Excelente! Lugar muito bonito, inserido na natureza local, extremamente bem cuidado. A pousada proporciona um ambiente perfeito para descanso. Silenciosa, tranquila, pássaros que alegram o lugar. Café da manhã completo, muitas opções, qualidade impecável, um dos melhores que já tivemos. Fica a 1,5 km da principal rua de Monte Verde, e não é uma caminhada rápida (algumas ruas de terra e sem calçadas). Pegamos alguns dos dias mais frios do ano e, por isso, como já dito em outra avaliação, o quarto fica muito frio, a ponto de se tornar desconfortável para dormir, mesmo com manta térmica e lareira. Um aquecedor portátil tornaria a experiência 100% satisfatória. É uma crítica construtiva, como sugestão para a melhoria da prestação de serviços, que já é de excelência, mas pode se tornar ainda melhor. Adoramos a pousada, e em um eventual retorno a Monte Verde, não hesitaríamos em nos hospedar na Toca da Coruja!!

O chalé é muito aconchegante, com vista para um lago com patos. Cama muito confortável, com aquecimento no colchão (embora não tenhamos usado). Blackout nas janelas, o que deixou o ambiente delicioso. Os funcionários da pousada foram muito atenciosos, nos fornecendo tudo o que precisamos (loucas para comermos no quarto e um ventillador, pq fez calor). O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Jardim lindo, muito bem cuidado, com coelhinhos passeando. Com certeza indico essa pousada e voltaremos pra lá outras vezes.

Decepcionante define a estadia. O local é lindo, tranquilo, mas precisa melhorar muito. Na estrada a localização não é iluminada, e a placa da pousada tb não é muito. A comunicação é ruim, respondem depois de muitas horas. O funcionário da noite era simpático, mas inexperiente. A limpeza do chão, lareira deixou a desejar. Eles não possuem restaurante ou bar,no frigobar apenas 1 garrafa de água, na placa tem opção de refrigerante e cerveja, mas fica disponível, somente se vc ligar e a recepção trouxer, mas pra isso existe um horário, então leve suas próprias bebidas. As roupas de cama úmidas devido a umidade, pois as arrumadeiras deixam tudo fechado, não ventilam. Não havia nada para usar na banheira, somente uns sabonetes desses bem simples. Um hotel com diária a quase mil reais, deveria pensar mais no hóspede, oferecer roupão,oferecer um suvenir de qualidade,ter opções de bebidas, um chocolate,um petisco a venda dentro do quarto, um chinelo descartável tipo de hospital, e no mínimo responder as mensagem, tirar duvidas dos hóspedes, ter cordialidade para se comunicar. No momento do check out, o funcionário apenas cobrou o consumo, só, não teve um volte sempre, boa viagem, gostaram da estadia, nada! Nada!

Tive um problema que atrapalhou um pouco. Às 7h da manhã começava um barulho grande no telhado (parecia no forro) que não me deixava dormir. Não sei se era pássaro mas não conseguiram achar nada e nem resolver. Esse foi o único inconveniente.
