffisant. Les joints de la douche laissent à désirer également.

Gros problème de ménage et entretien.

Attente a l'accueil pas loin de 10 minutes pour avoir notre carte de chambre,

sur le lit il y avait des cheveux sur la couette et plus sous le drap,

les joints du bac a douche sont noirs .....

La nuit a été calme et le matelas confortable..

Séjour pour de petites vacances.
Les +: parking (mais payant 5€ par jour), proche de commodités (magasins, fast food, intermarché…), a 30 min des sables d’olonnes, à 50min du grand marché nocturne de St Jean de Mont…

Les -: nous avons eu HYPER chaud dans la chambre, pas de climatisation ni de volet pour s’isoler de la chaleur, lavabo de la salle de bain bouché, situé dans une sorte de cité (pas trop en confiance), pas de piscine

Nous avions besoin d une nuit pour couper le chemin retour et J ai été très agréablement surprise par cet appart hôtel, à l accueil yta nous a apellé pour savoir si nous arrivions àprès les horaires d ouvertures et un sms pour la carte à été laissé au cas où le lieux est très propre, chambre confortable et silencieuse bien équipe, bouilloire thé café et frigo, tv nous étions 3 et chacun un lit avec literie top et les petits déjeuners copieux et agréable également

Appartement confortable et parking est un plus

Tout s'est bien passé. Nous sommes arrivés après l'heure d'enregistrement. La carte nous attendait dans un coffre sécurisé avec toutes les instructions. Un parking sécurisé est également mis à disposition pour les résidents. L'état de la chambre était propre et la literie confortable.

Chambre sans chaude !!!!!!

Appart spacieux , rien ne manque sauf…. L’eau chaude !!! Douche à l’eau froide , je m’en aperçois à 20h10 , plus personne à l’accueil !! Appel sur un tel à bordeaux , une personne charmante qui veux me faire changer de chambre …. À distance !! Il faut tout remballer , descendre à l’accueil et chercher un coffre fort pour une autre carte , etc.
Je décide de rester mais douche à l’ eau froide .
Le matin je pars vers 8h , personne à l’accueil !!
Je plains le prochain client !!!

Fick städa hela lågenheten innan man kunde tänka sig att göra något annat.

Séjour sans problème très positif

Tout c’est très bien passé. Hôtel propre , personnel au top . Petit problème d’odeur de cigarette dans le couloir et aussi du aux personnes de l apparemment d’à côté qui ont fumé à leur fenêtre ! Assez gênant pour moi qui suis asthmatique.

Hôtel avec parking souterrain très pratique et ascenseur desservant directement les différents étages.
Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.
Logement très propre et fonctionnel (ustensiles de cuisine, éponge, tablettes pour lave vaisselle...)
Les fenêtres donnent sur la route donc un peu de bruit quand elles sont ouvertes mais calme une fois fermées.
Un peu chaud mais un petit ventilateur est fourni heureusement.
Très bon séjour dans cet Appart city !

Hébergement qui nous a un peu déçu. Les photos donnent l'impression que les logements sont de taille correcte, alors que le notre était plutôt exigu. Or, suite à une erreur de ma part, je n'avais pas remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation. Avec la chaleur c'était invivable. Impossible de faire rentrer un peu d'air et avec un voisinage bruyant, difficile de dormir la nuit. Au final, nous sommes partis plus tôt. Rien à dire sur l'accueil, qui lui est excellent. Parking pratique et accessible.

Appart’ loué pour le week. Le concept est interessant, mais la cuisine dans un espace restreint occasionne des odeurs et des risques de salissures qui peuvent être facturées. Le confort n’a rien à envier à un Hôtel niveau 3 étoiles. C’est une prestation similaire. Pas de nuisances sonores constatées. Les voisins respectent la quiétude des itinérants de passage . Proximité d’une grande zone commerçante . L’axe routier pour se rendre aux sables est proche.

Hélas ce séjour fût terni par l'erreur de l'hôtesse présente qui non seulement ma facture et une journée de parking en trop mets tu n'as même pas pris la peine de s'excuser ensuite lorsque j'ai demandé la raison pour laquelle le prix était aussi élevé elle fut teint capable de m'en donner les explications je suis allé voir sur internet évidemment et j'ai constaté qu'effectivement la mairie de La Roche-sur-Yon a pris le choix de taxer les touristes.
C'est ce genre d'incident regrettable si les dans la mémoire du client un mauvais souvenir .
