Besides the fact that our room was not cleaned in 3 nights stay, the facility is decent and its central location makes it a nice spot to be in la Roche/Yon.

We came here for an overnight spot whilst visiting Puy du Fou (only 45 mins down the road). The welcome was warm and friendly, and the room far exceeded our expectations.
We needed to use the passcode to get in after 10pm (there's an excellent pizzeria just around the corner!), and then next morning we were greeted warmly and had a comprehensive continental breakfast.
The location was fine; the free on street parking was OK for the Saturday night we were visiting (except the birds in the trees can leave their mark!) and the area was very quiet.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel: a warm and friendly reasonably priced boutique hotel.

- bruit permanent du climatiseur / chauffage alors qu il est éteint. On m’a dit à l’accueil qu ils sont au courant du problème, que même eux en dormant sur place ce bruit les gêne il y a à disposition des boules quies. J’ai demande à changer de chambres mais pas possible.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La place Napoléon est facilement accessible à pied depuis l’hôtel. Il est facile de se garer devant l’hôtel. La chambre pour 4 était pratique et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon.
