I paid the deposit and went to my room..
that should have been a red flag, however immediately when I entered the room I noticed two major scratches on the sink cabinet.. I immediately notified the front desk and took pictures. (very troubling)

The two bedroom that had bathrooms had see through glass doors and walls (and no locks)..
That might sound nice until your partner needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night and the light blazes through the bathroom door (no one can sleep)..
Not to mention if you would like (or need) a little privacy…
The shower glass in one of the bedrooms didn’t look like it had been cleaned.

Not only did they respond to our request, but they upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment a bit further away from the building works. Having said that, I must say that the whole time we were there- 3 days- we were not disturbed by construction noise at all!
The apartment was nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean!
The apartments are serviced on a daily basis. Museum station is only 5 minutes walk away and Chinatown and Darling Harbour are also within walking distance so there are eating places nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our family of 3 with a grown child. Easy walk from train station. Staff was so friendly and accommodating - stored our luggage, let us in early (since the room was ready), and arranged for a late check out. I left something in the fridge and they even went up and got it for me after we’d turned in our keys. Will book another night here if we need to stay in Sydney again this trip.

The location of the property was great. That being said, there is construction currently happening on the building next door and it is very loud, this is in addition to the normal sounds of the city. Housekeeping does an outstanding job of keeping our area clean. There is a washer and dryer which is a plus.The beds themselves are very firm. This seems to be an issue in Australia in general, but each bedroom has the “choice” between being a king or 2 singles. Bed was very firm to our taste, but also our master bedroom is really 2 singles combined to make a “king” and the mattress is very firm and has an obvious gap. Pillows were too firm to our taste as well. The hotel has no pool. We were able to get anywhere in the city through public transportation or uber. Would like more comfortable beds but if met our needs and we would book again.

사진만 보고 소호룸 예약했었는데 1층 룸은 해가 거의 안 들어고 조명이 어두웠어요. 그리고 아이를 추가하지 않고 예약했어서 체크인 때 1인 추가에 대한 금액 지불했습니다. 리셉션에서 추가 금액이 발생한게 내 잘못이었지만, 그래도 추가 금액을 내게 된 것에 보상을 해주고 싶어 해서 아파트먼트 스타일의 2룸에 세탁기가 있는 룸으로 옮겨 주었습니다. 만약 추가 금액 내고 어두운 1층 소호룸에 있었으면 너무나 불만족스러웠겠지만 직원분께서 친절하게 룸 투어도 해주시고 좋은 방도 골라주셔서 아주 만족스럽게 지냈습니다. 룸 청소도 매일 해주었습니다.

Overall, it was a very nice accommodation. The kindness of the staff was so good and the condition of the room was satisfactory. However, the room was a bit depressing because it didn't get any sun, and the floor cleaning was not done unless I told you otherwise, the cushion smelled the worst, and the noise from the surrounding area and the upstairs was so loud that I couldn't sleep.If I visit again next time, I think I will choose a different room type.

From start to finish, we had a great time. The staff was friendly and kind to us all and there was fabulous communication. The room was incredibly clean and had everything you could need to make it a pleasant stay. The location was fantastic as we arrived and left on the train from Central and were able to walk or public transport anywhere from the hotel. Loved it and have recommended to others already.

Pretty much liked everything about this property. Staff are absolutely amazing. Himanshu at the front desk was so helpful and friendly and gave us good advice. Everything was so clean and well looked after. Our two bedroom upgrade was superb and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Proximity to restaurants and Chinatown was excellent. Balconies are large with superb views over the city. Definitely where we would try to stay next time we visit Sydney.

Close to Muesum train station, lovely little cafe just as you leave the hotel to the right and other dining options such us pubs (the Crown was fabulous) dumplings, a brisket place to name a few. We were in the 3 bedroom penthouse and loved the apartment. It is well located in the Surry Hills area with plenty of cafes and restaurants on Crown Street, a short walk from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done everyday and it was acceptable, not outstanding. There is a small but good gym in the building. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. I would recommend Zara Tower Hotel

I stayed in a superior suite which was an enormous 110sqm, because it was Christmas time and I needed somewhere to stay for a few days and have cooking facilities whilst the shops were closed.

The carpark uses a car-stacker, so to make it easy the staff do full concierge parking.

We liked it very much. Just one thing that we were not happy with is the cleaning staff. They are very noisy and after we told them that we are out for the day and they can clean the room they didn’t clean it or give us clean towels.

I left my phone charger in Brisbane and the staff member could not have been more accommodating. Was able to check as soon as we arrived on the morning at accommodation as a room was nearly ready. Instead of waiting for check in time in the afternoon. Basket brothers coffee shop down on the corner is great for food and coffee, and you get a discount cause you stay at the Zara Tower. Handy to public transport and the shops.

Zara Tower hotel was the perfect choice for getting ready on my wedding day. The staff were super friendly and helpful and were able to bring any deliveries/orders to my room and let my guests in without issue. The Soho suites are very spacious, comfortable, and a stylish backdrop for getting ready and first look photos. Fully equipped kitchen was great to have as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I needed a hotel in the city!
