The bungalow complex is situated in Pipa, 95 km from Natal, in an excellent location 200 metres from the Praia do Amor beach, a favourite of surfers, and 800 metres from the centre of the city. This charming, family-friendly, 34-room bungalow complex was renovated in 2011 and is fully air-conditioned as well as offering a lobby with 24-hour reception, a newspaper stand and lift access.
The bungalow complex has a restaurant and a café as well as a laundry service, a car park and a garage. High-speed wireless Internet access is available.
The en suite rooms are furnished with a double bed and feature a bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. All guest rooms have a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio and hifi as well as high-speed Internet access.

We stayed two nights there. Overall, I love the hotel. The only things I just want to say is that I wanted them to change the sheets and towel into new ones. However, if we asked them about it and they would do it. We should have done it at the time. The staff was awesome kind. They get us doing everything if we have some trouble. Achei ótimo o serviço da pousada, apesar de ter faltado energia, mas os funcionários bem atenciosos e preocupados em resolver logo o problema. Achei que o café da manhã poderia ter opções, porque todos os dias tinha ovo, cuscuz e salsicha, além de outros tipos de comida. No quarto senti falta de uma tomada de 3 entradas, para carregar o notebook.

A pousada era agradável, mas pecou em algumas coisas. Fomos em quase 30 pessoas, divididas em quase 10 quartos, porém, não tinha tudo em todos os quartos. Por exemplo: No meu quarto não tinha nenhum lençol grosso para se cobrir durante a noite, tivemos que pedir apenas um, pois para ter outro lençol nos teriamos que pagar; no quarto da nossa familia não tinha papel higiênico, então tiveram que pedir; no nosso não tinha nenhum sabonete para lavar as mãos, tivemos que usar do nosso para tudo, mas no outro quarto tinha. O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções. Nos dois dias que ficamos, a camida foi a mesma, mas estava muito boa. Porém, eles pecaram no horário do cafe que era de 8 as 10, sendo que nos outros lugares o normal é sempre de 6:30 ou 7h até as 10h. Por fim, o bar da piscina era extremamente caro, pratos pequenos com valores absurdos e sem falar das bebidas, apenas um DOSE de gin era em torno de 30 reais, e a dose com agua tonica era mais de 40 reias, um absurdo. Tirando isso, a hospedagem foi agradável, o ar funcionava bem, a geladeira tbm, tinha água quente no chuveiro, a tv funcionava e era muito perto da praia do amor.

Cafe da manha excelente uma pena ser tão tarde a partir das 8 h... e gosto de acordar cedo e ir pra praia mas sair com fome nao da Tive que esperar ... a localizacao é excelente proximo a praia do amor... há muitos comercios proximos... piscina relativamente pequena e rasa... mas foi agradavel... atencao especial a recepcionista que fica durante o dia que nos recomendou um passeio de Jeep mto bom com o Marcio Gaucho.... Eu daria uma sugestao em relacao a limpeza e conservacao da pousada que precisa melhorar mas nada que seja um impedimento para retornar

Apesar da pousada ter uma piscina muito boa, ficou clara a falta de gestão do local. Faltou toalhas para piscina e quartos, o cardápio que já era bastante restrito, estava sem muitos itens disponíveis (caldinho, espetinhos, água de Coco, camarão, etc).
A limpeza dos quartos também deixa a desejar, com troca de toalhas a cada dois dias apenas.
Enfim, não voltaria e não recomendo.

Lo mejor es el desayuno!!! Y el personal del bar de la piscina. Lo peor es que a la limpieza hay q pedirla, no dan por hecho que si uno deja la llave de la habitación tienen que limpiarla, así mismo un día pedimos limpieza y al volver no habían hecho ni las camas. Una vez a pesar de dejar las toallas en el piso no las cambiaron. También nos mancharon con lavandina calzado y ropa.

La posada es muy rùstica. El personal es muy amable y servicial y el desayuno es correcto. No concibo que una posada en un lugar de playa no ofrezca shampu y acondicionador asi como tampoco las habitaciones cuenten con secador de pelo. habìa uno solo en toda la posada y habia que andar pidiendolo. ademàs las toallas eran finitas y dejaban dos de baño en una habitacion de dos personas y una sola de rostro y las cambiaban cada dos dìas. el tipo de toallas no daba ni para secarse una vez, y si uno pedìa otra se la cobraban . tampoco concibo que cobren 5 reales por dar una toalla para la playa o piscina y tampoco me parece correcto el tipo de almohadas que ofrecen ya que son superfinitas y si se pedia una extra habìa que pagarla. el wifi de las habitaciones no era el mejor.

A pousada tem uma localização próxima a praia do amor, porém um pouco distante da vila de pipa principalmente para quem está com criança que não gosta muito de andar (800mts a 1km). Porém por perto há vários comércios e alguns restaurantes bons. Indo pela praia do amor com maré baixa fica próximo de todas as praias do centro (Amor, Baia dos golfinhos e praia do Centro). Todos os funcionários da pousada são cordiais e educados e o café da manhã é excelente. Os pontos negativos é que o quarto é muito antigo e os quartos inferiores (STD) parecem um calabouço e falta iluminação. Confesso que esperávamos mais pelo quarto, mas por ser um preço promocional em um quarto standard atendeu bem mas não superou as expectativas. A acústica dos quartos também são ruins podendo-se ouvir tudo, as tudo mesmo dos vizinhos. Estacionamento amplo é um dos principais destaques.
