I went to this hotel because the website said they had spa and sauna. And I paid the price for these services. What a surprise when I got there, the spa and sauna were under construction but nothing was said on their website. They asked if I wanted to go to another hotel in the middle of a public holiday, of course I could not go to another hotel and had to stay there. They said I was wrong, that their website advised they were under construction. I opened the website in front of them and it did not say anything. They did not apologize. I went to the bedroom and had requested 2 twins beds and it was confirmed by email. When I opened the bedroom door, it had a queen bed. I decided to have lunch while they sorted the room out since the restaurant would be closing in 45 min. Later went to have a shower to relax but it was not working properly. Breakfast is from 7:30am to 10 am but you have to choose between 3 shifts in order to have your breakfast. If you choose to have your breakfast at 8:30am you cannot go earlier. I went there with the intention of relaxing for a few days and ended up being upset. It was a nightmare. Besides the astronomical prices at the hotel and Pipa. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great view to the lagoon, nice pool and gardens. Is a must to have a car because is 6 km. From pipa beach. Rooms are spacious but additional beds aren't comfortable.

I stayed for 10 days during the world cup. The Hotel is Far, Far away from everything, if you are planning to travel to Brasil and want to stayed in this hotel, I suggest to rent a car otherwise you will be lock in your Hotel or will end up paying high for taxis. Most people that I met was complaining about the distance with Natal, the roads are narrow, and lots of bumps, confusing if you do not know the area. The place is nice, people friendly, breakfast lovely, pool wonderful, I do not recommend it for kids, it is more for couples. 15 minutes from Pipa Beach. TERRIBLE TRAFFIC IN NATAL. Remember if you rent a car they are shift cars no automatics. After all the place is nice, can be improved on the services but after all you can't have everything the way you want in another country. JUST ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF TIBAU!

We loved this resort, visiting the restaurant again and again even after we moved per previous plans to another one nearby. The outdoor restaurant overlooking the sea and the pool made an excellent setting for World Cup viewing in between our live games. Be aware that the road in to this resort is long and slow

I am absolutely impressed by this resort. It's located about an hour away from a big city (Natal) in a beach town. Everyone is so friendly and nice and you can sightsee different beach towns nearby without too many tourists. You're mostly among locals. I fell in love with the area and the hassle free sightseeing I got. The resort itself is stunning beautiful with full amenities. We stayed 3 days in a one bedroom two story apartment that had a huge balcony a sofa bed, kitchenette and two full bathrooms. (Which came in handy since we were traveling with my dad) he pretty much had his own personal space and we had ours. We left for 1 night to go to another city and when we came back (i made two separate reservations for the same price) I was upgraded to a house in the same style located in the back of the resort. It was huge! And super elegant! With 2bedrooms and a huge dining room, living room and kitchen. My dad his own room ;) The resort was well kept and beautiful with lots of vegetation and high walls. I felt very safe. Breakfast was yummy. Bar and pool very fancy. And area for kids to play. Only downfall is wifi is only in common areas.

Deathly Ill - Still wouldn't refund my money...
Was in Brazil for the World cup. Spent 3-days in a Brazilian hospital getting IV's because I was deathly ill. I had to end my trip 10 days early to get back to the states to get medical care. Apparently this was not a good enough excuse. Hotel Girassois Lagoa Resort refused to not charge me for nights I had booked and could not make. Stay far away from this place.

O hotel é legal. A piscina é linda. Pontos fracos: tem que agendar horário para o café da manhã (não condiz com o nível do hotel) e tem que deixar a chave na recepção quando for sair porque senão não arrumam o quarto. Sinceramente: será que alguém não quer que arrumem o quarto? Não foram explícitos sobre isso no nosso check in e acabamos ficando com o quarto desarrumado no 1 dia

O hotel deixou a desejar na equipe, tanto de checkin, recepção, como de animadores das crianças (elas realmente não gostam de trabalhar com crianças, funcionários que não envolvem as crianças e preferem que ninguém queria brincar. Foi falado que eu poderia carregar o carro elétrico com meu carregador portátil já que lá não tem carregador, quando coloquei pra recarregar, recebi comunicado para retirar pq não poderia.. fomos pelas crianças, mas não voltaremos pq não nos agradou

Chegamos ao Pipa Lagoa no dia 22 de dezembro de 2025, às 13h13. O quarto ainda não estava pronto, mas a recepcionista, que não demonstrou muita simpatia, iniciou nosso check-in. Um ponto que me chamou atenção foi a necessidade de assinarmos um termo de responsabilidade para liberar as toalhas da piscina, com a cobrança de R$ 100,00 por unidade em caso de perda. Após resolvermos almoçar para aguardar o quarto, a comida foi servida em 1 hora e 5 minutos. A equipe de garçons demonstrou despreparo e pouca solicitude. Pedimos uma moqueca mista, que estava excelente. Apenas uma observação: o menu infantil veio em quantidade insuficiente.

Hotel com estrutura muito boa, piscina excelente, academia boa, no período que fiquei tinha programação para crianças. O café da manhã é bom, mas a ressalva que fica é sobre a questão do horário, onde o hóspede precisa agendar um horário, e este não pode ser mudado. O que ao meu ver gera um incômodo, pois essa prática parece mais com exército do que com um lugar para o lazer. Vai ter dias que a pessoa quer acordar mais cedo, para curtir a praia, ou vai querer dormir um pouco mais, mas não vai poder, se não perde o café. Enfim, única ressalva.

Fiquei muito revoltado em ter que pagar 100,00 por uma toalha de piscina que minha esposa deixou na em cima da mesa (da piscina), e que esquecemos de pegar e devolver. Com certeza ela foi recolhida pelo staff do hotel e não extraviada. Por isso minha indignação, pois vi vários hóspedes passando pelo mesmo problema. O procedimento é tão estranho que os 100,00 tiveram que ser passado numa maquininha diferente da que foi pago todo o consumo do hotel. Muito esquisito!

Minha filha ficou doente 3 dias antes do meu check-in e solicitamos a isenção da multa de cancelamento, o que foi rejeitado pelo hotel. Achei muita falta de sensibilidade do hotel. Não sabem fidelizar o cliente. Fuja desse hotel pra não ter dor de cabeça. Tem outros muito melhores em pipa.

Gostei muito da estrutura do hotel num geral. Mas acho que deveriam ter quartos pra famílias maiores. A limpeza do meu quarto e qualidade dos travesseiros e cortinas deixou muito a desejar. Acordava com a claridade na minha cara pq o lugar tinham muitos vidros e os black outs caíam a toda hora do lugar. Acho que a parte esportiva tbm poderia melhorar. Eles tem espaço pra fazer uma quadra de beach tennis ou campinho pras crianças.

Precisando de manutenção em vários equipamentos, chuveiro oxidado e pingando, ar condicionados sem gelar. Paguei por 3 adultos e 2 crianças de cortesia e no meu quarto eram apenas 4 camas. Café da manhã razoável. Recreação também já foi melhor.

Eu e minha família saímos 3 dias antes do final da estadia. Explica-se: o local tinha muitos insetos e o quarto ficava num aclive, de forma que quando chegamos com nossa bebê não tinha mais vaga p estacionar nosso carro. Tivemos que estacionar o carro próximo a recepção e subir uma ladeira desconfortável.

Foi um final de semana maravilhoso, não saímos do hotel. Viajamos em família e nossos filhos amaram. Café da manhã excelente, com variedade. Os únicos pontos que poderiam ser melhorados são: rede de proteção na área do restaurante, tendo em vista que o guarda corpo, apesar de muito lindo não é seguro para crianças, e é um hotel voltado para a família; e, melhorar o sabor dos pratos a la carte do restaurante, são muito bem apresentados, bem servidos, só precisa melhorar o sabor.

Já é a quarta vez que nos hospedamos no Pipa Lagoa e sempre é uma estadia agradável. A equipe é sempre atenciosa; no bar da piscina, Wilton e Max não nos deixaram faltar nada. Ótimo atendimento! Café da manhã variado e delicioso. Nessa última estadia, por um equívoco na reserva, ficamos em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Solicitamos e prontamente converteram para cama de casal. A estrutura de piscinas do hotel é muito boa, mas com algumas regras sem sentido, como desligar a jacuzzi e o brinquedo aquático infantil das crianças às 17:00, horário que a maioria das pessoas está voltando da praia. Parece que a ideia é que usem pouco, achei bem estranho. Falta equipe de recreação para crianças. O restaurante do hotel é muuuuito caro e vem pouquíssima comida nos pratos. O prato kids que vendem deveria ser prato baby, de tão pouca comida que vem, meu filho de 8 anos comeu tudo e ficou com fome. Os quartos são muito bons, apesar de estarem precisando de reforma nos banheiros. Café da manhã bom.

Meu chuveiro não estava esquentando, tomei um banho frio mesmo e só depois entrei em contato com a recepção. Problema foi resolvido, era algo simples no boiler (fica a sugestão de fazer essa checagem de funcionamento antes do hóspede fazer checkin e entrar no quarto). Único ponto negativo continua sendo a temperatura da piscina, muito fria, em especial a infantil. Já passou da hora do Pipa Lagoa fazer um sistema de aquecimento da piscina.

Somos OBRIGADOS a escolher o horário do café da manhã, toalhas de piscina não podem ser trocadas ou solicitadas na piscina e na recepção, as mesmas só podem ser pedidas se estiverem no quarto, ou seja se for para piscina e esquecer a toalha no quarto, eles não dão ao cliente outra, se for sair para uma passei e estiver na recepção a mesma coisa, você precisa ir no quarto e pegar outra e caso a sua esteja molhada, elas não trocam na recepção, só fazem a troca no quarto mediante ao horário de limpeza do mesmo. Sem contar a delicadeza das recepcionistas no atendimento ao cliente. Hotel tem tudo para ser excelente, mas você viaja para se divertir e curtir e só quer aproveitar e descansar e ter que passar por situações como essa, sem nem se quer uma flexão dos recepcionistas e ainda por cima não te atenderem bem, serem rudes, não se importarem com a necessidade do cliente é um absurdo e ainda não falar com os menos olhando na cara deles, isso é um absurdo o proprietário do estabelecimento deixar isso acontecer. Você chega pra se divertir e o que tem é uma recepcionista te atendendo e tratando mal. A sem contar que estava com vazamento no banheiro e na torneira, mas conseguiram resolver.

Ótima estadia, sem dúvidas o melhor hotel que fiquei. Atividades para criança com área kids e toboágua, piscina aquecida e a piscina principal é magnífica com o por do Sol bem próximo do hotel, a vista do quarto é ótima. Os funcionários são bem prestativos. Recomendaria e voltarei a me hospedar. Pra quem quer sair um pouco da agitação de pipa a noite é uma ótima opção.

Os quartos tem o tamanho ótimo, chuveiro e cama boa. As piscinas são bem cuidadas, brinquedoteca nova com brinquedos novos, com 1 recreadora sem atitude, apenas lá de corpo presente. O restaurante a comida é ok, bastante demorado, e o mesmo cardapio almoço e jantar. Os funcionários são médios, o único diferenciado e Max da piscina. O café da manhã é bom, chegue cedo para ter tdo, reposição lenta.

Decepção na hospedagem
Foi muito desagradável, fiquei na melhor suite do hotel com piscina privativa e a água da piscina mal tratada, com um teor de cloro altíssimo que queimou nossas roupas de banho, a camisa protetora era azul, ficou branca, e a pele era água sanitária pura, não tinha água quente (quebrado algo), o apto tem um degrau ao sair da cama para ir ao wc vc cai e é muito perigoso se machucar feio, a limpesa só é feita se vc deixar a chave na recepção, então não será feita. A política do hotel não é flexível aos seus pedidos em nenhum aspecto, estavamos com crianças então vc não tinha opção de fazer um pedido de um sanduíche simples😭 não saia nada que não estivesse no cardápio, então totalmente inviável. Além do mais funcs não treinados para atender o hóspede, oferece animador para crianças mais o que encontramos foi animador de velório, duas moças completamente desorientadas sem ter a menor condição de nem olhar uma criança, o toboágua infantil péssimo meu neto se machucou toda vez que tentava descer. Em fim até um óculos de marca VERSACE que deixei no apto Com certeza,não deram conta. Além de Muita mosca no restaurante. Ao retornar ficamos com infecção intestinal. FOI O PIOR FINAL DE SEMANA DE NOSSAS VIDAS. Último detalhe, fiz a reclamação das roupas de banho queimadas pelo excesso de cloro na recepção, Não deram nem cartaz. A última pessoa que tem valor naquele Hotel É O HÓSPEDE😭😭

Poderia ser Melhor. A estrutura do hotel em si é boa, dispõe de ampla área, boa piscina, entretanto a acessibilidade deve melhor assim como a governança. Passamos 3 dias e 2 noites por lá e nosso quarto sequer foi limpo. Não gostamos dessa política. Deixa uma impressão de desleixo.
