Great place for spending a night in Pipa. We ordered a BBQ platter for cooking ourselves in the backyard coal fired grill, which was unbelievably delicious and even cheaper than buying from a local grocery store. The amenities included a private backyard pool, which probably would be nice during daytime, but a bit too cold for a night swim. We ended up not using it as we had a busy afternoon at the beach. Both rooms have working ACs and kept the rooms at perfect temperature. Make sure to bring a strong insect repellent as you’ll otherwise become a tasty snack for the mosquitos. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Pool area was very disappointing
Basically, don’t believe any of the photos. Everything is a lot more outdated. Rooms are ok, even though the beds are a little hard. The little pool area was just barely functional. The pool itself was so gross it made me gag. Had a layer of white stuff on it and a lot of sand in the bottom. I complained as soon as we got there late at night and they said the cleaning guy would come first thing in the morning to clean it up. Pool was still dirty by the time we checked out and the lady at the front desk just said I’m sorry but since we checked in after 3 (check in starts at 2, btw), when the cleaning guy ended his shift, they had no time to clean it.

We liked the family friendly atmosphere. Each apartment is in a separate house, in a well-manicured garden with barbecuing facilities. It is a short walk down to the beaches. The rooms could be a little better lit, and the air-conditioning was not very effective, but it didn't matter as we were here in the Brazilian winter (Sept). Pleasant breakfast. A stay with character.

The individual villas are spacious and is of great value. It felt a bit rustic but can’t be expecting the moon for the price we paid. It’s quiet, yet centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Pipa
This is one of the best kept secrets in Pipa! A wonderful Hotel that it is really a full service cabin that includes refrigeration, stove, kitcken, outdoor grill and your very own pool & hammock! Just wonderful! Daily breakfast buffet served filled with eggs, sausages, cheese, fresh fruits , juices and breads along delicious Brazilian Coffee. Beautiful green areas and great guest service too.

Perfect location
The hotel is in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes walking from the center of Pipa. All the villas have a small private pool, BBQ, garden and private parking. In the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a toilet, at the first floor there are two rooms both with private toilet and terrace. The space is more than enough, but the furniture, the rooms and the toilet need a bit of maintenance more. Space for breakfast is very small. The staff is very very very kind and helpful.

Gostamos da cortesia de duas cápsulas de café espresso e um pequeno pacotinho de castanhas caramelizadas ao chegar a nosso quarto. A piscina privativa é boa, nos atendeu perfeitamente. O hotel tem tudo para ser incrível; entretanto, há alguns aspectos que deixaram a desejar, a começar pelo café da manhã. Por ser a la carte, os itens não são muito satisfatórios; faltam opções de bolos e outros quitutes doces, pois, na cesta que vem com os alimentos, só há a opção de uma fatia de bolo por pessoa, o que, inclusive, no segundo dia da minha hospedagem, estava horrível (seco e com gosto de estragado); o misto quente é feito com pão francês e não estava bom; não gostamos, definitivamente, do café da manhã.
Além disso, em nosso chalé, senti falta de um espelho grande no quarto (só há espelhos nos banheiros e não mostram a imagem do corpo inteiro) e de travesseiros um pouco melhores (só tem dois travesseiros no quarto de casal e são finos).
Pelo valor cobrado, deveriam atentar-se a essas questões.
Além disso, em nosso chalé, senti falta de um espelho grande no quarto (só há espelhos nos banheiros e não mostram a imagem do corpo inteiro) e de travesseiros um pouco melhores (só tem dois travesseiros no quarto de casal e são finos).

O café da manhã servido no quarto foi a parte mais amada do meu marido que não acorda muito afim de socializar, então ter essa privacidade foi ótimo.

Não é bem um hotel. É uma pousada vila com chalés individuais e piscina privativa. Café da manhã com poucas opções para o preço que se paga pela diária (você escolhe entre os itens que a pousada dispõe) servido na varanda do chalé. Chuveiro da suíte noa estava esquentando. Rapaz entra pra limpar a piscina sem avisar e nos pegou de pijama na varanda do chalé. Pouca privacidade. Um ponto positivo:

Precisa de Manutenção Urgente
O quarto parece muito bom, porém falta manutenção nos móveis e na parte hidráulica. Há vazamentos nos banheiros, principalmente nos boxes vazando água para fora e chuveiros pingando constantemente. As gavetas 3 portas dos armários estão caindo, o cofre está oxidado sem condições de uso e a instalação elétrica da TV da sala deixa fios pendurados embaixo da escada.

Localização excelente, a poucos metros da principal rua de Pipa. Limpeza precisa melhorar, pedimos almoço e, no dia seguinte, ainda não tinham recolhido os itens do almoço. Acabamos tendo que ir deixar na cozinha do hotel . Café atrasou os dois dias mas bem servido (o café é servido no chalé, em horário agendado)

O hotel oferece uma hospedagem honesta de acordo com o valor que eh cobrado. Nao tem luxo, mas oferece um espaco agradavel para se confraternizar com um grupo de amigos e/ou familia. O local oferece estacionamento gratuito e fica distante da rua principal de Pipa 5 a 10 minutos de caminhada. Sao varios bangalôs que acolhem até 5 pessoas. O cafe da manha eh simples, porém muito bom. A única crítica eh referente a manutenção do local e da falta de cordialidade e simpatia da atendente que nos recebeu. Os móveis assim como a própria estrutura física dos bangalôs precisam de reforma ou até mesmo de substituição.

Foi excelente a estadia, a cama é muito confortável, o espaço muito amplo com piscina individualizada para cada chalé. Além de um maravilhoso café da manhã e fica MUITO PRÓXIMO da praia e do centro de Pipa.

A hospedagem é num chalé que conta com um quarto de casal com banheiro, mas um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e banheiro no andar de cima. No térreo tem sala, cozinha e banheiro. Cada chalé tem sua priscina privativa que é limpa todos os dias. O café da manhã é trazido no chalé no horário combinado e com os alimentos solicitados no dia anterior. Tem uma boa oferta de ingredientes para o café. O chalé é limpo todos os dias. E os funcionários são muito atenciosos e solícitos. Tivemos problemas com a porta de acesso ao chalé e foi prontamente resolvido. Também está numa ótima localização, perto da principal rua de Pipa e de fácil acesso a praia central.

Hotel precisa de bastante manutenção, foi uma decepção ao chegar no chalé. Parede com mofo, cheiro de mofo, lâmpada da sala sem funcionar, vazamento no box do banheiro, portas sem fechar, piscina privativa descascando e bastante, mas bastante suja. No dia seguinte nos trocaram de chalé e fomos para um que foi reformado recentemente, aí melhorou. Mas o ponto é que não deveriam colocar o hóspede e sua família em um chalé sem condições, já deveria partir do hotel a iniciativa de oferecer acomodações com condições decentes de uso.

O hotel está em condições ruins de conservação. As bordas das piscinas estão quebradas, e as almofadas das espreguiçadeiras em péssimas condições. A churrasqueira estava bem suja e acredito que não é usada há muito tempo. Entre as frutas enviadas no café da manhã veio uma banana com mofo na casca, o que tornou impossível o consumo de todo o prato de frutas (pois as outras já se encontravam cortadas e poderiam ter sido contaminadas pelo mofo). Enfim, o hotel está localizado em um excelente local, possuía uma estrutura ótima, contudo parece que a manutenção foi abandonada pelo grupo SERHS. O ponto positivo do local são os funcionário que são atenciosos e educados, e não tem culpa pela falta de investimento em manutenção do local.

Já tínhamos passado 2 carnavais nesse hotel e continuava indicando para amigos. Mas dessa vez o hotel está com problemas sérios de manutenção.Os chuveiros do 1o. andar não funcionavam. Tive vários problemas com ar condicionado, lâmpadas queimadas. E problemas com a limpeza também. Além disso, o café da manhã estava com produtos de baixa qualidade. Espero que o Hotel melhore, porque tem uma ótima localização e uma estrutura muito boa.

Incrível. Um lugar maravilhoso. O café da manhã foi muito acima da nossa expectativa. A acomodação um luxo. Sinceramente falando foi nossa melhor experiência de viagem. Super recomendo! Lugar ok para um conceito 3 estrelas, porém muito mal cuidado em comparação as fotos do site, fiquei no chalé 10 e está bem destruído, bastante coisas quebradas, aspecto sujo e mal cuidado, por ser uma hospedagem 3 estrelas atende os requisitos, café e servido no quarto de acordo com sua necessidade, água do chuveiro não esquenta e sai pouca água, tomava banho na ducha da piscina , pois frio por frio pelo menos saia bastante água. Roupa de cama um pouco encardida dando aspecto de suja mas parecia estar limpa rs toalhas ok dois quartos com ar um pouco antigo que sai cheiro de mofo em um deles. Chalé grande porém os quartos dorme 2 em cada, para caber 6 pessoas duas pessoas dormem na sala, e a sala é somente ventilador de teto e é bastante calor .

Maior decepção de minhas férias
Fiquei impressionado com o péssimo serviço oferecido nesse hotel, quem nem merece pertencer à rede Serhs. Reservei um quarto para seis pessoas e quando cheguei ao local, estava arrumado apenas para 4 pessoas. Depois de muita reclamação, prepararam as duas camas faltantes. Ainda tive de reclamar dos seguintes pontos: para 3 quartos (dois em cima e um embaixo), só havia um controle de ar condicionado e um controle de televisão; os dois banheiros de cima estavam com a ducha higiênica quebradas; o banheiro de baixo não trancava a porta; o café da manhã foi servido apenas para 4 pessoas; a piscina privativa não era privativa, pois ficava bem de frente à piscina do vizinho, com vista livre pra ela; o quarto faz muito barulho a noite toda, tanto de apartamentos vizinhos como de veículos transitando do lado de fora; o quadro de energia do quarto ficava desarmando quando os três ares condicionados eram ligados; os funcionários pareciam estar com má vontade. Tive que reclamar com o barulho que os hóspedes do quarto ao lado estavam fazendo (aparentemente bêbados, fazendo churrasco na piscina, gritando e com som alto). A recepcionista disse que não podia fazer nada para controlar os hóspedes e teve o descaramento de sugerir que eu mudasse de quarto para um outro de categoria inferior ao que contratei, pois os outros iguais estavam ocupados. Lógico que não aceitei. Café da manhã somente servido no quarto. Agendei o café pra 7:45h e ele só chegou 8:30h, depois de ligar 2 x pra recepção.
